While not having as large a selection as some dollar stores, Dollar Tree is pretty clean and organized, making it a nicer experience. The starting price is also a little higher, at $1.25.

Sad to say about what was my favorite store .... was in last night and treated very rudely and infront of who I assume was the supervisor who watched... and ignored while looking at her clip board ... at least who was on cashier for me was extremely polite ..... however won't be going back to this location .... It's basically the new dollarama. Everything is 1.25. You can find a wide assortment of the basics and they even have foil balloons which is nice. Seems a bit more spacious than your typical dollarama as well.

My cashier had her mask under her nose- thought perhaps it just fell down. Watched her twice as I stood in line push the nose band firmly under her nose. The store is back to being a mess. There was one time I went in there and the place was fantastic....they had a new manager....guess that one is gone too. Store is a mess boxes all around. I won't be back.

I would be embarrassed if I was this store owner. It's disgusting.. The boxes and product are ALL over the place. The store is dark & dingy, crammed with way to much stuff and no place to really move around. There is also a pile of empty boxes at the front and over flowing the entrance way with items. I'm sure this is a fire hazard.. I had to move a heavy trolley with product on it.. just to get the item I wanted behind it. This seems like a huge liability if someone was to hurt themselves while moving it.. Why not just clean up the store to avoid the chaos. I said this to the cashier lady and she acted ignorant and oblivious to the chaotic state of this store.. I guess when you're use to working/living in conditions like that.. it becomes the norm.. It's an embarrassment.

Same old things there nearly every time. But the prices are cheap and the selection is nice. The staff has usually always been nice since I remember. The food there isn't a wide variety and in the makeup section their is only concealer or foundation in darker tones, which is great for some, but sadly not all. They do however have a large variety of holiday/ occasion cards and party items. along with right now an entire section for back to school items which are handy to those who cant afford hundreds of dollars at kmart/Walmart.

It's a dollar store but I think it's better than Dollarama. However, at this particular location on a Saturday afternoon, Dec 29th, the customer service could have been better as the lineup was quite long at the time and the other girl at the balloon counter could have helped as there was no one there to get balloons at the time (maybe it was a pre-order?) Regardless, she could have helped her coworker and sped things up. Otherwise, it's generally good.

While shopping for snacks , I had an arm full of them. An employee with shoulder maybe longer length hair and glass was suspiciously following me and my 3 friends around the store. Then I decided against one of my purchases and put it down a a random shelf and the employee proceeded to threaten to kick me out of the store for this and yelled in my face. Won't be returning awful customer service . Another employee was laughing behind her (bigger lady with short hair).

We go here for balloons fairly often and they are always so friendly. Today is my sons birthday so we went to get him a birthday balloon and the lady who was working was so great with him. He left the store in love with his Spider-Man ballon and a great start to his birthday.

Went to store on Sunday at 5.55 pm had to grab some quick stuff , guy at the cash counter named Macoy said you only have 5 minutes , understand that quickly picked up the stuff just one last thing wasn’t able to find asked him , where can we find it answer was it’s 6 o clock .. ok if v can’t stay after 6 pm why were the doors not closed at 5.55 pm , talking to manager on duty this guys is like we want to go home and is smiling and making faces all the way along .. one of the worst customer service ever had in my whole life .. we will never go back again ..

Just at this location at 9:15 am and there was an employee (anti-masker) walking around without a mask. Wend was wearing a plastic food services spit guard that does not qualify as a "mask" under Ontario's guidelines. As an elderly person it also made me feel very uncomfortable. The Ontario Government currently mandates the use of masks/face coverings in the indoor premises of all businesses and organizations. They do not give a choice to wear whatever you deem fit. Please educate your staff (Wend) about the dangers of an airborne virus and how a plastic face shield provides no protection for yourself, staff or your customers. This is a warning for those that don't want to be around anti-maskers while shopping for essentials.

I bought 3 glasswares and cashier stuffed them in the plastic bag with other stuff i bought causing the bottom one to crack. Cashier asked me if there were more on the shelf. I Thought she was gonna ask someone else to grab a replacement but no.. I had to go get it. I had a toddler with me and this cashier was not very accomodating. It was her stupidity for not wrapping the glassware that caused all these in the first place. By the time i came back to the counter and get the stuff i purchased, cashier was gone and i myself had to wrap the replaced glassware.

Manager told me today I couldn't buy their spoons because kitchen supplies isn't essential but the area wasn't blocked off. This most likely isn't their fault with the epidemic going on but i was able to drive over to shoppers and get spoons so im not too sure. They do usually have good stuff for crafting. Overall wouldn't recommend spoon shopping here.

When into store to purchase sewing needles. Asked young lady if the had needles. She replied in the craft aisle. They have two aisles listed as crafts. Could not find product. Found aisle as she mentioned with yarn in it, yet labeled as party supplies. Still couldn’t located the sewing needles. Asked her again for the needles and she said right there and walked away. Still couldn’t find them. Customer service by this young lady was very poor. Walked out of store and went to Walmart.

When I came in the staff was rude after it took me forever to get someone to inquire about the ballons, and told me completely different information then I received on the phone. I went there a couple week ago with my baby and toddler, and the the young assistant manager was so unfriendly it was shocking. It's too bad because this is my fave store and these people leave a sour taste in my mouth. Even when you call them are rude... Next!! The people of Cambridge store are more friendly with mom with kids. 100% worth to drive all the way.
