Worst customer service I have ever experienced! The manager continually made excuse after excuse regarding why my experience was so poor. The employees aren't trained properly to handle customer complaints or do curb side pick up during the pandemic we are currently experiencing. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. After getting this issue fixed I will NEVER use this store again and may never return as a pet valu customer.

The only good thing about this store is the size. Staff is not knowledgeable at all and sometime very rude. They keep trying to push their home brand of food (PERFORMATRIN) that is over priced and only average food. Much better food out there for that price range. Acana, Orijen. Pets are in small cages "to small for them" without water or food. Not pleased with my visit to this store.

I’m just writing to say a great big thank you to all the staff that works there as they all do an amazing job but I would like to especially thank one of your employees whose name is Julie Lebel. She went above and beyond every time we’ve been in but today she was just amazing with her treatment if our new puppy who is 3 months old and still getting her confidence up in new places and spaces. Julie was so encouraging to our girl “Hera” and took time out of her busy day to help us get her comfortable in the wash bay as she was a bit nervous in there with all the new smells - we hope to one day be able to bring in Hera to have a bath and Julie’s help was instrumental in setting a good foundation of positive experience for our puppy. Being able to bring my puppy into this store has always been a great experience! Hera is a Cane Corso, although she is only 3 months old now she will grow to be quite a big girl and having people like Julie provide her with such positive experiences will undoubtedly help her to continue to grow into a well balanced adult in the future! So I just wanted to say thank you for always encouraging your staff to be so “pet friendly “. Experiences like these stay with a dog for life and your employees are gems ! This store has a wide variety of supplies and food. They had a couple of kittens tonight, but sometimes have none, depending on if they have some from the local shelter. There were three fish and some (algae) for sale, plus lots of frozen rodents. I personally find this location has less than the frozen raw food than the one in Greenwood, but perhaps they will order it if you request it. Our dog loves it when we give her a bath here!

I called your store tonight and was told "open till 9 pm". I drive through a blizzard to get rabbit food, and get here at 7:50 pm. Store is all locked up. An hour to drive home and a hungry bunny. Abuses employees for years, then fires them for being a parent (discrimination). Cant keep long term employees, causing constant inconsistenty in both service and employee treatment. Actively selling and participating in animal abuse. Everything is over 50% marked up, cheaper literally anywhere else. Dont waste your time working or shopping here. Owner doesnt even know manitoba buisness laws, and tried to force us to open 9am remembrance day.
