One of two grocers in Churchill, the other is a privately owned smaller business so the selection isn't quite the same. Prices reflect the fact we live in an isolated post, so they are definitely higher than anyone looks forward to paying (IE: $22.99 for a small boneless ham, $12 for a pineapple) But the staff are great and it's well organized.

This store has little bit of everything including fresh, frozen and dry food, as well as general merchandise such as clothing, electronics. Prices are way higher than the regular prices in southern Ontario.

For a grocery supermarket in an extremely remote area, I was impressed by the selection considering the supply chain circumstances. It was extremely pricey, but that is what you pay in an extremely remote part of the world. Where else could you buy a snowmobile, groceries and boots under the same roof...
