Surly and rude, they are never easy to deal with and getting purolator parcels from them is almost impossible. They have some interesting things in the store, it’s such a shame that they can’t be nice and civil once in awhile. The store is often dirty as well. I would go just about anywhere in town but here!

Okay if you're downtown. Never parking.. wouldn't go out of way to go there. Was good when Alaska hotel was across street. Think it's a dying store

Yet another great local business in Dawson Creek! Excellent service, excellent selection of various local things and a good read too! They have books and magazines, hard icecream, cold drinks as well as hot ones. I can't praise Bill's News enough!

Absolutely the worst customer service. They were open but would not give me my package. "I'm the only one here now so I've closed Purolator". They literally had no reason to not give me my package.

Reliable. Store has been around for at least 50 years. Probably longer. A tobbacconist style convenience store with much more. Also pick up centre for Purolator & Cold Shot.
