Very helpful staff, who are amazing foodies! Got great recommendations while we're in town. They also have Pimenton de la Vera (spanish smoked paprika). **THIS IS DIFFERENT THAN NORMAL PAPRIKA. Hungarian, or other that is "wood smoked" are nothing compared to this sweet, aromatic, enhancer of natural flavour. This is my absolutely favorite spice to cook with, and I looked for it in 4 other stores with no luck. So even for just the paprika, Go to Seeds Market!

So glad we have Seeds in downtown Cumberland, It's a great Green Grocery to have locally. There is a wide selection and the staff are very friendly/helpful. I especially like their Focaccia bread they stock from Denman Island. YUM!!

Locals seem to love it. The carefully curated selection is reasonably priced. They have average every day items but also specialty items. Some of the staff are helpful and charming. I look forward to my next trip to Seeds Food Market.
