I have been to many COBS Bread Bakery locations in other provinces but this on is by far the best. The customer service is unmatched! Every time I go in here they are always smiling and ready to help. Oh and the best part is that they sometimes throw an extra treat in with your order. They certainly know how to keep customers coming back! Keep up the amazing ownership and customer service at this location. You will not be disappointed with this bakery!

hmm i forgot their bread in the cupboard and 2 weeks later was a little stale but no green spots still!! makes you wonder how much preservatives they have in there!! and its not a local thing its a chain! like Mcdonald really I missed Baked!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Bought rye loaf....it was stale. The two individual pizzas were not fresh and very plain for the price.

Kritika is awesome! I was looking around town for horizontal cut bread, most places won't do it without a 24hr heads up, or won't at all. Kritika did had not seen bread cut like that, but she cut it perfect with no waste! Saved my day!

I really really love cobs bread and buy all my bread from them but the music was so loud in the store it was hard to hear the cashiers. Especially when they wouldn't look directly at you while talking and while wearing masks.

Delicious buns and danishes. Customer service is usually very good. Only thing I would say is that more care needs to be taken to finish with one customer before focusing your entire attention on another customer just because they placed a large order. I'm somewhat of a regular (and here to stay) but you might tick off that one customer who may tell several other people.

What can I say? The bakers are polite and help you choose if they’re out and about, the front end staff are kind and cheery and it always smells great! Hope your staff are getting bonuses for being open right now given their risk! Amazing product. Management don’t seem to be the greatest to staff in my passings but food service can be stressful. Just think of how many smiles they make happen every day.

Definitely the go to bakery everytime we visit Fort St. John. No doubt that there are other bakery business here that I really want to visit but for the most part I always like visiting them. The rye bread is amazing! The Cinnamon Loaf are great(toast it with egg and butter mix) Croissants are deadly ( I meant to die for. Lol) And my favorite of all is the Cinnamon Buns (nothing in this world taste a real Cinnamon Buns than how Cobs Bread make them, Absolutely Amazing!) Keep it up and will definitely be coming back to this location????

Management is extremely poor. Nothing but bad experiences. Dry and tough snacks here. The bread is alright, too expensive. Staff is friendly enough, always trying to sell you more, and I HATE that. (I know it's probably their job) It's a bakery, I already know what I want when I walk in. It seems like a very transactional and fake experience each and every time. I've given up hope for this place.

Our new favorite place. Haven't tried everything yet but the cinnamon buns are delicious. Just tried a variety of scones. It did not disappoint. We always say we're just coming for bread and then end up with an armful!

Cute customer service boy was very friendly, helpful and made my day. Hope you pay your staff well - they deserve it and I’ve never once seen them be appreciated despite being a regular monthly customer. Also had very pleasant experiences with all the regular front end ladies, but the new boy is doing awesome. Keep it up!

WOW! The most beautiful cinnamon buns I have EVER purchased. A baker was off shift and helped me make choices on his own time while he was shopping, shows how much your staff care. Amazing.

From a bakery I would expect larger portions for the price. Good tasting treats but I'm used to seeing oversized portions from a bakery. Not 7-eleven size.

I enjoy both the bread and the poeple at cobbs in Cranbrook. The staff are friendly and I have tried many kinds of bread all that were good. I have picked up pizza crusts and scones, hamburger buns and jalapeno twist bread. There are many choices with samples everyday to let you find new things you want to take home. I shop here at least once every week.

During this time if Covid it's hard to maintain social distancing because of this stores instant popularity.

We are all struggling with our mandated situation. Came in, masked, with a friend who is legitimately medically exempt. The lady at the back barked at her to get her mask on. Friend replied she was medically exempt, then walked about because she’s so tired of being judged and looked down on. There is a nice way to speak to your customers. How about try being nice, not confrontational. Let’s make this world a better place in the spheres we are in. Won’t be back!!

We came to Fort St John from Burns Lake for a funeral and we stopped in at the Cobb's bread to get some baking for the trip back. The staff are super friendly. We had excellent service and would highly recommend anyone wanting fresh baked goods to shop at this location ☺️

As nice as Cobbs staff usually is Cranbrook's is even nicer. I come for bread every saturday morning, it is always fresh, is is always great tasting and the staff is always helpful and kind, and I am always happy I stopped by.
