Oui ça me semble un produit honnête qui se veut traditionnel, mais non, ça ne goûte pas le saumon fumé de mon enfance. C'est une viande fumée et séchée alors que le goût de fumé doit être dans le gras seulement, sans une chaire trop sèche ni trop humide. Je comprends que c'est difficile, mais c'est ça le savoir de l'artisan! Malheureusement ici, l'ancêtre qui sait, n'est plus... Mais je vais tout de même arrêté en acheter.

I found excellent cold smoked Atlantic salmon in a supermarket from Quebec which is excellent, and I had a lot more in the packaging for my money. 4 times more for the same price! This is the reason for the 2 stars, only because of the prices. (Original) C'est bien beau acheter local, je suis bien d'accord, mais je trouve les produits assez dispendieux pour les quantités, en tout cas pour le saumon fumé. J'ai trouvé du saumon Atlantique fumé à froid de qualité dans un supermarché et provenant du Québec qui est excellent, et j'en avais beaucoup plus dans l'emballage pour mon argent. 4 fois plus pour le même prix ! C'est la raison des 2 étoiles, seulement à cause des prix.
