Very friendly and helpful staff. people actually pay attention to social distance. And they have great selection. My only complaint is the layout of the store is confusing and because of it you miss a part of the store.

When you claim to close at 9 yet don’t let people in at 8:55. What kind of grocery store doesn’t follow their own announced time, especially during covid. I will never shop at an IGA again, congrats on failing to be anything but reliable. Provigo up the street is much better prices and actually close when they’re supposed to.

They force you to carry around a "large" shopping cart even if you need only a few items that are easy to carry with 2 hands. It defies logic, not customer friendly, and is indicative of the incompetent leadership full of illogical policies since the March of last year; from Government to Corporations, COVID-19 has made companies like this...well...stooped. Don't shop here.
