Nice bubble tea joint. Good service, with a smile. A bit slow in preparation of the drinks but not a huge deal. Store is conveniently located in lime ridge mall. Constant flow of traffic, but usually no line to make your order. Nice decor with plenty of seats.

I have ordered two small avacado smoothie with rainbow jellies in it via Uber eats. I have tried this same a few times so I am quite familiar with their product. Unfortunately the product wasn’t even fresh at all. It has a very bad taste and a pungent smell like that of urine. I have mentioned this to Uber eats as well but they could not process it yet due to this covid 19 situation. I don’t need any sort of refund but I felt that i should post it. I have recommended the same to my friends as well and now all are disappointed. The product is there as such without being touched right now. The service right now is so disappointing. I don’t think I will neither recommend nor try it from my side because of this issue.

I'm personally pretty picky w my boba and I've had the best luck at this place. I don't even need to ask for adjustments to my drink bc its perfect as it is. I go during lunch hour, so far I've never had to wait more than a minute for my drink (mind you me & my friend are always the only ones there, occasionally no more than 2 other people show up after we order). Floors can be a bit sticky though. Only complaint is for them to mop them down more/better.

I visited this location last week. The staff were incredibly rude to me and all the customers ahead of me. I had to listen to the cashier argue with a customer about the wording she used to ask for her drink for almost 5 mins before I was even able to order. Staff also had extended conversations in a language other than English as if I was not even there interacting with them. They also refused to attempt to use a gift card I had brought to pay for my order and when I pressed the issue they told me the system was down even though they had made no effort to attempt to verify this on the till. Our drinks were poorly made and not at all tasty. I can't say I'll be back and I guess we will be saving our gift card to use when we are at locations in the GTA.

This place has improved from when it opened up. I just don't get what takes so long. I see them make my drink and it's finished and ready to go and they put the slip with it and 3 other peoples drinks are also ready but no one is calling out the order numbers or giving out drinks all employees are busy doing something else.

Delicious mango smoothie. I would give 5* if not for the intermittent quality, sometimes it doesn't have any taste. It began very well though. I hope they go back to the top quality they had in the beginning.

Had in March 2018. Waited in an extremely long line to find out they had no tapioca balls ( that was the reason we went there since we had never tried it before), ended up getting a mango drink with lychee jellys. It was delicious. A tad pricey for what your getting, but i like that they heat seal the lid.

It's a bit of a wait cause its a long line. I gave it 32stars cause there is no phone number to the store just a call center. My husband and I got 2 taro milk tea and in the bottom were peices of metal . We tried to reach the store to warn them so no one else got hurt but we had to go through the mall administration to reach them of the danger.

I liked this particular place, because they had a wide range of flavors to choose from using fresh and natural ingredients. From Mango, to strawberries to Taro. It wasn't too sweet which was great and was refreshing. I didn't have to wait long to be served and the seating area was clean enough to sit and feel comfortable, will definitely be back if I am I the area again. Great stuff!

I came here twice, first time was a bad experience as they only filled up the bubble tea I ordered HALF way. I didn't bother to complain as there were a lot of customers in line and waiting. The second time I had the same experience, the bubble tea I ordered once again was only full half way, I did tell them this time and they added a bit more. I hope I don't have to see this happen again, although the drinks there are quite tasty.

Worst service ever and over priced. I waited twenty minutes for my drinks to be made while everyone who ordered after me got their orders first. I eventually had to go and ask if they were making my drinks, only to find out that, oh, they just needed lids. They were sitting there for who knows how long, but my drink was warm and most of the ice cubes had melted. I ended up throwing it out. Go to Coco's on Catherine and Main. They are way better. Don't waste your time or money here.

the lady that helped me order was wearing gloves while chopping fruit and also touched the cash i gave her. would really appreciate it if workers took off their gloves before handling money. Because right after she touched the money and cash drawer with the gloves on she touched the fruit again. I have worked with cash and i know how dirty it is. otherwise the drinks are good.

The drinks were good when we finally got them. Longer then average wait. The problem was one of our cups was given to us with a hole in the side and it leaked all over the place. We had to go back and get another cup. The person using the mixer has to be a little more careful next time because going back with a leaky cup is not convenient after waiting almost 15 minutes for our drinks.

Really fruit bubble tea has the absolute worse tapioca. Do not go if you actually like bubble tea. The tapioca isn't cooked enough. It's so chewy and dry in the middle. If you just want a smoothie or juice it's fine.

Every time i go there they always show a different attitude. Last time i got mango diamond slush a large size after making us wait for 10 mins she handed me a medium size and then i said i ordered a large then again they took another 10 mins and gave me the drink. They never said sorry for the mistake and just go back to work. I hate the customer service that i got.

Little bubble tea shop in the mall. Well staffed and nice to grab a little treat. Not much to report. Kind of a shame there's not much for seating area nearby, but all in all fine for what it is. The coffee milk tea was quite nice

I tried this place twice after moving to Kitchener from Asia, first time I ordered an apple flavour boba expecting “real” fruit juice and it was just over sweetened fake apple flavoured tea. Second time I ordered a small matcha milk tea, they charged me for a regular size and the matcha wasn’t properly dissolved inside my drink. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted sugar or ice so I just got a lumpy warm bitter milk matcha tea experience. Safe to say I will be steering clear of this place from now on.

Not the best of the customer service. There was no line up or rush but still the attendant was rushing and not very friendly. Drink was good but the Tapioca was very hard. In fact it was undercooked brown and not edible period. I will give them one more shot because Fresjly squeezed is reopening soon but if the service is same then that will be it The first time I went there which was 45inutes before the closing time they had nothing but fresh juices.

I am a regular customer, until today..Sept 20, 2020 at 2pm. The cashier/server was extremely rude! There was a line up of at least 23 customers, my daughter and myself included. She bluntly yelled, "No mangoes, no strawberries and no oranges!" There was clearly at least 20 crates of mangoes and a counter full of mangoes. The woman in front of me turned in horror at the volume of the cashier's voice. 23 people walked away due to her rudeness. That's 23 customers you guys lost today just because of this woman's attitude. Fire her! That is not how you address paying customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere if this is the type of staff you people hire. Whether you were short staffed or not, its rude to yell.

Came in on the evening of September 24 at 8;15. As much as I love this bubble tea franchise I just feel like the workers here have a poor attitude and are rude. If a worker messes up on a order the frustration shouldn’t be taken out on the customer it’s the workers falt. Watermelon had too much ice. But I've had good bubble tea from them before. I wish staff would control their hair because it's a thought one could end up in your drink. Maybe staff with long hair can braid it or put it in a bun? Ask how long the wait is cuz it takes a long time when busy. Their straws aren't strong enough to penitrate the top without a big mess. And they had no napkins in site to clean it up.

This place is SUPER inconsistent. Sometimes it's great and other times it tastes like warm skim milk. Me and my boyfriend ordered the same drink except I got less sweet and he got full sweetness (by accident) and our drinks tasted the exact same sweetness. They never take little things into consideration, for instance when I ask for extra ice I get 2 tiny ice cubes. I like the addition of the diced mango on the menu and their tapioca tastes good as well. Otherwise way too loud in this place and always ridiculously busy and overpriced.

We tried the Mango Diamond slush and the Taro slush and both were good! The pieces of mango in the Mango Diamond slush is refreshing. The ambiance of the store is relaxing and bright. Just a couple of suggestions though: 1) If they can put a little extra pieces of mango on the Diamond Mango slush and 2) Offer an option to put a scoop of ice cream on the slush to make it more creamier. Otherwise, we would love to come back again.

When it's made well it's good. The only issue is the customer service. The last two times we have gone they kept giving us the wrong drink. And when we let them know they made it again and still made it wrong. All we asked for was mango chunks to be in the mango diamond drink but at the end we never ended up getting the right one.

I was very disappointed today by the customer service at the branch in Fairview Park Mall located in Kitchener ON. Without the satisfaction of paying customers no food and beverage store would be able to function. They made me a drink that tasted terrible. But they were unwilling to substitute it, and said they will double charge. I through the drink in the trash anyways. So what was the point? All the store did was made a customer very unhappy and unsatisfied.

Disappointed. Tooooooo sweet. I ordered HALF sweet on my order of a coconut milk tea with tapioca and mixed jelly, and got a full cup of artificial sugar drink. There’s no tea or coconut feel at all: just fake flavours. The only pro are the environment. The service is ok but yes, wait time is too long for a drink.

My first ever attempt of trying a Bubble Tea was at Real fruit back in the year 2018 and undoubtedly “Real Fruit Bubble Tea” has evolved so much with time and delivers the best drinks throughout the year. “Mango diamond Slush” is my personal favourite. Had an abysmal experience with their service. First of all, the store doesn't have a number so you don't know how to get in to pick up your order. Called their centralized customer service. The person was rude!!! Snapping at me while barely making sense. Outright rude! Very , very good! Back in the day when we went to shopping malls on the weekend this would be a go to place! We still go from time to time for takeout due to Covid and will definitely be more frequent once we get back to normal.

Here you have staff that decide to close before their actual closing time and don’t care that a customer is standing in front of them ready to spend $50. They claimed they had no sales all day, so perhaps making a sale would be a good idea. This isn’t customer focused. Your staff actually chose to not serve customers that arrive before closing time, which they admitted. Very disappointing. Would definitely not recommend doing business with people that obviously don’t care about their customers.

I used to love this place, but recently every time I visit I get the mango drink and my drink always tastes sour. I get that the fruit may not be in season anymore but they should have the common courtesy to not serve sour mango drinks. Disappointing.

We bought 3 drinks one them was lychee slush with tapioca and lychee jelly, first of all boba were undercooked very hard and chewy secondly it was plain liquid no slush at all, very disappointed with this place as this is not the first time they messed up my order.

My favourite bubble tea place. They have a wide variety so you can always try something new if that's your style. The only downsides are the price and the fact that their loyalty program has little reward for the amount of money you put into it, but chain bubble tea tends to be expensive anyway and loyalty programs are really just cherries on top.

Drinks are great as always but some of the staff has attitude. They won’t greet you, no sorry for any mistake in order. I have been to multiple locations and never had an issue with staff/order but this location has really bad staff. Some of them don’t have simple manners. I was trying to scan my card and it didn’t go through, the lady at the register just kept on staring at me. And the worst part is that the staff doesn’t have name badges on them so we know who they are. It’s good to have name badges so that nice staff doesn’t get blamed for others’ poor service.

Real fruit bubble tea is my favourite bbt! My favorite is the mango flavour! This location has relatively quick service but I've only gone during non-peak hours so I don't know how busy it gets. Glad there's a real fruit bbt in Kitchener!

Items are good when made well. I work in the mall and go here often it is not always consistent. Customer service is an issue when the employees are busy pinching off the drinks for their own, long line ups and today when they accidentally added tapioca he tried to strain it into a new cup instead of making a new 1. However I demanded a new one as tapioca taste is not something I enjoy.

I just left real tea bubble tea, after craving a mango slush with tapioca for weeks now... I live 45mins from this location and I really made sure the lady understood I wanted tapioca. I repeated myself 3 times before paying and after she was super rude to me saying it was extra and I needed to pay for it. Which I know and had no problem doing. Super frustrating and disappointed with my service and experience.

The mango bubble tea is wonderful when it's mango season. Not as mindblowing after mangos went out of season, but would still rank it way above the fake mango flavours of traditional bubble tea places. Everytime I've gone it's been a wait though !

Best bubble tea in Hamilton by a long shot. Everything is fresh! I always get the Watermelon slush. It gets really busy here so it definitely means they are doing something right! You can even get freshly diced mangoes at the bottom of your cup :) I highly highly recommend this place if you love bubble tea as much as I do.

I've been here for 21 minutes with only one person ahead of me. I ordered an almond milk tea... that's it. Then my number is skipped and customers well behind me received their drinks. I missed my bus night thinking its take 20 minutes for simple drink. For the size of the drink, it's not worth the money. Never coming here again.

We normally love coming here but since they hired a bunch of new people, they've been so rude and so unfriendly. They made our drink incorrectly, gave it to us in a broken cup which spilt all over as soon as they gave it to us and we had to ask for a new one and they didn't even make the drink properly.

dear store operator hi i came to your store today on friday 21st, the store was out of large bubble tea straws. I understand that in life these things happen but can i suggest you something in customer service, if you are out of something let the customer know that you are out of straw when they pay for the tapioca or the jellys. dont tell them at the end after the payment that they are out of large straw. such a money grabbing scam as you should know put tapioca or jellys in as we dont have any other way of getting to the tapioca or jellys with out finishing the drink with small straw and opening the seal and eating it. thank you for the kind word said to me when i asked for refund. the whole point of bubble tea is to have the bubble with your drink
