The store itself is amazing and i love their healthy vegan side but... honestly... i went to get some fruits, vegetables and keto stuff today ( in my pajamas because i live 5 minutes away) this young lady asked me if i needed help in the vegan section, i said no, she then proceeded to follow me and hide behind shelves and it’s not the first time it happens to me when i go there. It's the first time I get to do groceries in a IGA Extra and let me tell you, you will definitely pay some extra money but you will get great quality food in return. They have a take out section with a menu prepared in the house, great organic food section and a kinda naturist organic farmacy section as well. The sushi they sell is not the best but is not bad neither. They also sell flowers and some live plants. I went through the bakery section and they do have the basics if you feel like cooking some sweets. You got to check it out whenever you can.

Very nice setup, layout is a bit confusing as it is done to make you walk through the fresh produce, bakery, seafood sections begore yaking you to the alleys of packaged goods, meat, frozen and dairy. So it's a long walk if you only need milk. Nice displays, you can find everything jere and the employees are friendly and helpful. Cashiers are courteous and efficient.
