Although the food isn't too bad at this place I wanted to review the terrible service you will receive here. The cashier lady has absolutely no sense of customer service and disrespects you in front of your face. Furthermore, be prepared to wait extremely long to pay for your basket, and if you want some prepared food you will have to wait quite some time as well. Do not expect any kind of decent customer service at this place; the owners are completely blinded by what it means to treat customers the way they would like to be treated. I've also purchased some items that were already expired while my friends have purchased food products that were either expired or nearing expiry. I will never go again.

Management should think twice about that strategy and make price discounts on stuck things before they get mold and before customers will stop shopping there. Why to keep high prices till the very end then trough away food? BTW friends warned me about small dry bagels but I didn't believe until my turn arrived and it arrived on the 3rd time I bought them. Suspiciously fast I would say.

The selection of european and mediterranean products on offer is impressive and everything looks fresh and enticing. However, the rudeness of the woman at the cash, old enough that she should have mastered basic politeness, was a deal breaker for any future visit. The fact that she could not return a simple smile and 'bonjour' should make it obvious to management that she ought to be working in the back, not at the cash. Muttering and loudly sighing was just too much rudeness on a beautiful, sunny, mild, quiet wednesday morning!

I have had a very negative experience at "Ella's Deli" . The customer service is beyond poor. I would like to bring particular attention to a situation when a customer purchases products which are contained in a glass recipient.The cashiers place them in plastic bags labelled “Ella’s Deli Délice de l’Europe”. The bags are so fragile that the glass recipients rips these plastic bags and easily shatter on the ground. This is the exact situation which occurred to me . When I asked the owner to replace my product, he rudely refused by shouting that I teared the plastic bag by myself. Such behaviour is unacceptable! Shame on this business!
