Great service. I usually order late at night and get my groceries before noon the next day. I also appreciate the fact the delivery is traceable on my phone. I know exactly where my driver is and when to expect them. The selection of fruits and veggies is great and they are fresh. Some brands are unknown to me but it allows me to try them out. Ive ordered many times over the last year and refered them often and slowly the quality and care out into the orders has been decreasing. While they always refund or deliver a forgotten item, it is now 1-2 issues per order where there seldom was an issue before. Please go back to the level of service and quality of produce you had a few months ago, I really love ordering from you

awful. my first few orders at the start of the pandemic were amazing. fresh and excellent tasting products for an excellent price. over the months its clear that a lot has changed there. Every order got worst, but the last one was beyond anythign I would call acceptable. Adding the word Fresh to the company's name is embarassing at this point. I complained and got a small refund, and I appreciate that, but I wish I had waited because 1-2 days later literally 90% of what I bought wasn't edible. No its not the heat or how I store my food. I'm an avid cook. The corn tasted awful- worst corn I ever had in canad. Strawberries (local) were mush. Salad box was black mushy smelly stuff not edible. anythign I bought on sale from them was at the point of past expiry. They sold me a bag of 'ugly but fresh and delicious' fruit and veg. LITERALLY the entire bag was thrown in the bin the next day because it was so bad. I absolutely despsie throwing food away and I always make the most out of my food even leftovers. This is the first time in my life I threw so much food in the trash that I bought the previous day. I'm embarassed for you. And no, its not a one off, the previous 2-3 orders were gradually getting worst, and I blame myself for giving them more and more chances. Will never be buying from them ever again. Yes, im very angry- dont put the word Fresh in your company name. Thats just a pure lie.

They started off well but the quality decreased over time. It’s been a few orders now where I receive produce that isn’t fresh. Stay away from ordering green beans, brussel sprouts, cantaloupes. It’s always a gamble with those! It also seemed like the green beans were previously frozen. There was also a few times where I had missing items, but they helped me with that quickly. In terms of customer service, ordering, delivery they’re great.

This is by far the best grocery delivery service EVER! I had covid and obviously could not leave my house. I placed my order at 11 AM, received text updates on the progress of my order and my goods were at my front door by 2 PM THAT SAME DAY (other services I tried had a 3-5 day delivery window). Nothing is easier when if comes to doing my groceries! I order weekly and have my brown paper bags of good delivered to my from door within 1-2 days depending when I place the order. Belle découverte. C’est tel que le nom l’indique Choose the Fresh One. Légumes et fruits sont sélectionnés avec soin pour le client. Livraison partout au QC (et le jour même) dont nous pouvons suivre le parcours jusqu’à notre porte. Une mention A+ pour le livreur qui a placé avec soin tous les sacs de façon à nous faciliter la tâche. Une suggestion peut-être à soumettre : plus de choix et de variété dans la section épicerie.

I have been shopping at Choose The Fresh One grocery store on line since the beginning of its opening, and it was and still is one of the best "choosing" for my family. I appreciate that I can do the shopping from the comfort and safety of my home at whatever time I choose, since the on line access is available 24 hour, 7 days a week. If I am still awake and 1 in the morning and have an urge of eating Point G delicious macaroons or tasty vegan waffles (We are not vegans, but we eat a lot of these products from CTFO because the vegan brands its carries are just so delicious. We can't taste that we are eating HEALTHIER, but our bodies can), or even if I am craving something as exotic as juicy red cactus pears, I know that I can press a couple of buttons on my phone and get my order in. Delivery from CTFO is so fast that in a few hours, I can be savouring these fore-mentioned treats (that 's if I don't already have them in my kitchen), or receiving quality ingredients at fantastic prices for meals to prepare for my family the same day. Although the website gives the consumers the choice of choosing their own delivery day, I so appreciate the option of picking up my order the day and time of my choosing, while the store on Côte-des Liesse, Montreal, is open, of course: 10 am-3pm. I've made orders just before leaving work, and have the polite and friendly workers put my grocery in the trunk of my car as soon as I arrive. The paper bags they pack my grocery in could include corns on the cobs, fresh-Baked Belgian bread, ribeye steaks, sweet Korean heat seasoning, vegan Bolognese sauce, sweet potatoes, milk, cheese, and even fresh flowers in the summer. It really warms my heart to always find a personalized thank-you note in one of the bags from the CTFO team. I am also grateful that this company allows its customers to add other items to their list AFTER checking out. With what we have going on in our daily lives, we forget things, and this is me to a T. All I have to do, and have done so SO many times, is just reconnect, place my additional order and in the COUPON space, I write ORDERADD, and voilà! They just add it onto my order. The picture included here is of some items that I have bought and enjoyed from this store. Thank you CTFO, you have simplified my life. I hope that you readers will give this amazing company a try. It is well worth it.
