I was a 2/5 for an online purchase that had to be returned and wasted half my day trying to fix. However, when i finally went to the store to return the item the customer service was excellent. Beth empathized well with my frustration at telephone customer service with the manufacturer of my product and also game me excellent advice for the future. Since the product I wanted was technology I returned to walmart because of this service and bought something better and now it works great! Thanks

Arrived to stay overnight with our rv. Signs posted saying no overnight parking, however; staff welcomed us and we stayed the night. Despite being in a busy spot with restaurants and the LCBO nearby, it was a quiet night. Nice to hear the trains!! Recommend!!

Icbc here isn’t interested in your business, they told me my registration paper wasn't valid when trying to register my vehicle because the previous owner's signature was ever so slightly different than on the bill of sale. How that's my fault or problem is beyond me. I was told to go elsewhere and that the signature will probably be fine at any other branch. This was true, I went elsewhere and they had no problem registering my vehicle with the exact same paperwork.

Used to be a lot better than it is now. Selection is next to nothing compared to the Walmart’s on the mainland, Staff are nowhere to be found. They removed a lot of the cashier tills, and replaced them with Self-Checkouts. So now lines for an actually cashier are extremely long and you’ll be waiting in a line for around 15 minutes. Washrooms are out of order almost all of the time. However, this place is one of the only supermarkets that has a great DVD movie selection. Prices on all items can differ, and sometimes they get bumped up. Overall, 2/5.

Went to cash in my winning scratch and wins. After waiting in line for 5 minutes I finally got to the counter. The old man at the counter asked if I had scanned the tickets on the machine and I said no, so he told me I had to scan them first (no one was behind me now). When I moved over to the scanner he proceeded to tell me that he was going on his break and wouldn't be back for 20 minutes. So not only did I have to do half of his job, he then just walked away after I did.

Rarely has what you need but somehow always clogs the Ilse's with products that make it hard to move around. They do NOT have nitt combs, u or p pipes, lighter fluid, size 6 diapers, lubricant for the razors they sell, pumice stones, the list goes on. If it's not an obvious super common item they don't sell it. It is the worst Walmart I've ever been to. They've had an empty rack of $5 computer mouses for six months that haven't been restocked, hell their electronic department still has the cabinets labeled PS3, psvita and Xbox360 when they don't even sell any of those items. The frustrating part is that you can search for items online and over 99% of Walmart's carry most items, but not the dauphin Walmart. Worst Walmart in the country, I wish we would get another one that stocks the same items as all other Walmart's do.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - I placed an order of groceries on April 10 which I was supposed to pick up today April 17. I was ordering for our family and also for my mother in law who is a senior person. I received at least 3 confirmation e-mails from Walmart in the past couple of days, but this morning I received a cancellation e-mail for my full order, no reasons why the order was cancelled. I went to buy a dehumidifier. After walking to the far corner to find it, i did not see it. I walked back up to the front where i saw a woman who had a vest on that said..."may i help". I asked her if she could direct me to dehumidifiers. She pointed me back to the same corner where i still did not see it. This is the most dis- organized store I’ve ever shopped in, today I went to the pharmacy to purchase Senokot laxitives & stool softeners only to find your selves bare, upon enquirey I was told they are changing suppliers. I should think you’d of kept some brand for customers until your new supplier got to you. Also you used to have a house plant section & plant supply’s, today I was directed to produce for house plants only to find the poorest selection of only cut flowers & maybe three house plants that were half dead to start with. Your staff was very arrogant when questioned & as a result I won’t be shopping Walmart any time soon again. Pom bread was also $3.69 a loaf & same bread can be purchased at Food Basics for $1.99 a loaf, so for a store that advertises best prices I don’t see it here at your store, but I do see price gouging.

i'm not a Walmart lover and don't shop there as a rule. I did find they sold fresh basil which is hard to find on the island. Came back a 2nd time just for basil and out of the dozen packages on shelf only two weren't brown and spotted. When I asked a fellow working in produce if they had fresh supplies available he told me that basil is naturally brown and spotted. Really? My comment to him was "and you said that with a straight face!". Doesn't this just sum up the employees who work there-wow. I really like this Walmart it's a very convenient location to me only 6 min away. And the service is always really great. Just wish they wouldn't keep changing the entrance and exit. From entering into the exit then exiting from the entrance. Not a big deal just seems to create allot of confusion.

The online website is an absolute dumpster fire. They are trying to compete with Amazon but don't have their site optimized for online shopping making navigation a nightmare. The option to search by what's available in store still shows items that are online only and never give you any indication what is and isn't available without manually checking each individual listing. It's impossible to do curbside pickup for anything but groceries because of this which is a huge oversight. It's so awful to navigate that I've all but given up trying. In trying to compete with Amazon they've steered customers away.

I use this super center for online grocery pick up! It's so easy and convenient. I'm able to place my order day/night before while the kids are in bed and pick up next day without issue! Walked up to the self checkout. Watched an employee clean a couple of POS in a row. He didn't acknowledge me so I walked up to one he had just cleaned. The guy walked to me and started yelling in my face with his mask under his nose yelling about how I need to wait for him to tell me where to go. To clarify, he was inches from my face and refused to back up when I asked him to keep 2 meters apart. He also said he's more protected cuz he's wearing gloves. What's the point of your mask isn't properly on your face..? I've never had an employee yell at me at a store before. Definitely reporting this one. Skip this store.

I am generally not a Wal-Mart shopper. We needed a bit of dairy and it was the easiest place on our route to stop in quickly. The produce department presents well. It is clean, thoughtfully planned and the produce was fresh and affordable. We ended up picking up berries, cucumbers, clementines and bananas. The bread though - the loaves by the bakery counter - I'd love to see locally produced items (in all local regions). Too much shipping in either from the USA or Ontario when we have great bakeries in ever local province.

We do not like what Wal-Mart has become. No staff ever on the sales floor to approach for help. Cutting jobs in favor of self checkouts, almost no physical cashiers left at all. Produce in the grocery section of the store is always of very poor quality. Customer service has been very rude on numerous occasions. We do everything in our power to avoid shopping there at all costs, despite being a low income family with pretty much no other viable choice. We choose to buy anything and everything we need USED where possible, over shopping there. They need to do a major overhaul of what they stand for, and their approach to running their stores, or it's only a matter of time before the public forces them to shut their doors. Absolutely terrible!! Customer service is awful and Walmart pick up took us 55 min to get our order, they hung up on us mulipe times kept "transferring us" to no answer. Over all the store inside is extremely dirty. It is awful. Worse Walmart iv been too.

Another busy Thursday at this store. Did my regular grocery shopping, but remembered I needed to pick up some baby clothes for a newborn at a gender revealing party. I searched for both gender clothing. Greens, yellow mauve etc. Since I do not know what the gender is. Unfortunately could not find something that was useful until the baby is born or after knowing the gender. So this is why I can only give it a 4 star today.

I was standing behind a women who wanted a price check because the price went through wrong at the cash. The cashier as well as the woman who went to check the price was rude to the customer. I said something to her and she was just as rude. I told her I didn't mind waiting because the customer had a right to check as she is paying for item. She turned around and told me "Well I wouldn't do it" I think they should have a lesson in Customer Service. When I spoke to the young lady near the exit she felt they were making her feel she was stealing the item......shame..

Very frustrating. Fit rooms are messy and unattended. Women's clothing has no structure and was impossible for me to find what I was looking for. Underwear and socks were not on their proper display. All in all, it was an extremely frustrating experience, trying to shop for clothes. I left with one pair of socks, and thankfully, the cashier was very pleasant.

I didn't have a good experience since two of the employee's working in the self check out section were rather short with me because the debit machine wasn't working properly. They both felt the need to blame me (in a rude manner ) for holding the card wrong, before realizing it was In fact the machine. Clearly I know how to use a debit machine. Had I more time I would have taken their names and spoken to a manager regarding this issue and the way I was spoken to. It will be a long time before I go back to this Walmart or any other.

Nice store. With covid 19, they are still allowing returns with receipt which is good, depending on which end you are. The store is well lit and one can move around easily when it is not crowded. Lots of parking spaces as usual and the staff is not too pushy when you tell them you don't need the WM credit card.
