Wow, what a great find. My wife and I were looking for a spot to grab a bite for lunch and we stumbled upon the Olde Village Bakery. We were pleased to find that they had some lunch offerings that included a homemade pizza and meat pies. My wife got a plain cheese pizza square and she truly enjoyed it and I got the beef & pork meat pie. I’ve never had anything quite like it. Though a bit dry it was quite flavorful and rather filling. We also got some rolls to take along for dinner but we held back on getting any sweet treats thus we must stop again. It’s a very small little shop that absolutely packed full of truly delectable looking treats.

Unsavory scones, we took a few days to finish the remaining scones by striving a little bit. Disappointment, bakery not to redo even if the other products are probably good. Cela fut notre mauvaise expérience en terme de bouffe à North Rustico. Malheureusement, on a pas 2 chances de faire une première bonne impression.

This bakery in North Rustico is the best on the island. Pies, squares, chocolate macaroons, croissants, danishes, fruit sticks, tarts, bread, rolls, coleslaw, beans, etc. So tasty and fresh! My favourite was the chocolate avalanche pastry. Not far from Cavandish and is my favourite area of PEI.

(Translated) Good and beautiful very small bakery. Went a bit past 11am and things were already missing, if you want to see it all you have to go early. Meat pie was good, the oatmeal cookies regular and dry, basically good / ok and quite expensive. (Original) Bonne et belle très petite boulangerie. Nous sommes allés un peu passé 11h et il manquait déjà des trucs, si vous voulez tout voir, il faut passer tôt. Meat pie était bonne, les biscuits à l'avoine ordinaire et sec, en gros, c'est bon/correct et assez cher.

Small bakery but the food was absolutely delicious. We tried the baguette, rolls, bread and cheesecake (whipped no bake cheesecake but still yummy). We stayed in Cavendish and it was about a 10min or so drive. Worth calling ahead to make sure they have what you are looking for.

Sign says they close at 7ish and the store displays open, so we go in and are basically made to feel like we need to rush and we are bothering them because we are in there. Maybe you should consider closing AT 7 instead of being passive aggressive with your customers.
