Lavaniya is one of the best Indian grocery store in Montreal. Mostly they have all Indian Groceries and snacks. Recently they started selling snacks of Gopal brand which is quite popular in Gujarat. If you're gujarati than you know it. They also have Balaji snacks, Haldiram Snacks , Real Snacks. So overall it's must place for indian

You can get many of Indian snacks type, spices as well as sweet and some other necessary food items, they also have vegitables, frozen food. Moreover some good utensils for bulk food preparation. The noticeable thing is you'll find AMUL (Ice creams)products here too ( i know you are looking for that here in Montreal ). I would say hope it would be little more SPACIOUS ...never mind. Have a good grocery shopping.

Good variety, I seldom go there. You can find stuff that you cannot find in some other places. Good quality stuff! I would go there every time in the future. You should look at what they offer and choose what is best for you! Very nice place and I will go there again in the future, I like that is not far from where I live and it’s not very busy in the week-ends. I’m sure you’ll find it pleasant easy accessible and comforting.

Prices are over hyped. For example I went to store on recommendation of my friend to buy maggi Masala and they charged 1$ for 3 where as in downtown marche ganesh gives 5 packets for 1$. So this is the smallest example I can give to you all why you should not buy things from here. The only benefit people have is if you want to by something in urgency then you can choose it or to buy gujrati snacks.

The owners have great valed products at a lower cost than Maxi or Walmart or even ither big grocrrs. She sells Indian foods as well as tons of fruit and veggies and meats. Usually I buy Mangoes for a buck!

Cheap, fresh, and ripe fruits and vegetables. There's always a few stands sitting outside the doors and the smell is incredible. Less selection for milk products, but full of spices and dry foods for Southeast Asian cooking (and other cousines I am less familiar with). Takes debit, credit, and cash, but be aware that, like other stores in Montreal, you will have to pay the .25$ for bags.

Good place for Indians , but the prices are little higher as compared to any other grocery store but acceptable. All the things available they need more space between racks because when person passes through it the grocery buckets stuck between them that hilarious. So so something for that .
