Freshco recently moved to being open 24hrs which makes it one of the only grocery stores in Cambridge open 24hrs. This is a very well organized store. When it went from being a Sobeys, I expected quality and selection to go down but quite the opposite happened. The produce and meat is first rate at a very good price. The store is clean, cashiers fast and friendly.

I've always liked FreshCo. Always have a decent selection of produce and other food stuffs. Service has always been great in any of the locations I've been in. They of course aren't as big as some of the other grocery chains and and sometimes you may not be able to find exactly what you want but they have alot of international selections as well as haalal items. Most importantly I feel the houses grocery budget stretches a bit further which is great.

I would say that this is the best grocery store in all of Cambridge in terms of pricing. Everything here is at very competitive prices, they always have sales and if you find another location with cheaper items, you can price match the item when you show them the flyer :)

Great place to shop at, prices are lower than most grocery stores. The store is doing a massive renovation currently which made finding some things a little tricky. The staff are very kind and reliable.

Great value for basics with low regular prices, sales, and price matching. Produce can be hit or miss. On the "miss" days or if I'm looking for something higher quality (e.g. better pesto, fresh bakery items), I'll top up my grocery shop across the street at Zehrs. Still worth coming here for everything else though. Staff are always friendly and being open 24 hours is helpful.

Possibly the worst Freshco I've visited. The manager is rude and does not listen to understand but listens to reply! I wanted to return compliment eggs that I got cheaper from Sobeys. He first said you bought it from a different freshco so not possible. Then he said oh it's a refrigerated item so it's already 'contaminated' during the drive. I asked him togive me one reason and not excuses and what if it was dry pasta would you take it back at a different freshco store? He had no response. The receipts do not mention anything abt returns at the same store and their 1888 customer service number says everything is upto the manager's discretion. The manager also never offered to price match since sobeys and freshco carry compliment brands. Its just eggs at the end of the day but dont send $5 coupons to nearby neighbourhoods when you can't do the basics right

This freshco in cambridge has more variety than the hespeler road one people don't usually vandalize here more break ins but people have stopped that lately we come here more often then the other and people are nicer here a bit cleaner than the hespeler road one has lots of fruit vegetables snacks and frozen food can be pretty empty at times people sometimes complain about getting shipments in later but it has gotten better

Produce and chicken is horrible. Purchased chicken breast here and when I opened it 2 days later, it was bad. Brought it back and got attitude from a rude old woman working there who would not exchange it. This happened many months ago and I have not shopped at this location since. Emailed company and owner never did respond.

I've come here twice and the produce was horrible, it was disappointing. The employees I asked for help were rude and I ended up leaving. I'm a pretty easy going person but I was so put off by their lack of communication and care I left the store. I tried calling this location a week ago, wanting to give them another chance and to ask about a product before I came and I couldn't get an answer. I'd rather go to any other grocery store (I've had a much better experience at no frills, another freshco location and zehrs) I hope who ever owns this location hires better employees or starts caring about the customers.

Great grocery store for the price. Selection of freshly baked breads is rather limited with most bakery produce being stored in a plastic bags, but when it comes to processed foods and drinks this is my place to go. Also sometimes I find good picks that are seasonal or I just forget the location. Once I was lucky to find great Italian-made chocolate for under $2, but a month later could not find it. Sometimes too few cash registers work given amount of people but affordable price makes up for it.

Store is clean, bright and wheelchair accessible. There is a public bathroom. The selection and variety of products is usually good. Prices are great for me. They price match select competitors. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a turnstile entering the grocery section, but I am quite certain wheelchairs have access through the exit from the grocery section. Open 24 hrs.

Every time we go to FreshCo we put $0.25 in to the slot to unlock a shopping cart. When we return the cart there is a malfunction and no change is given. It might seem petty, but this has happened multiple times. Add to the fact the produce is frequently disappointing, changing grocery stores is long overdue. The few times I have popped in to No Frills it's been a much more pleasurable experience, and there are good deals to be had. I'm done with FreshCo

If you are a vegetarian, it's a challenge in that store. They have their vegetarian frozen entrees in all different areas of the store. The problem is you're walking all over the store to find what you are after.
