it's been three times, I found the merchant cheated with the scale. When I come home to weight the fruits and vegetables, it's always less than what it was in his store. I'm disgusted by his dishonesty. I will never go back anymore!

They offer a fine selection of exotic fruits and double as a UPS pickup location. The staff are very friendly.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR UPS DELIVERY. I REPEAT, DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIS PLACE FOR UPS, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR PARCEL, AND YOUR TIME. Had to return a UPS parcel. I specifically pushed for the guy to take the invoice I was told to give with the parcel. He refused, multiple times. Parcel was refused because of missing invoice. Now my parcel, worth over 700CAD, is lost in UPS limbo. Terrible experience. I hope this store shuts down.

If its possible, don't have your UPS packages sent there. Customer service was horrible and the guy did not want to release my packages even if I had all my papers and valid ID and came with the person who bought the packages. He was lying about who can get packages and he went against all UPS rules on claiming the packages. He does not care about your opinion and he kept on ignoring the fact that I had every valid paper and ID! I never ended up getting my packages and I had to have them resent and that was a waste of time!! UPS SHOULD RECONSIDER THIS ACCESS POINT OR HAVE HIM UP TO DATE WITH THE LAWS ON CLAIMING PACKAGES!

Very bad customer service! they hung up on me and said he was too busy on the other line when i asked to verify the name on ups package !! Very not recommended !!!!!!!!!!
