I find they run out of sale items quickly and the produce isn't the freshest. Staff are nice and efficient.

Good sales and cleaner than the other lower priced sister chain stores. Forced flow of the store layout feels a bit confined but you end a the beer and wine section so A+ for impulse buy location. Fruits and veggies are in better shape than the other sister stores as well.

This store is not following COVID-19 Requirements, there’s no social distancing, customers walking around without masks and cashiers not cleaning the counter or the debit machine. I hope this store gets a huge fine for not caring about nor protecting their vulnerable customers.

Spacious location & different ethnic variety of goods & vegetables available. Their baked goods section is one of the best when it comes to variety. If you want to try different ethnic cousines, try looking for ingredients here.

Consistently good deals and prices plus they price match any other stores sales. Only negative is not really best place to shop if your disabled as no aids that help those that are with physical challenges. Would be only place I'd regularly shop should that be corrected

This store is so clean. The produce is always fresh. The layout is great. There is a pharmacy which is fantastic. There is an alcohol section which makes for last minute dinner pairings a no brainer. The cashiers are so friendly and love to have a small chat. We love shopping here when we are in town.

Only comment I have is that cart staff need to be retrained to ensure public safety. July 10th 2021 at 10am I entered the store, as I reached out to grab a cart, I noticed the staff took cart from exiting customer and brought straight to the entering section. Did not sanitize and kept doing the same!! I had to sanitize the cart myself. If you expect customers to social distance, sanitize and what not, please ensure your staff are also practicing. Thank you.

I generally enjoy this store and shop here often. I was very frustrated today however as i didnt have a quarter so could not get a cart so i took a basket to carry. When i checked out i was told that I could not take the basket to my car and then bring it back. I would have to go to my car and bri g back my bags or buy bags. Not impressed

This was our first visit to any FreshCo. The store has good inventory and many amazing things. The prices were low. However the store layout can be better. Things are quite congested. Produce was very good mostly. The staff is good and friendly. Plenty of parking outside.

I like the covid safety measures taken. Good to go when not too busy. Well stocked and choice is good. Staff at checkout are not always pleasant, I know they are under stress and they are tired but still, they could at least be more pleasant.

This was my first time visiting Canada from the US and we asked for some advise on local cheeses and the owner herself came over and spent a very long time going over the local cheeses and accompaniments. We were very impressed with her friendliness and willingness to spend time helping us! But that’s not all!! We went in a second time to pick up a few more things and one of her employees came over with a bottle of wine and told us it was from the owner! We were blown away! I couldn’t believe they were even able to recognize us! I highly recommend this Freshco to anyone and everyone looking for an amazing customer service experience! Also, the store is super clean and organized and like the name, everything is super fresh! We will definitely shop here whenever we are in the area!

You now have to insert a quarter to get a shopping cart. This makes no sense in a pandemic. I do not have coins rolling around in my pocket. I will still shop here but will bring my own cart.

Cresskill here and Cornwall Ontario it's a good spot to shop they have a lot of good deals on when they have their sales that's the reason why I like going there I recommend anybody to go there because you didn't pick up some pretty good deals when stuff is on sale Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year the other staff

Almost never has flyer feature sale items past the first few hours on the first day of the flyer and usually puts a more expensive alternative in its place. I have gone there 30 plus times for main flyer items and they might of had 3-4 times.
