Ok prices, alright staff. They have constantly harrassed me and my friends for not having proper I.D. No matter how often you go in they will never recognize you, and the staff like to follow you even when you know what your doing and have been in many times before and made many different purchases. Alright place to go in a crunch.

Good set up. Private if you are worried about being seen which we liked. Very strict on their ID rule (even though I’m 37 lol, so it’s a compliment I guess) but has very kind and knowledgeable service from employees. Professional environment which I didn’t expect compared to other “MJ “ related stores in town. Well done BC! Didn’t have edibles but they told us that they are coming in the future. I will be back then.

had to with drawl my previous statement about store, still awesome set up & great team, very knowledgeable of products, store only serves as retail and customer service has nothing to do with marijuana companies, with that said i am a loyal customer & bought MK ULTRA Namaste Product and it was moldy. was expecting some store credit cause i just wanted to get another gram but they do not have that, other then that still great store and atmosphere

Some classmates of mine from the college and I came in to gather information about cannabis for a school project. We were hesitant to come in given we did not call in advance to see if anyone could help us with answering questions. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted, where the staff was excited to help us get the right information about cannabis. Jenny and Summer from the BC cannabis store were super helpful and devoted so much of their time to answer our questions. Overall our existence at the store couldn't have gone better. I felt comfortable and most importantly welcomed.

The other stores don't even come close to the BC store. The staff not only knows what they are talking about when it comes to the actual product, but the cannabis industry as well. The prices are incredible, the inventory seems endless, plus everything new that comes out is there. I recommend trying the houseplant by Seth Rogan! Amazing store, amazing staff. 11/10.

It's OK some of the product is really dry and we'll if you know anything about pot the dryer it gets the less potent it becomes. I find some of the grams in the sealed aluminum bags is being packaged while damped some product has mould from this. Will cause problems with people with ashma. Theirs also a lingering flavor that is not a terpine. I believe it is caused from the preserving process which is a technique where heat is applied to the flowers to stop moulding. All it does is kill the T.H.C. because they are applying heat which takes you're T.H.C.1 and makes it into T.H.C.2 which is what gets you high. I would really like to see the Government growers all be True Leaf Organic. Chem like voodoo juice just mess with the plants hormones and then you smoking that isn't good for the cannibinoid receptors you have in you're body. How did we get those receptors. Maybe because our cattle ate fields of it centuries ago and we in turn ate the cattle. Also to get the true benifits from any marijauna you have to have CBD in it just strait T.H.C. will overload the GABA that's where you're anxiety comes from a receptor located at the back of you're skull. All facts can be found. Some Scientists in Sweden did all the work in the 60s before all the hybrids. Did you know original strains like skunk #1 actually no longer exist due to hybrids. Kush was the first hybrid creation. Indica Sativa Ruderalis then Kush then hybrids. Mollassess unsulphered. Rainwater and super cropping. You want big buds Crack you're stems create more photosynthesis.

Wow. I was very pleased coming here after another competing dispensary in Cranbrook was unable to help me find anything I needed. Outstanding customer service, great layout and lighting. Made it very bright and inviting for my wife and I which was great as liquor and pot shops can make her nervous. Setting the standard in Cranbrook by FAR. Other dispensary needs to come and take some tips and classes on how to navigate customer service and products! I can’t praise this store enough for making it a pleasant shopping experience for me, but even more so for my wife. This even blows the Kimberley store out of the water. Well done government! Staff recommended two strains to us, we loved both and will be back when visiting Cranbrook again! Wow is all I have to say. And I must say... better glass prices than most shops that are for glass! Wow.

Great location and layout, staff is knowledgeable and made a great suggestion while I was searching for something new. Having tried over 100 different strains and having a very high tolerance, it gets tricky finding something new and exciting. With the suggestion of Chocolate Fondue, I was quite happy :).
