The folks who work in curbside pickup are amazing! They helped me load my snowblower and were very personable. I also love all the beautiful houseplants that have been brought into the store (and my home!) lately!
Always find what I need, service is adequate but have to often ask for assistance. The Store app usually helps locate what I am looking for.
Surprisingly large, and very well stocked. Everything you would expect for a store in a town of this size. Multiple vehicle service bays, and just about everything else a Canadian could need. Buncha stuff you don't need as well. Look out for the killer deals that feel too good to be true. Maybe they are?
Nice clean store with lots of knowledgeable and helpful employees! An enjoyable and productive experience!!
I love this place. Always stuff I need on sale. Huge variety. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Triangle Mastercard is best credit card ever too.
Had a breakdown passing through Cranbrook. James in Automotive service was awesome! Had me booked in for the next morning and I’m back on the road. A big shout out to James and his mechanics for an awesome job!
Would be 5 but its absolutely absurd that my I am told to leave my purse (medium-small sized) at the tills even after explaining it has life saving meds in it and people with larger ones and big bags from other stores can come and go with no issue. Honestly makes me feel unwelcome and when this happens I explain whats in my purse and that they can look in it when I leave and if thats not okay which it never is I just leave and shop else where
Found exactly what I went in for. Plus More!! Great store...
Small store, outdated and not open Sundays or past 6pm the other 6 days of the week. Helpful staff and service otherwise
Best plant selection ever! I would give 5 stars just for that alone. There are unique and rare plants that aren’t always easy to come by, and it’s so nice living in a small town where they actually give you more choices. Wouldn’t mind some big gorgeous pothos species and philodendrons???? The missing star is for the shortages of other items in household sections, and the Christmas decor was lacking if I’m honest. Not a lot to choose from. The plant selection is by-far the best part of this Canadian tire… thankful for this division.
Outstanding. Bought my new Snow Tires. They're ordered and will arrive in a couple of weeks. My local CanadianTire will do the install end of October, just before the snow arrives. Thanks CT!
A little bit too crowded... but has everything posted in the flyers
Very nice ???? thanks for the help finding my power surge bars and putting them in my backpack ???? ???? much appreciated ????
The truck is finally gone!!
This location has a good selection and good prices, but they never have anything in stock. Guaranteed that every other Canadian Tire within a 500km radius will have the item you want in stock, except for this location. This problem gets worse when something is on sale. It's terribly frustrating and has made me a much more loyal customer of Home Depot instead.
Typical Canadian tire stores, I appreciate that, I know where things are. But, I hate that they make it near impossible to exit to the mall from the store's mall exit . If you buy stuff, you can use the registers at the mall exit, but if you just want out, you must wait in line or squeeze through the narrow check out aisle. Actually I guess that is true at front exit, they make it difficult to leave if you dont but anything. If there is a long line, I prefer not to waste time in line and just want to leave.
Staff to try to help but with the hours of the Christmas season it seems like they didn't have enough employees to find certain product
Canadian Tire isn't just your average hardware store. They stock everything from coffee, to kitchen materials, to dog toys, to drills and car parts! They always have some good deals, and their prices are relatively decent even when they're not on sale. The dog section (that's my favorite section) carries an great amount of dog toys, beds, treats, food, collars and leads. Their cat section is pretty great too, with scratching posts, beds, cat toys, treats, litter boxes and food. Canadian Tire's popular brand for a lot of things (food, garbage bags, mops ect) is Frank's. Frank's chips, Frank's candy, Frank's coffee. It is a pretty decent brand, but not overly high quality. They also carry seasonal items that anyone could enjoy! This Christmas, they had isles and isles of decorations for your tree and home. Canadian Tire is a great place for anyone to shop, even if you aren't looking for hardware.
Bought alot of stuff for my car and had my tires rebalanced and new studs put on, returned a pack of hub caps and asked alot of question and was a good experience, very nice staff clean bathrooms and recommended by my friend who' goes there alot. Thanks for making things easy!
A true testament of 'doing the best you can with what you're given'. I probably go here once a month? Maybe once per six weeks; I'm a huge fan of the Canadian Tire franchise. I constantly search for deals and they always scratch the itch. I sadly can't buy their gas anymore (I've moved away from the Brandon location) but visit the dauphin (from Ste Rose) as often as feasible. Even during the nonsense of Christmas, staff went out of their way to help me find things, deals were relevant, love the CT money thing, and the staff were all cheerful. Even though the banner out front says hiring FT and PT. I know what short staffed is like, I know what busy season is like; I was a cook for over a decade. To stay that dedicated and pleasant is a massive plus one to their management. The store itself is quite tight, but they don't have alot of sq/ft to show their goods, so I get it. My only negative thing to say, which is probably just an example of what short staffing does, is their hours. They're only open until 6. I live 35 mins away, and I'm off work at 5 at the earliest. I would love to see them open until 8, even just two days a week. Otherwise, hats off to you guys! Truly maximizing on what's available to them. Well done.
Today was a decent visit at least this time I didn't have to run around the store chasing people down to ask questions it's one of the only stories I have to chase down Associates because they walked the other way if they see you coming
Friendly helpful service everytime!
Canadian Tire, 'should do a better job of hiring knowledgeable staff' & Not? 'CLOCK-WATCHING, TWITS & 'No-Minds!!!
Not a good place to shop imo
Small, almost closterphobic. Slow service
Since the virus scare, the staff seem to blame the customers for actually showing up. They all love their paychecks but the customers keep their doors open.
Great store and awesome staff. The girl that usually works the returns at the front is a rockstar. She AMAZING.
Lots of merchandise but very crowded.
Still like shopping at CT stores anywhere.
Good
Smaller Canadian tire story than others but well stocked and helpful staff
It's alright. I don't care much for the store layout, and the prices aren't great unless you find what you want on sale... Staff is friendly, and the store is clean... Just... Not my favorite place. I go if I need to, never because I want to.
Bought some garden plants and they are doing very well in my garden! Most anything you need they have or will get it for you. Most helpful!
Not very many department stores beat CT in my opinion. Everything is always up to date on the app and website and the employees are always available and knowledgable. Employees are super friendly and easy to communicate with
I love to shop here for lots of different things. Great place ♡♡♡
Apparently you can't return a tool set you've just bought (because the cheap drawer thing it came in was garbage and tools kept falling out of place and jamming the drawers) with a receipt! Interesting... Manger wasn't happy when I raised my voice about "wasting my money" because the tools still worked. I'd have to take it up with the manufacturer. Fair enough If you want to work by the book I guess but I won't be going back there for tools.
Better than Amazon every day of the week.
The house plants that Deborah has been bringing in are AMAZING! The variety of everyday favourites to rare tropicals makes me stop in for a new plant or four waaaaay too often! Lol
Didn't find everything I needed but the usual here in Cranbrook. Quick and efficient checkout process.
Huge shout out to James in automotive. I left a brand new pair of birkenstocks on the counter while paying for a battery six weeks ago. I live out of town and called twice but no one had seen them. While in Cranbrook yesterday I decided to go ask at the automotive desk knowing it was a long shot and James had saved them behind the counter after all this time:) so awesome!
The new owner is making many changes and its shows. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff all around the store waiting to help you ????????????????
Could be more room for shopping carts also store should be bigger .it's a small Canadian tire store
Well didn't want to leave another one star but should have not racial profile so quick. As saw the manger ask me a question the did a loop an ask eric a question well eye balling me. That's pathetic. Guess the company had to add salt into the wound. Never shopping or going near it again.
Too small, too crowded.
Checkout is awful setup but staff always more than make up for it!
Found what I wanted quickly and the staff was polite and efficient
Very small and tight spaces, easily crowded. But the location is good. Can get very busy at times making it really hard to maneuver in the isles.
Good shopping
One of the more unprofessional stores I've been in. 2 younger employees dropping f bombs left and right and while I know everyone swears, there's a time and place. Wanted to mention it to a manager and spent 10min waiting so I just left. *Update* spoke to someone at the store and feel like it has been remedied. Updated review to reflect positive customer service response.
I am always able to find what I am looking for ! Good place to shop and close to my house!
Dog friendly, that's really good
So many products from China. In some categories it is hard to find items not made in China.
We waited for a cashier for 20 minutes and then just left cuz the service was nonexistent
There helpful and curtious
Clean great staff
Very cramped.
Its a canadian tire. Big. Bit same as the rest.
The Cranbrook store is great to deal. They have a great assortment of items from, cooking, hunting, hardware and automotive. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable.
Good service and an excellent place to get deals and if you really watch what you buy to match your triangle rewards it's well worth it.
This is a good sized store so has lots of product selection compared to the old store
Very attractive staff
Web site shut down will not work at all
They have a little bit of everything here which is great except when the last time I went in for some new brake pads the app said they were in stock for my truck but they didn’t have any.
Great place...found my 1 l of 5-40 synthetic oil I needed. Cashier's were very courteous and good covid measures were still in place.
Lots of inventory but staff is hard to find
Canadian Tire in Cranbrook just may be the friendliest and most helpful Canadian Tire in 200 miles. They always try to answer my questions and help me find what I am looking for. I would say for people that shop the Kootenays, don't forget to check out Canadian tire. Last year I got a fireplace for $1000, it was more than 500 dollars and taxes less than I can buy it in Edmonton. I shopped for 2 years for that fireplace, and when I seen it, I snapped it up.
Biggest cdn tire I've ever been to, which speaks to my world inexperience. The staff are nice enough, and (most important), auto service department always picks up the phone.
It's a Canadian Tire in the front, with a Party City in the back !! Aribaaaa ! ????
|Staff is not friendly to people of colour - attitude and disrespect. Did not feel welcome! ????
Staff in sporting and camping depts were great.
The store is very small in comparison to other Canadian tires. Likewise it doesn't have everything you see on their website in stock. They do however have plenty of staff and in a small store they are very easy to find for assistance.
Good, nobody complained when I brought my dog in the store.
Spacious, bright and clean store. Merchandise is well marked and well displayed. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
My cashier and the two other guys who helped me were awesome. The lady at customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. Trying to not let it ruin my experience.
Friendly and helpful staff and lots of stock on various items.
Friendly staff got what I needed
Good store nice and clean slow service but good outher wise
Like all Canadian Tire locations it's a bit of a disaster. Help is mostly invisible or lacking in any real knowledge or insight. If you choose not to buy something, exiting is always difficult and requires you during through lines and checkouts as there is no other way around. During COVID it makes leaving the store either a) entering people's space or b) waiting in line just to leave. Canadian Tire is so close to actually being a great store, and a true competitor to places like Walmart. Some staff training/upgrades and store layout adjustments are really all it needs.
Great store. Well laid out, lots of space and the checkout system was awesome.
James from automotive is fantastic does great work and is very honest
I took my truck in last year to get the brakes done all good until a year later driving with my kids and then I had no brakes almost got into an accident I went to talk to the mechanic manager well he didn't care "could be anything and told me it wasn't there fault so I took it to another mechanic shop and found out that they stripped my bleeders very poor service never going there again they like to scam people I spent over $1000 there just to say it's not there fault they stripped my bleeders and didn't fix them at the time no star from me
Love this place
Not a bad place, but sometimes lacking stock on key sale items at the start of the sale.
WOW all the items you can buy that you don't even need, consumerism at it's finest.????????????
Worst ever customer service!!!!
Very small Canadian Tire. Often need to ask if items are in stock, as they are not on the sales floor.
Great customer service! Always happy to help and explain what you need or what would work best!
I really like Canadian tire they almost always have what your looking for and more. My friend got himself an electric lighter which was fun to use
One of the BEST Canadian Tires I've been to! Huge store with lots and lots of selection, great staff and always kept immaculately clean and tidy. Wheelchair accessible.
My favourite store! Staff are helpful, great selection!
When you find the right staff they know what they're doing but sometimes you're just standing waiting.
Friendly and knowledgeble staff. Full service garage and competent licenced mechanics
This fall we had winter tires installed on our existing rims at Canadian Tire. I didn't inspect the rims closely at the time and over a month later while washing the vehicle I noticed that all 4 rims were damaged in a similar manner. The tires were installed about 5 years ago and rotated last in August 2018. They have never been off those rims since they were installed. I have hand cleaned them since the last rotation in 2018 and would have realized the damage. Canadian Tire insists that they could not have damaged the rims as there is a plastic guard on their tire machine that is replaced daily and inspected before each tire installation. I disagree as there is no way in the world all 4 rims could be damaged in an exact manner by any other party other than their auto service department. I say that their plastic guard was missing. CANADIAN TIRE WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY!!
Free install service when I purchase wiper blades there
I went on this place for my oil change the old man working in automotive section is not having his concentration. He wanted to charge me 140 dollars for oil change and he checked something with the car didn't even mention that he gonna charge for that even I asked him too. Only the mechanic who changed the oil was nyc with me.he explained everything very well. Overall bad experience.
They need more space for all the items they have.
Very nice place and service providers always.
Store desperately out of date. The staff are great, and I have received great customer service, particularly in the auto service. But, the store is cramped and small. I am surprised Dauphin hasn't gotten a better Cdn Tire building already.
Checked online for a store with inventory of Sirius Satellite modules and they have 5. Drove in from Calgary to buy 2, and they are CLOSED for inventory ... Back here again at about 8 30 opening...asked if I could purchase a Sirius modular out of the lockup. The called for someone with a key....20 minutes have gone by.
Went to the store at 450 after new closing time of 5 announced. Guess what, store is closed early
I noticed 90% of staff are friendly and try hard to assist ypu if they can. If they can't they call someine who can. I love how they employ lots students. Looks good to be supporting local high school students and college students. We need more jobs for our students. Love the Frank products. I have yet to have a bad experience in this store. The cashiers actually smile and thank you. That means the world to me and many other patrons. The staff at Cranbrook CT are Golden and excellent.
Crowded aisles which is reassuring knowing they have lots of stock. Good sales for the most part. This is my husband's version of Disneyland. I mostly just sigh and check my watch
Usually find what I want prices are decent when on sale lol
it was a good experience at the Canadian Tire in Cranbrook. After I bought my Moto Master tires and I got a free rotation and balance, thank you so much to James and everyone else for helping me out I really appreciate the great service take care and have a good one
Not the best place to shop
Today, I experienced a great display of Customer service at your store. This gal in Customer service..named Crystal, went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed from your (not yet ready) Garden centre outside, in the west parking lot. Good customer service is hard to find these days..& I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed with her professionalism..I will definitely come back to your store. Jay Pettigrew/Creston BC.
Great staff but crAmped store. Went to purchase item that said was in stock an employee's couldnt find
Excellent staff friendly mostly knew their stuff good experience
Great store for men...shop till you drop
Not enough stock for what the area requires. Many times I'm driving to a larger center to find what I need.
Very helpful staff. They can help you find anything right quick. Plus they seem to have more options at this newer bigger location.
Moved customer service desk near entry. Good move.
I was so happy with the amazing customer service I just received at this store. The staff member I dealt with was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the item I was looking for. The store was clean and tidy. Each time I come to the store I have a good experience, thank you for your hard work!
Somtimes can be hard to get help In automotive when its busy but besides that good
Friendly and helpful staff. When sale items are sold out at bigger city stores, on many occasions I can still find them here.
Friendly staff. Small store but good collection. Online ordering and pick up is easy. NOT A BIG FAN OF AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE THOUGH. Serious trust issues with them.
Very small cute Canadian tire. Doesnt have the most selections in the world but it has enough and is better than nothing.
Wanted to get two studded tires for my ride van. I was told they could not do 2 rear tires that I had do all 4 tires and on top of that I had to have a wheel alignment done. I was told it was their policy. It would be nice if the people that are making these policies really knew the law. In BC you can put two studded tires on a rwd vehicle but a fwd or awd must have all 4 replaced but says nothing about requiring a wheel alignment
Quick service, asked for assistance and was quickly helped. Friendly cashier.
Crowded, almost no parking
Wish store was bigger
You HAVE to visit the Service Department. HUGE improvements and they are only getting BETTER!!!
You go for one thing aaaand... I spent 100$. Everytime
Great service department. James will remember our 2001 Grey VW Eurovan. James was very patient with us.
Really good selection and a very new store. Different layout than other CT stores and that makes it difficult to find something. They have moved away from the original focus on automotive goods, but the service and parts departments are always busy. Usually because of not enough staff. Lot of variety throughout the store and very quick to get seasonal items out. Good gas bonuses. Generally good prices, especially during sales.
The usual older CT experience. Do not hold as much stock as the bigger stores. Kind of cramped inside. Friendly staff. Auto mechs know their job. Good parking, some potholes at entrance. Wheel chair accessible.
Too crowded
Went really well, good customer service
Found what I was looking for early in the morning so glad the store was open
Not bad
I must go to Canadian tire each week now to look at the amazing plant section they have!
Good ol' canadian classic. Great variety and quality. Great customer service.
Ok, I have to start out by saying I spend a fair bit of time in your store and have made a few larger purchases from you, a BBQ, a rifle, and regularly by my ammunition and other hunting and outdoor items from you guys. I went in to the store tonight with my wife and kid in tow because we had decided I could buy a new rifle, I had a budget of 1500 bucks to spend and am itching to spend it. The service I received this evening at the gun counter was terrible. I walked up and was greeted by a fellow whom I told I was window shopping but also here to buy a new rifle, he laughed at the window shopping thing of which I then told him I had a tough time seeing across the bench to the guns and tags so instead of helping me he allowed me to wonder around squinting trying to see price tags all the while him and another female staff member where complaining about there jobs and a bunch of back and forth instead of offering to help... super awesome.... I normally have excellent service from the fellow who runs the sporting goods section which is why I have supported the department and purchased literally all of my hunting supplies this season from him. From knives, to ammo, to scents and calls. But tonight left a very sour taste in my mouth, also just another point one of the rifles I was considering tonight the Tika t3x lite in .300 win mag is 60 dollars more expensive then the local mom and pop shop in town. I have recommended the sporting goods department to everyone I talk hunting and fishing to since your revamp but the service today has certainly changed my mind.
This Canadian Tire is usually well stocked. The staff has always been friendly and tries to be helpful.
Nice store. Good parking by the door for handicapped. Store is large and mostly uncrowded isles. Check out staff are not the most friendly. Self check out is badly needed here.
They finally have their co2 machine up and running again, yippee
Cluttered and over priced
Had great service today.
If only zero stars were an option. Absolutely the worst Canadian Tire location to deal with. Terribly unorganized and poor service. The online order system at this location is a complete disaster. Order a sale item and three days later they just cancel your order if they can’t find the ordered item. Rather than order you in what you requested they just cancel your order with no explanation. Been burned by this location time and time again. Avoid at all costs!!!
Had the misfortune of having to interact with the manager/dealer of the Dauphin Canadian Tire. Ordered and prepaid for a small cost item 5 Aug 2019. Store never contacted me nor a secondary phone I provided. Finally in October the secondary person contacted Canadian tire about the order and was told it was in. Promptly picked it up in my behalf. On my return to the area in Dec circumstances had changed and the item was no longer required. Attempted to return it today, not a pleasant dealing to say the least. Fortunately for me I don’t live in the area therefore not subject to such arrogance for a service where “customer satisfaction “ is supposedly #1.
Only canadian tire thats not open on sundays or past 6 pm.
Good buy
Nice store, good selection AND finally have mechanics on staff. the service manager was very accommodating and got our car in, diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner at a fair price. They didn't have any mechanics for the longest time, but they seem to be back on track now.
This is the smallest store in Canada they never have much of what's in the flyer! If your 5min past opening you lose out!
One of our tires blew back in Febuary while visiting family in Cranbrook, took it here.... They didn't have the right tires in stock and the service counter told us to use the spare on our 4 hour trip through the snowy mountains back to Calgary..... We had to downgrade tires due to their lack of inventory but insisted that they replace both back tires(they never suggested this, we told them to do it. The only solutions they give were to wait a week for the tires to be shipped in or use the spare). Now almost a year later while getting the oil changed in Calgary we found out that they put 2 DIFFERENT size tires on the car.............. Their only job was to put two of the same sized tires on and they couldn't do that. We've also discovered that the back wheel alignment needs to be corrected, can't help but feel that the two are correlated.
I am so enjoying the plant selection that our Canadian Tire is offering to us - you're bringing in some of my absolute favorites and it is so appreciated! Thank you for the healthy, affordable and beautiful plants you're bringing in ????
Great place has everything anyone could ever need... the store ... Great service... Clean. .. Etc .
Good service ferry helpfully loading
In the middt of revamping store so un organized at the moment but still friendly
some excellent deals today. If its not at Canadian Tire you don't need it!
Fix the doors
Great Canadian Tire. Helpful staff
Incredible plant selection!! Thank you for bringing such a great selection of houseplants to our area. Deb you are a plant goddess! ♡
Just what we needed to get for our RV.
Knowledgeable Pro shop!
Very nice store, well stocked, friendly staff. Too many stack outs and hard to move around with a cart with larger Items. A little less clutter with all the impulse items.
Good people to talk to
5 stars! Terrific service. The other day I was in and Chantal went out of her way to help me find the perfect mother's day gift for my mom! She was really helpful and sweet!
Excellent service but store is small.
Dauphin Manitiba. Line ups in the store and only 1 cashier in the store
One of our go to stores. They a great selection, good quality, friendly staff and reasonable pricing.
Normally I enjoy shopping at the Cranbrook Canadian Tire Store but today was not that day. Husband and I went into the Store for a specific item which was on sale at the fron of the Store. We were standing there trying to find the dimensions when an employee was putting away carts and was pushing the carts about 6 inches away from me. I moved but continued to look at the item and he pushed them again and if I didn't move out of the way quickly he would have hit me with the carts. I looked at him and he didn't even offer an apology, just stared at me which I in return stared right back at him. He just stood there waiting for me to move but I needed to get the info off the box and if he pushed the carts all the way in then I wouldn't even been able to get close to the items. So disrespectful of an employee.. So disappointed that Canadian Tire would hire a person like him. :(
Stopped in today returned an item that was bought 2 weeks ago as a final sale the manager took back the item and refunded my card wow there awesome there highly recommended. The new owner are great glade to have u in our little city cheers.
Staff are usually helpful and it has a wide selection. Prices are reasonable and the online ordering service is great. Stock is sometimes in different places than stated online, and it's a bit weird getting out without purchasing anything because you have to squeeze past the people already in line (the two main exits are fenced in).
Asked staff about pools, she was agitated and couldnt even look at me when she was talking. Just seemed annoyed to be bothered as she was stocking shelves. Sarcastically said "if we had any, we would have stocked our shelves" ...ok thought maybe i just couldnt see them.
Friendly and helpful staff led me to the items I needed quickly, was in a rush to beat the storm.
Ok service, well stocked, it’s kind of a small building for a Canadian Tire. If the item you’re looking for is not on the shelf, just ask the staff if they have anything in the back. Not enough shelf room for everything.
Could not find anyone to help me
Always a good place to get home repair and reno supplies. Staff a typically very knowledgeable and always willing to help.
Went in on Saturday , had some trouble finding what we needed (door-locks) but a friendly, chipper young lady , I believe her name was Lexy or alexis , came over and showed us where everything was. She then asked if we needed help find our other items. She helped walk us through the store ensuring we found everything on our list and was very knowledgeable about the products. The cashier was extremely friendly. Glad to see so many happy young people there.
Not the place to go if you're looking for a Netflix card. Other then that, very helpful, knowledgeable staff. A bunch of great people working there. 5 stars if not for the Netflix thing.????
Claustrophobic
Great place with friendly staff. Always has great deals and is always changing and growing. I'd definitely say 10 out of 5 stars.
Staff didn't know where stuff was
Small store, not great selection. Garden center was nicely stocked.
My favorite store and helpful staff. Have to see what changes new owner makes.
Smaller store and the isles are close together and cramped . Good stock when there are sales and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable . There is good parking. Close to mall and coffeehouses.
Should be open Sundays
Great customer service always. Small store but online ordering makes product more accessible.
Rude staff - confusing entrance through a party supply addition - confusing to get back in the mall after check out. Had to walk around the outside of mall to get back to my car. Over stocked so it looks messy, disorganized, extremely cluttered. By far the saddest Canadian tire I’ve been in
Customer service needs a huge improvement
A few weeks ago we were headed back to Calgary and my altenator was giving me issues on my truck. I stop at Canadian Tire in Cranbrook to see about getting it changed. Between the 2 fellas at the counter and the mechanic Jef, I was back on the road within an hour. The service provided to me was nothing short of excellence. Well done gentlemen. Just wanted to let you know that your efforts made a world of difference.
Not good THEY Almost NEVER HAVE any stock. They are always out of a good percentage of the flyer.
Not enough checkout staff, had to wait for ages. Service Manager is of doubtful morals too.
Well laid out, and quite a nice store. Three stars for not being able to find help. But good for being a larger store, and having lots of stock.
Great customer service!
I’m stand in the store right now, as they’re about to close. After picking up my online order of kids bikes, there were some pretty major assembly issues. The folks at the front counter took them and are staying late to get my kids rolling for the weekend - amazing service !
Cleanliness of products are not well maintained. They are dusty and disorganized.
Went to Canadian Tire and was surprised to see 3 different people in the store without a mask. Do not see this in a grocery store, or WalMart even. It is obvious that the antimaskers feel comfortable here and store management is not making an effort. Such a small ask to get people to wear a mask to help protect others. The stores response is underwhelming and shows money over public health.
There was a line up to get in the store but it wasn't too bad.
I also like Canadian Tire. But have only been there once so far. Plan on going again in the future.
Terrible service. Advertise curb side pick up. No one answers the phone when your waiting outside. Go in the store no sign to say where to go for pick. U want to support local but when u have service like this it is an embarrassment to this town.
THANK YOU JAMES @Cranbrook Canadian Tire!! He stayed late to change my tire so I could make it to Nelson tonight on a work trip, and all with a smile; sooo amazing! ???????????? I was back on the road in 20 min. ???? ???????? ❤️ Grateful beyond words!
Located required item with courteous manner and patience from Neal. The best!
Nice to see help for the new girl on the till. Not just thrown there to figure it out. Mostly friendly
So very small. Friendly staff though :)
Amazing plant selection! Especially considering it's the winter season!
Best staff ever..very helpful
Small store. Does not carry sone of the flyer items.
Couldn't find what I was looking for even though the website said it was in stock. Staff not very helpful. Left and ordered my item from Amazon.
(Translated) Disoragised (Original) Disoragised
This store was tidy and organized. They had a great selection of new inventory and friendly and helpful staff that made my experience enjoyable.
Dave and Grady in service centre great people
Great service.
Always stop .if you can't find what your looking for canadian Tire will have it
It seems I didn't get pics, but it's a smaller Canadian Tire, but still has most of what you need. I went in for a cooler bag, as they were on sale for a great price.
Need more space to display
Clean ,very well organized and great sevice
I had a good experience. The young adults that were working the customer service were very helpful. The women that looked like she was in charge of customer service was very rude. I don't care what kind of day your having I don't like to see anyone being treated badly. I would usually walk out but I had an online order already paid for. If she would have been serving me I definitely would have said something. It's a difficult time for everyone right now. Being rude is not going to help anyone. Maybe work in the back room for a while till you can pull yourself together.
Not enough chashiers
It rock
Canadian Tire is doing a good job of social distancing. A greeter is keeping count of how many people are in the store and the aisles are well marked for distancing. Sale items are easy to find to save extra time in the store.
Needs to invest in bigger store
Wow is what I have to say. I had a very pleasant experience in the store today with a very sweet girl named Jenna, not only was she friendly and helpful but she was smiling and more then happy to be assisting me. I have never felt so impressed, she knew exactly what I needed and took the time to help me find all the items on my list, made my day to have her help and expertise. Jenna keep smiling and keep up the good work young lady.
Don't have a lot of products I needed. And others over priced.
It's always hard to find someone to help you.
Small store hardly has anything when you are looking for something.
Thank you to the new service manager Jeff for your amazing service.
Bought flowers for wifes flower garden
I regularly visit this location. I have always received friendly service and great prices on every day items. However, I most often go to the Cranbrook Canadian Tire because of their amazing plant and gardening section. So many of my favourite house plants have come from here in recent months. Thanks so much to Deb and the rest of the Canadian Tire team for the beautiful plant displays and great prices.
Parts department has got to be the worst I've experienced after standing around for quite a while no one showed up finally left and purchased elsewhere note this is not the first time this has happened
Didn't like the only option of highrise
Deborah Howe is doing a great job creating and maintaining the plant centre at the Cranbrook Canadian Tire. I recently discovered Calatheas and now check regularly to see what new stock I can add to my collection. I really like how Deborah has used shelves and coat racks we can purchase in store to display plants. I have my I on the sprayer she uses, also sold in store. Distilled water for my plants is now available at Canadian Tire too!
This store is cluttered, dirty, some of the stock seems out dated, the staff is not as helpful as they could be. They are super friendly though. I just think this town needs a newer and a bit bigger store. This must be the only original Canadian Tire store left in the entire country.
They didn't have what I needed had to wait a long time for service and by the time they did show up they had no room for me anyways not for at least 3 weeks I guess if you only have two guys working in the back
I wish I could spend more time here!!
Great store. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was really impressed with how clean it was and followed all covid protocols. I'll definitely shop here again. Highly recommend!
Friendly service helped me find electrical contact spray ????
Na they never valued fired people they were happy to get rid of me and give the crazy chick my position. Not knowing they rub it in my face. You fire me because I carve my ex Alexa/Lex name in my arm. I want more the two week pay out. As you call me shop lifter with out no reason fire me because I want to express my dead ex name.... #same as crishtians oh wait Canadian in the name
I quit shopping at Canadian Tire when I was living in Kamloops due to poor customer service. What a breath of fresh air when I arrived in Cranbrook. The guys in the automotive department were amazing in getting us set up with new Winters and rims. The store is well stocked and many employees asking if you need help rather than hiding like other stores I have encountered. The curbside pickup is also the best. Quick turnaround sometimes under an hour.
Absolutely shocked today going into Canadian Tire Cranbrook. Cashier kept taking mask on and off. Touching her face and the phone, computer and credit card terminal without sanitizer. Manager (!!) walked past me coughing with no mask on. I counted at least 4 customers in 15 minutes with NO mask on. With so many travelers from out of province before the long weekend, this is more than concerning. This store is just inviting a covid outbreak in our small city. I’m done shopping here until covid is over.
The plant section is amazing!
Best selection I've ever seen in this store
Bought a TV, a young man got a dolly for me and brought it out to my car and loaded it for me. Very helpful. :)
Great ????check out boots!!!
