I placed an order online for Secret Garden Florist from Toronto for a very important and urgent delivery the next day. I entered the wrong payment information at the time of the order and they couldn't process the payment before the delivery. Secret Garden still prepared a beautiful bouquet and made sure it was delivered on time and in perfect condition and afterwards they reached out to me to process my payment. I was so touched and could not believe they would still deliver the order without payment first! This sort of thing does not happen in Toronto. Thank you so much for your efforts and for the beautiful flowers. I cannot recommend this company enough :)

I ordered flowers for my Grandmother recently and they truly made it the best experience ever, for both myself and my grandma. My grandmother sent me a picture of the arrangement and it was truly beautiful. Truly a great value. Well worth it!

I ordered flowers for my partners mother, they called to inform me the flowers I ordered were not available but they would be happy to put together a similar arrangement. I got a photo from my partners mother and the flowers were not even close to the ones I ordered. The flowers that arrived looked like something from a 3 year olds carnival party and were perhaps the most tacky flowers I have ever seen. That being said they arrived on schedual and the flowers were healthy. Just make sure when they say they will do something similar that you ask them what their plans are first.

I called on Friday and made an order by delivery for Saturday for my mother from my son, gave my full credit card info. On Sunday afternoon around 3:30 my mom still hadn't anything, i called to inquire what was going in with my order to get told, that Saturday they didn't have time to make it because they had other clients and that today they didn't have time either because to many clients . Then she said she could next order that her delivery guy was out but they could after, when agreed to that she said it would be a couple more order before they could, so i just cancelled, the lady hung up on me to later call my mother to tell her that they didn't take all my credit card info which i gave Friday...
