Great store for all your healthy foods. Couldn't fault this store for lines of products or team. Always the first place a try for local produce and dietary specific produce.

They have a great selection of specific supplements and foods that are difficult to find elsewhere. Although prices are on the high side, there are occasional super deals (especially on local produce). The main door is not automatic, but the store set up is very wheelchair friendly. The staff are all quite helpful and seem like they know what they are talking about, no matter if it is regarding a spice they might have more of in the back or clarification on what a supplement is supposed to do. Their service over the phone has always been very professional and polite, too. I would shop here more often if I could afford it.

Prices are certainly higher than the big box chain grocery stores with the same product. Customer service is excellent and a fantastic overall variety. Plenty of lactose free options and organic variety. Exceedingly knowledgeable staff often makes up for the premium prices.

This place is overly pricey. The salesperson appears to be very knowledgeable but all they care is selling you their expensive products. I tried twice, both time had same experience, not trusting them again.

Some reviews moan about price, all I can say to those is maybe stick to Big Box shops with a quarter-isle worth of product. Prices at Nutters include knowledgeable staff and selection and they have that in spades. Maybe those negative reviewers best stick with Pizza Pops? ????

Cranbrook Nutters - Wow. My wife goes in back in April, and she has an allergy to hand sanitizer. Lady was extremely rude and wouldn't let her in the store, would only bring her product. OK, things were exceptionally crazy then. Fast forward to today and she decides to bring a friend and go try again. Same issue with the sanitizer but my wife brought gloves and wore a mask. Both of them were treated exceptionally rudely (apparently same lady) to the point they left their purchase at the counter and left. Caution and stress is one thing, but if you're THAT scared, either stay home or close up. This situation is hard on all of us and apparently this Nutters does not believe in the "we're all in this together" line. Oh, and I got what she wanted at Amazon for less. Way to go.

Very disappointed in some of the changes they've made in the last couple of months. One of which is very concerning. They've increased the price of their cultured coconut probiotic food product to a ludicrous amount of $40. Even when I used to travel to Calgary for it, the most I've paid was $33.99. The cost of the product has not increased as I have had contact with the company. I am in disbelief that Nutters would take advantage of people like this with a 100% mark up. Disheartening.

I am appalled at the behaviour shown to me because I am not able to wear a mask even though I have a Mask Exemption letter (which is.a legal document). The fact that the owner of this store would engage in this type of disgusting behaviour and encourage this employees to employee this discrimination and disrespect is so wrong on so many levels. This ignorance does nothing but cause more division amongst the people of this country. Shame on you all!

The staff at Nutters in Dauphin are always friendly and helpful! I order a lot of bulk items from them and they always offer to carry it to the car for me, even though I am far from disabled. The store is always clean and tidy, the staff are knowledgeable, and they are very respectful of physical distancing and safety! I always leave there pleased with the experience.
