Les employés ont sauté plusieurs produits car ils ne savaient pas comment substituer: Le gars me dit qu'il n'y avait plus de la bière que j'ai demandé en bouteille, mais il en restait en canettes alors il ne l'a pas mis car il n'était pas sur si ça pouvait se substituer... Sérieusement si je voulais faire ma commande moi même j'irais la faire! J'ai fini par aller 3 fois en magasin, j'ai ramasser 3 produits moi même la 2iem fois, et 3 autre produits la fois suivante. Les employés n'ont été d'absolument aucune aide, au contraire. J'ai perdu plus de temps que si j'avais fait mon épicerie au complet moi même.

Je suis pas amateur de la viande des États-Unis, mais le fameux triple X comme qualités est vraiment plus tendre. Mais je préfère IGA qui eux reçois la viande en gros morceaux. Donc il est possible d'avoir n'importe quel partie désiré et la grandeur et épaisseur désiré. Et les bouchers sont à votre service. Et bien que Maxi sois un magasin de grande surface qui offrent des prix abordables. Le minimum d'employés possible, peux compliqué les recherches sur ce dont vous pouvez rechercher. Ce qui n'est pas le cas chez IGA.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Main tip: DO NOT order online for pick up because: 1) Your order will be late (I had to wait 1h15) 2) You will be missing items without them necessarily telling you. If you figure out what you're missing by checking your order, you then need to go to the aisles yourself to substitute... Therefore defeating the purpose of online ordering. 3) You will be charged TWICE on your card if you pay online... Two weeks later I have still NOT received a refund (I have called 3x, left 2 voicemails and spoke to someone x2 about this). Overall waste of time +++. I do not plan on ever coming back nor recommending shopping here. For more information on my online ordering issues, see Pascal Arnold's review. My compensation was a return of the 4$ packaging fee for online orders... That I need to go pick up myself directly from the owner who is not even there on weekends (the only time I can go). So basically: NOTHING. As for my credit card being charged TWICE... Last week I was told that one of the payments was still pending even if I can clearly see on my statement it had passed... I was told to call back the following week if it was still there (it obviously was). When I was finally able to get through to someone, I was told to call back to speak with a specific person. When I asked if they could pass that person the message to refund me, she said "I'll try but she probably won't see it"... Why is it my responsibility for them to do their job correctly?? In terms of the employees responses to me, they did not genuinely apologize. They simply gave excuses that it's busy, that I should have known that the order would be late, that they couldn't find some items (but did not bother telling me??), and that I should call back another time.
