Stopped here to get a prescription filled that I got while in Calgary on my way to Winnipeg. I was told 20 minutes so I left had lunch came back and am still waiting at almost an hour. I used their washroom and the sink is black not sure when it was scrubbed last.

Bought some pastries while waiting for my Starbucks to be made asked the cashier for a bag for my purchase, she looked at me and gave me one of the bag that you put your meat in when its leaking ended up grabbing one on my own at the end of the conveyor belt... wth! I would call it what it is but why even bother!

I went in right before they closed to buy bags of ice and ice cream. The staff were super helpful and help me carry my ice and find what I needed. I was pleased to find organic options in a small town. Good stop for those passing through and camping.

On July 29th I phoned in with very short notice for the bakery team asking for a slab cake to feed 50. We were so impressed!!!!! It was delicious & moist!!!!! Decorated in peacock colors, with a cream filling & marble for my Mom's birthday. Thanks ssooo much. Greatly appreciated! !!! It was a decent price too!!!

Good variety of items: fruits and vegetables, deli. A little more pricey than other grocers but they can have good specials. They offer the gas discount and good specials. They also have customer appreciation day every first Tuesday of every month.

We've been grocery shopping at Safeway for meany years and I must say, there has been a slow and steady decline in your product selection which is disturbing to me. I suffer from celiac disease and have depended on Safeway to supply my needs. I have noticed that the store is slowly phasing out products that I usually buy and depend on. Please keep in mind that there is competition for sales in this small city. And one more concern: I used the public restroom while shopping and fyi, the room is in desperate need of an overhaul. Porta potties smell cleaner than that room. The over powering stench of urine was unsettling to say the least. It's in desperate need of a renovation. Just saying

I've shopped at Safeway for many years and wondering what's happening with the berries and the herbs? For the past month I've been getting berries with mold and the herbs were awful. They were in great shape at No Frills, so the problem must be at Safeway. Please fix, I don't like going to two stores.

Pretty good store! The main reason my family shops at safeway is for the dinner buns/ baking, then we get our other stuff while we are there. Other than that its pretty expensive compared to no frills or walmart.
