(Translated) I went to buy two products that were on sale (ACHIEVE torpedo ice pop flavored preworkout), because the taste was amazing and the effects were really good. I opened a jar to find that the product had changed (the color of the powder and the smell) ... I decided to drip it to realize that the taste / the recipe had indeed changed . On the product, there was no indication of this kind of change (new formula). I rarely do this kind of gesture but I decided to return to the store to have my product exchanged / refunded. At the store, I explain the situation and then be told that they cannot refund the product already opened even if I had only taken one scoop. So I exchanged my 2nd pot for a credit and I bought another product for which I had to pay the difference. I am very disappointed with the return policy for customer satisfaction. For my part, a similar situation had already occurred with the Popeye supplement store chain and they had refunded me in full / given back the exact credit of my purchase. Despite the efforts of the employees and the good service to satisfy my return, I will no longer go shopping at Shop Santé for this reason. (Original) Je suis allé acheter deux produits qui étaient tombés en rabais (le préworkout ACHIEVE à la saveur torpedo ice pop), car le goût était incroyable et les effets étaient vraiment bons. J'ai ouvert un pot pour constater que le produit avait changé (la couleur de la poudre et l'odeur)... J'ai décidé d'y goutter pour me rendre compte que le goût / la recette avait bel et bien changé. Sur le produit, il n'y avait pas d'indication de ce genre changement (nouvelle formule). Je fais rarement ce genre de geste mais j'ai décidé de retourner en magasin me faire échanger/rembourser mon produit. Au magasin, j'explique la situation pour ensuite me faire dire qu'ils ne peuvent rembourser le produit déjà ouvert même si je n'avais pris qu'un seul scoop. J'ai donc échanger mon 2ème pot pour un crédit et j'ai acheté un autre produit dont j'ai dû débourser la différence. Je suis très déçu de la politique de retour pour la satisfaction du client. Pour ma part, une situation similaire s'était déjà produite avec la chaine de magasin de suppléments Popeye et ils m'avaient remboursé la totalité/redonné le crédit exact de mon achat. Malgré les efforts des employés et du bon service pour satisfaire mon retour, je ne retournerai plus magasiner chez Shop Santé pour cette raison.
