I have been using the service more than one year and been thinking to write a review for a while but never get the chance. I will begin with the bad then discuss the good. The most urgently needed for this business is to improve its customer services. I spoke with the owner a few times over the phone and I am sure they do not have a dedicated customer service staff. This is like you did 90% of great things but the remaining 10% is missing. The owner always say short of staff, but if you want to provide the best services you need to get the staff. That being said, I think this is probably one of the most underrated businesses in town. It is underrated because of its absence of customer services, but is core business is really amazing. The product are carefully selected and meet most of my families’ daily need. The quality is five star, though some items are just so so occasionally. Some items can surely beat every other businesses (including biggest chain stores!): the Huttertie eggs, the grass fed short ribs, the tropical fruits etc. the blue crabs definitely the most valued. The website is probably the best I ever used for grocery shopping. I used and still using other big and small companies for grocery delivery but it’s website is superior. Most features are carefully designed, even though it might bring some confusion at the first time. For example, they donot charge my credit card when I place the order but do get pre authorization. The payment is charged only after the order is fulfilled. The group feature is amazing as well and I donot need to search to find an item (the search feature does need to improve). Last the people working there are generous and honest. I appreciate it a lot. The delivery seems is done by a third company and seems ok so far. And I will leave it for now. And for all these reasons, I would give them a 4.5 star, and the missing .5 star for missing of customer service. Obviously google would not allow a 4.5 star so I am giving a 5 star.

Terrible store! No even worth one star! No responsible and poor communication! Wasted our time! Waiting for N2 location for half an hour but no truck showed up. Gave feedback to customer service and they said it was common sense waiting at warehouse? Where did this come from? I pick med N2 location and nobody told me to go to the warehouse!!!! No body responded to phone call/ email. The website is so unclear. Canceled items without noticing. The Facebook customer service does not even understand English properly. Don’t try their online order. If you speak Mandarin, maybe just go to their store to buy stuff if you can’t find what you want in TNT.

They're delivery service vehicle blocked the road while they're doing a delivery even though it is only one lane because of the heavy snow I couldn't pass them the driver yelled at me and I asked him to move their vehicle as I have right of way and he could go into the customers drive way so I can pass and he was telling me to go to other person's property and they backed out unsafely after the other delivery man came out of the house. I took the picture of the vehicle I wish I can post the picture to show. I honked at your staff because he was looking at his phone while his car is on and he was not looking straight and didnt recognize someone is coming out while he was blocking the road :)

Got my second order delivered. The Shanghai book Choy is very goood, the blue crabs are all alive and full of eggs! Best value. And the delivery staff knocked the door so I know it is delivered. All very good and will use again and again!

Very disappointed in this grocery store ! Look at what’s I received on my order. Totally different. I will not buy anything from here . 3 days ago i order online for ( boold cocker and green carb , fruit , vegetables ) and i was note with them need my stuff before 6pm . They called and comfirm with me in the morning said they dont have blood cocker, i fine with it. But i need green crab before 6pm to bring it go to party. She said “ I will come before 6pm” , but i waited until 7:15 pm with out anyone call said they will be late or anything. I’m so disappointed when i have to wait 1 hour haft but receive what i dont order.???????????? It is Your business you have to know when you have stuff before you call to confirm and said yes with me. If You are coming late you can call me email, text to lets customers know. You will be late .I wrote the note before I order it.+ my phone number to easier for you contact with me. When I message tell you about what I received from you. You said it is the same . Red plums and green plums always different price.. green plums is alway more expensive than red one I like to eat green one that why I order it. You dont have it just lets me know. Im will be ok for it. Dont send me different one .
