(Translated) We tried a box and we were not satisfied first with the environmental footprint of the boxes but also with the quality of the recipes. We found much more starches than vegetables in the recipes that we unfortunately had and in the recipes that were lacking in flavor in our opinion. So we unsubscribed and to our surprise we were still loaded and never received the famous box we were loaded for. So we contacted customer service online, we got their feedback 2 days later and they never wanted to refund the box that we never received. They responded to us in a very detached manner and without any empathy for the customer. Our full experience unfortunately did not live up to what is advertised. (Original) Nous avons essayé une boîte et nous n’avons pas été satisfait d’abord de l’empreinte environnementale des boites mais également de la qualité des recettes. On n’y a retrouvé beaucoup plus de féculents que de légumes dans les recettes que nous avions malheureusement et des recettes qui manquaient de saveurs à notre avis. On s’est donc désabonné et à notre grande surprise nous avons été quand même chargé et nous n’avons jamais reçu la fameuse boîte pour laquelle nous avons été chargés. Nous avons donc contacté le service client en ligne, nous avons leur retour 2 jours plu tard et ils n’ont jamais voulu nous remboursé la boîte que nous n’avons jamais reçu. Ils nous ont répondu de manière très détachée et sans aucun empathie pour le client. Notre expérience complète a malheureusement pas été à la hauteur de ce qui est annoncé.
