This place is not really set up to deal with any of Service Canada’s services. You are greeted by a person sitting in the open, in the front part of the office space and it is there you are given the opportunity to speak. People on computers, or who are waiting their turn can hear what you are there to discuss. Zero confidentiality, when there are office spaces. My opinion, this can’t be right. I wonder what the empty offices are for? Perhaps someone from Service Canada knows?
