Just coz island has limited indian food, there is a trend of some of these business acting rude and treating their customer pathetically, we as a community should condemn such behavior. As much as we want to support small businesses- they should recipocrate the same.

Worst place to buy anything. Saw the post on Facebook about their comment to ppl about their culture. Honestly, they are just taking advantage since there are not a lot of places for Indian grocery.

Prices are a hit and miss. Usually higher. I bought a huge order of paani puri before, most of them didn't turn out to be good. That lady owner is rude though. If you want to ruin your day go ahead or else there are far better stores than this.

What an amazing little place. It may be small, but the variety of products is almost overwhelming. There are some very interesting items to choose from. The fact that it is also the home of a terrific lunch counter (Royal Shawarma) is a real bonus.

Large selection of fruits, and lots of other dry goods as well. Interesting sweets that have been imported, so new to me! They had an olive bar, lots of spices and nice oils. The staff was pretty friendly. We were left to browse on our own and that works for me. We got the cotton candy grapes here, they're pricey but fun because they're super sweet and almost floral tasting.

I visited Freshest and bought the things That you can see from the receipt. When I reached home, And began to eat I noticed that the Samosa Was completely wrong so I brought it back to them. Upon my arrival the lady told me that this is just raw dough, it’s not chicken or beef so it is not going to kill anybody. On the top of that she mentioned that you are “Indian” and in your culture you always eat raw dough. Which isn’t true even 1%. What I was hoping for just an apology And so that nobody else gets served with raw door so that nobody gets ILL. Worst costumer service I have ever received.

Unfriendly staff. I ordered a meal and when I went home noticed that it was uncooked from the inside. It’s understandable that it can happen but when I went back to let them know that my meal is not properly cooked instead of helping me they were rude.

Love this place! Always the best customer service and best shawarma in town. Owners and staff are always kind and friendly and I’ve never had a bad experience. Also love the fact they carry a lot of products you can’t get anywhere else and always have the lowest prices on produce.
