Placed several orders online and have had treats like chips, frozen desserts crushed and destroyed every time. Cereal too, like almost all the sherddies crushed in a 1.24kg box! Too many times to be an accident and I mean like every chip crushed or frozen cakes obviously squished by hand. Wouldn't recommend buying fresh or easily damaged goods off the pick up no contact options. Kinda sucks during a pandemic as the whole point was to not enter the store and then have 3-5 items destroyed. Only orders of canned items and frozen vegetables and seriously only because of there being only 2 grocery stores to choose from.

Although you can find pretty much anything from any region or culture you want here, I do find the layout a bit confusing. There's really no friendly staff, or actually any staff to speak of insight, except the meat department and they are very friendly and accommodating.

After my groceries I've shopped at the Garden center and I must say Adam your employee was amazing with his service and he certainly made my day today certainly because I was having a challenging one living with a rare painful nerve disease call Trigeminal Neurologia and he had to repeat himself today because of my inflammation of the nerve in my brain, but Adam was a gentleman and did his job loyalty behond without hesitation. He certainly deserve to be rewarded in my book and I think you once again for making me feel welcome also from moving from Toronto and starting in once again in New Brunswick.

Who would have thunk it; no booze! Clearly I didn't read the tourist guidebook to Canada. Other than that, seems Canadians pay more for most foods. Government booze dispensaries are also very expensive. Good location, plenty of parking outside of town.

One star is one too many. So frustrated with this store! I imagine that it’s not the only Loblaws owned store that has done this as I know that Shoppers Drugmart is also trying to force people to use self checkouts. There was 4 people using the self checkout and 6 of us waiting to use the one and only manned checkout. I spent nearly as much time standing in line that I did picking up my buggy full of groceries! I asked a clerk about opening a second checkout and her response was that she was out there to “help us”? Did she open up a register? Did she help bag? Nope…. She stood there watching the customers stand in line. When another till was opened it was the express lane. Ha!!!! A slap in the face? What ever happened to customer service? Unfortunately there is only one other place to shop in town, and I do use them as well. Fortunately they don’t expect you to work for them yourself for free! This is not an issue with the staff, rather than with upper management trying to force people to use self checkout so that they don’t need to hire and pay staff. If I could afford to not shop here I wouldn’t.

My wife and I were on vacation and I forgot my medications. luckily we were still in our home province and I was able to ask the pharmacy in the Atlantic Superstore if they could tide me over. They did all the work required and got me the right prescription in an hour which was just enough time to shop and get our supplies for the week. The store is clean and well stocked. it's not as large as our Fredericton store, but I like that, I find our store in Freddy much too large, and you end up crossing it so many times that it's very time consuming. in Atholville the store is just the right size.

This is our usual grocery store, but today they did not have the zero gravity chair that I was looking for. I was told it was because they are the smallest Superstore. I don't know for what geographical area the staff member was referring to, but I normally find everything I want. The staff is very friendly and the store is always clean and has a lot of reduced items, so you can save money if you keep your eyes open.
