Website says "happy an friendly"..."we ship worldwide". Lady on the phone made it sound like a shipment within western Canada would be a struggle....lots of "attitude" to be had from this place.

I don't live in Campbell River but I repeatedly have to go there because Hygro is the only store that stocks EVERYTHING. Friendly staff, huge selection. The management has created a great resource for their customers. Highly recommend.

Jack i do not agree with your comment at all, the guy you have seen with glasses and a goatee is super friendly and from what i've seen hes spent a fairly large amount of money there and hes there a lot because hes a contractor for building indoor grow spaces and hes a very nice, respectful guy, I've meet him numerous times. you saying hes creepy is completely wrong, slandering some one because of your own personal opinion is just wrong.
