I would have never thought I would try frozen yogurt, let alone like it. Does Menchie's frozen yogurt ever taste SO GOOD! Many options to choose from. I find the interior and wall of celebrities very neat!

The worker there was quite unfriendly as i was not wearing a mask but i had a good reason as i have a medical condition and couldnt wear one and every other place was okay with it and even the health minister of canada announced that you are allowed to not wear a mask if you have a medicial condition. She was very rude to me and my friend who even wore a mask. We wete charged extra on multiple items, we went to sit down but she yelled at us and asked for our phone number and name for what reason?! She then kicked us out and me and my friend had to sit outside in the freezing rain and cold. Would not recommend any teens or kids to go there.

The absolute best place for personalised frozen yogurt! From dozens of kinds of yogurt to many many many toppings from which to choose, everyone can surely find his or her own favourite dessert! I highly recommend this dessert place.

ok, the place is very nice to look at especially and its very well laid out, the tables are nice and almost always cleaned due to a lack of customers, during its first month or so of opening i remember the line up were massive and people constantly going in and out because it was knew, they even had a free menchies day. as time went on though they seem to have gotten less sales. the frozen yogurt tastes more like ice cream but its very good, they have a large variety of flavors and you can mix and match, the flavors change during seasons as well and there constantly bringing new ideas to the table (and peoples bowls) there toppings have an amazing variety and easy to chose from, there very over priced though, if you want a large bowl of ice cream or frozen yogurt i suggest going elsewhere, the bigger it is the emptier your wallet gets. they make you pay by the weight of the bowl, want a lot of toppings? your looking at 15 to 20 dollars for one bowl, want to overflow it with frozen yogurt? your looking at 20 to 25 dollars for one bowl, the waffle cones also make the prices higher, its nice to go once in a while but that's it, if your looking to go there i would suggest asking for coupons for your birthday.

This is NOT a kid friendly establish. I took my young cousins for a fun outing to menchies as a treat for the end of summer. As we arrived, the woman working was unimpressed with our actions, specific to the yogurt samples. Five of us already knew what yogurt we wanted, so we got our yogurt and went to pay. However, three of my young cousins (all under 12), wanted to sample the yogurt as they have never had frozen yogurt before and didn't want to spend their money on something that they didn't know if they liked. The woman working would absolutely not allow the three children to try the yogurt, even though she as made aware of the fact that they have never tried it before. To make matters worse, one of the children who had already paid offered for the other cousin to take a bite of her frozen yogurt in order to try it, and the woman working proceeded to tell them that she can not take a bite of her frozen yogurt because the other cousin did not pay for it. In the end, I did not buy any yogurt because I refuse to support a business who is not kid friendly. Sad to say I will never go back to menchies, nor recommend it for anyone with children.

After spending $25 on ice cream the staff would not pour a glass of tap water for my 3 year old. Instead offered to sell me a bottle of water. Very disappointed.

besides being way over priced & not that special they are crazy about wearing a mask well eating or you must eat out side have been there a few time for the kids but will never be going back! & there is no pandemic!

I really like ice cream. Unfortunately ice cream doesn't like me back. Menchi's on the other hand likes me and i very much like menchi's. Staff and owners are local and really care about this place. it's always super clean and they are always super nice. You can sometimes get a buy one get one tub of frozen yogurt. honestly i spend so much money here i probably own stocks.
