Disappointing. We were there to shop with a senior who has dementia. He needed to use the bathroom quite suddenly. When staff was asked if he could use the bathroom, the staff member said pretty rudely "upstairs in the mall" - the thing is, "upstairs" requires going outside, going all around the shopping centre and finding a place that has a bahhroom. We realize that with Covid, public use of bathrooms can be more limiting or complicated but there are way more customer friendly ways to address this. We left and will order what we needed from Amazon.

I saw a beautiful desk on today Wednesday 27 2019 on sale for $98, but when arrived one hour late to buy it they decided to change the price for $149. I asked them and they said the desk never had that price ( they treated me like a liar) I told them I work here and I saw the same price two days ago on top of the desk. What a horrible experience this place is a joke. They just play with people.

It's a lower quality walmart. I dont know where I'm going in the store and I cannot find prices on certan items. I found dust in certan cups there but cups are cheap and I can wonder why. Some of The staff are laid back and dont put an effort in their job what I've seen.

Hart in Kapuskasing has changed so much especially after their move and Reno. The store has great prices for simple life things including shoes and clothes for everyone in the family. Rugs too are always a decent price. Staff is friendly.

I asked for a bag to carry my purchase after paying for my goods. I asked for my bag and was told that she thaught I had declined the bag. It was left as no offer for a lousy plastic bag for the miss under standing. Consequently I carried an assortment of goods to the front entrance where I was parked. I was too dumbfounded to negotiate the bag.

I was in looking for a flyer item today, hoping it wouldn't be sold out. I met with a wonderful lady who helped me find what I was looking for and even told me the flyer just started! I wasn't aware flyers usually start on Wednesday's, which I'm happy to know now to keep an eye out for future sale items! I ordered $70 worth of mini blinds in May, I ordered online .....weeks later I received an email from Hart stating that the blinds weren't in stock & my money would be refunded to my bank......I didn't pay thru bank but used a $100 visa gift card .....when I told the girl this she was like, " I don't know if if we can put money back on those....okay!! So send me an emt ....they REFUSE to do that...so I have been begging & pleading EVERYDAY for weeks now!! No resolution in site! They are a HORRIBLE company with HORRIBLE customer svc....don't ever order online.....they don't keep it up to date & if THEY MESS UP...good luck getting it resolved! I HATE this store now

I went there looking for a bathroom scale. I couldn't find it, but I found a couple of things I needed. At the checkout I told the cashier what I wanted and she told me exactly where to find the scales. I had walked past them a few times. I guess I was so distracted by all the great items they had that I totally missed them! Now I have a beautiful, modern bathroom scale. Love that store and the people who work there.
