Went to check out this place yesterday with my 75 year old mother in law. We were both followed around the store intensely as though we intended to steal . I finally ended up waiting by the door afraid to touch anything for fear of being accused of stealing. Then the staff member decided to stand elbow to elbow with my mother in law watching her for signs of left. We left and vowed never to go back as soon as we were outside . Thoroughly disgusted

Its nice that the place is open 24 hours and it looks like a great stand with lots of selection. I have removed stars for my one experience and might not reflect this stand but its important to note. employee's need to check the quality of the product before they sell it. We were passing through to my parents place and needed some raspberries and strawberries. She just put them away so brought out 2 bags from the fridge. We went to have breakfast the next morning and this is what the raspberries looked like (see photo) How can any employee even by looking at the top of these know they are not gone bad. Very disappointed to pay $6 for a basket of berries that look like they were baked in the sun all day. They were a solid lump of mush berries.

We visited the Sandys St location this afternoon and received amazing service. The two girls who helped us were so pleasant and nice. When we couldn’t find 2 matching porch pots, they created a new one on the spot without hesitation. They even tweaked the original one to make it exactly what we wanted. I didn’t catch their names, but they provided the best service we’ve ever received there. Thank you both!

Sarah was so helpful and sweet to work with. She responded quickly to a message I sent and helped me send my mom flower’s for Easter since we couldn’t be together this year. For those wondering - The market is open as it Sells produce and is considered an essential service. I’m so excited that I discovered Sarah and her family’s markets due to local (virtual) recommendations, and can not wait to visit in person year round when we can become social again and make the drive to visit family. I miss this place so much not living in Chatham anymore but this week i had the pleasure of supporting them by phone and etransfer. My mom will think i forgot mothers day bc im not texting her but i have someone bringing her here tomorrow where she will find a gift card for a little free shopping. Even let me etransfer bc their machine wouldnt accept my credit/debit, what a great local business!! Love that they happily helped me with my 2021 mothers day shenanigans!!
