Won’t be going back. I picked up 3 Thank-you Bouquets today at a cost of over $300. When I asked for “thank-you” cards to write to and from on, I was told they had none and was offered Father‘s and Mother’s Day cards??? When I suggested that wouldn’t work it was mentioned that I should, “Say thank-you as you hand it to them”. When I explained that the recipients might not be there when I dropped them off I was told I should just go to the dollar store and buy a card. We’ve bought lots of arrangements from EA in the past and have always felt we paid a premium price but received a premium product. Sadly this experience means we will be looking for something else the next time we want something special to give.

Very disappointed!! We ordered an arrangement as a surprise for our receptionist's birthday and WAITED ALL DAY for it to come. It finally arrived at 4:15pm. When it arrived it was missing the side box of chocolate dipped fruit and balloon! We had been calling all day to try and find out about the delivery but no one answered, we were finally able to speak to someone at 3:30. At least we knew it was on its way. When I called about the missing items I was informed that they didn't have everything in stock. A courtesy call would have gone a long way!! We could have picked up our own balloons. They are sending the missing boxed fruit tomorrow for everyone, which is great and all but technically we already paid for this. Not the best service! We are a large company and the best advertisement is word of mouth, and also the worst!! At the end of the day she was happy with her surprise but it would have been much nicer if she had received this during the day! Look at what we received compared to what we ordered!!! NEXT DAY....No delivery of the missing item boxed fruit as promised. Not even going to call at this point, and no future business here.

Restored my faith in edible arrangements. There isn't one in Kitchener and last time it selected the waterloo location which I will never use again. The Cambridge location sent it toy mom looking and tasting delicious on the day I needed. A coworker said he's received a few and they've always been amazing. Glad this store is closer and better!

I was going home from work & this guy followed me today, he wouldn’t leave me alone. I ran into this edible arrangements store & told them about how this random guy from the street was following me and he followed me into the store. They handled it like professionals and kept me away while they got me out of the store, even for security to escort me to my bus stop. So scary! Thank you for handling this like professionals!! So grateful, he was on heavy drugs idk what that guy would have done if it wasn’t for you guys!

I had my birthday a couple of days ago and a close friend ordered some "edible arrangements" from Edible arrangements and it was super awesome. It was a great blend of fresh fruits and chocolate and it was well packaged and delivered to my doorstep. The guy who brought it over, was also the most cheerful and sweet person ever to deliver it, especially this period with alot of us staying at home. Thanks alot guys.

This EA franchise refused to accept my order for a free reward, after spending hundreds of dollars to earn it. The reason for refusal was that the store only accepts paid orders on Mother's Day and other holidays. They explained this is a store policy and not a corporate policy. They offered to accept the order only if I paid for an additional item, or to fulfil the order the day after. This completely negates the point of a free reward from a holiday-oriented business and is very unfair treatment toward a loyal customer.

I placed an order for my Mother In Law's birthday to be delivered to her home on a Sunday. (I'm currently 6 days overdue in my pregnancy so pickup is not an option). Placed the order online just fine. Come Sunday they call my MIL to assure she will be home, she informs them she has plans and would be leaving at 3:30pm (they close at 3pm) and the person on the phone said "okay no problem we will be there before then" Unbeknownst to me, my brother in law goes to visit them to ensure it is has been delivered. He realizes they called them and stays to see her reaction. They ended up not leaving until 4pm (an extra half hour after they said they would not be home) and lo and behold - no delivery happened. It is now the next day, the store is closed, their voicemail says to leave a message but doesn't actually let you leave one, it just keeps repeating the message. I can't reach anyone to find out where the order is. Its now not fresh, will it even be delivered? I have no idea. Here's the part that gets me - why would they call and confirm a time personally with them and then not show up? This is horrible customer service. So now I'm stuck trying to get ahold of someone with nothing delivered and us having paid over $100+ for this. Its now no longer her birthday. I filed a formal complaint with the company but as each store is individually owned, all they could do was file a complaint and tell me the store will contact me within 48 hours. This is not how you do business. If they do decide to try delivery again its going to have to be done on a weekend, WAY after her actual birthday because her and her husband both work long hours. I don't know if there will be a solution to this other than us contacting our credit card to cancel it. This is the last thing I want to be doing as I'm sitting here almost 1 week overdue and could have this baby any second. tip: IF you do ever order from this place, just pick it up. Or find someone who can. Don't waste your time and money on delivery as they obviously don't know what they are doing.

I will NEVER use this location EVER again. I decided to suprise my friend who had an unexpected death in the family with an arrangement. They called and explained they wouldn't be able to deliver it by the time she was off work. (which would have been fine I would have made another flower arrangement or something as I am in quarentine) she said no problem I will have it delivered by 330. Then they call her to ruin the suprise and ask when she is off work... She had to stay late (suprise ruined) so 530 come around and I get a call from the driver and he says he won't be there by 530 and I said I'm super upset my friend doesn't love being the centre of attention but I decided to send her an arrangement anyway and he says "if your friend doesn't like surprises why are you sending her a suprise". Excuse me? I have been refunded but I really really suggest NEVER USING THIS LOCATION. The cherry on top was how rude the driver was to me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! I am extremely disappointed with Edible Arrangements Burlington. I have been a customer for years and yesterday, I placed an order at 1:30pm online to be delivered today, April 19. I found out later that afternoon that the person would not be at the address to receive the order. I emailed immediately at 1:40pm to cancel the order and called the location and left a voicemail at 5:30pm. Today, I waited until 10:00am and no one had called me back. I phoned the Burlington location and they had not listened to my voicemail despite being at the location for over an hour. They told me that they closed early yesterday at 3:00pm and therefore didn't get my cancellation. When I asked why they didn't listen to the voicemails today, the franchise put all of the blame on me. They are proceeding to charge me over $100 for an order I do not want, tried to cancel, and they are doing this all during a pandemic. It's shameful and embarrassing. I have taken my complaints to Edible Arrangement head office but I would strongly recommend not ordering from this location as there is 0% customer service.

I recently ordered from this store, at Hespeler rd, at a last minute notice and the least I can say is the overall product was outstanding. It was my first time ordering at this location so I was a little hesitant but as soon as i stepped in the store I was greeted with a warm welcome by the one of the staff . I was aware they were very busy the day I ordered so I was very thankful when the staff let me know they where able to make my edible arrangements without any worry. The employees were also very nice as they made sure my order was perfect and I absolutely loved it. The whole store was also very organized. My edible arrangments was delicious and the fruits were fresh and neatly made. I definetly recommend this to anyone and I will certainly be coming back more. It was a amazing experience!!

Overall it was really nice. When arriving 5 mins late, they were waiting outside which was nice. However, when I said I would be in for the 2nd item, they looked at me strange. After calling over another employee, they took 5 mins to make up the rest of my order on the spot or added my label to a pre-made one, then they forgot one balloon. Regardless, only 5 mins to correct and error. Didn't argue the error and, even threw in extra cookies which in the end was prefect for me and who I was delivering to. I would shop there again but, not often given the steeeep prices. However, it was good service and good quality. For a once in a while treat, it is worth it. Mine went to my nurses, doctor & blood techs. They all loved the snacks and thanked me over and over. This was a good amount for a semi large clinic.

Where should I start, I placed an order on February 2 in hopes that it will be delivered on Valentine’s Day, Valentine’s Day comes around no order was delivered. I couldn’t even get a hold anyone at the Branford store to deal with the situation, so after calling Hamilton store and then getting more runaround they tell me that its really busy and blame everyone else. (They had my order 12 day in advance) and all they’ve come up with is just a refund of my money and no way of making anything better they completely screwed me over on Valentine’s Day, what a business. I will never recommend anyone go here and never use Edible Arrangements ever again, very disappointed in this customer service. Thanks for the worst valentines ever. You guys should take your happiness guarantee and shove it, Because there’s no happiness here now, let’s see what you guys do to fix this one

Silly me! I should have taken the warnings of other reviewers more seriously regarding delivery issues... I ordered an expensive arrangement for my mother's birthday and of course, paid the delivery charge. When it was all said and done, my order cost a whopping $138.97 which is quite expensive...for fruit. I called the Brantford location multiple times to try and secure a delivery time the morning of my mother's birthday. So, the long and short of it is that you pay for delivery but can't pick the time or time frame your arrangement is delivered. You can't even request a general time (i.e. morning, afternoon, evening). The store manager said he would "try" to have the arrangement delivered by 3 p.m. Well, it's after 2:30 p.m. and there is no sign of the arrangement... My mother has cancelled her afternoon birthday plans so that she can hang around the house and wait for this arrangement to show up. She may potentially also need to cancel her birthday dinner as well considering I've read some reviews where people don't receive their arrangements until the evening. On a side note, who really wants to receive a fruit arrangement late in the day? This is the worst customer service I have received in quite some time. Unreliable, not understanding or willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Given that I currently live in BC and need to come up with unique gift ideas for my parents, Edible Arrangements could have had their hands in my pocket for all sorts of occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc.) but I will literally never use them again. Not only that, I have quite a few friends and work connections in the Brantford area (even though I live out-of-province) and will ensure that I pass along the details of my experience. Hopefully my review will result in no one else having to cancel their special day to wait around for a gifted fruit arrangement ever again. Thanks Edible Arrangements for putting a damper on my mom's 64th!!

Its a nice, different option to send someone one instead of flowers, but the prices are insane. $15.99 for delivery and it was literally down the street. You can pick it up and deliver it yourself to avoid the RIDIC charge but then that defeats the nice sentiment of having a surprise delivered to someone.

I was unsuccessful in getting through the customer service and had to scramble to find another delivery service last minute to have something delivered to a recipient. Extremely disappointed as this is a reputable company. They really dropped the ball and I expect a full refund since the product was never delivered.

Unfortunately they didn't have the Snowman tin that I ordered, but the service was friendly and punctual. My family loved the display and it was still a hit. Hopefully EA will improve communications and inventory updates with the online system. In the meantime, I will definitely shop again!

If you want an honest review of edible arrangements brantford, then don’t look at the 5 star reviews. They have all been clearly written by the owner Masud under multiple different aliases. How do I know this? Well he owns the Brantford, Hamilton and Cambridge locations of edible arrangements and basically all the 5 star reviewers have also commented 5 star reviews on the edible locations in Hamilton and Cambridge as well as Brantford. Coincidence? I think not. Don’t waste your time or money on these locations. The customer service is beyond terrible and the owner is clearly shady.

Absolutely horrible. Went into the store on Saturday Feb 11 and placed a delivery order to my house for my wife for Valentine's Day. Order never arrived. Called and asked what happened. They told me my order was handed to Cambridge store since they were to busy. No one ever called to tell me about my order. Poor business practice. I called the call centre to complain. Was told they can not do anything and do not handle complaints that it is up to each store. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I'm sure I never will.

It was a sympathy fruit bouquet for a dear family. I heard arrangement was big and beautiful on its arrival and the family was so happy to recieve such a treat. I am so relieved and thankful. If you place an order with a balloon or any other additional items, make sure you call them a couple of times to ensure that they include it. My experience was that they did not include it - which was a huge disappointment esp because the reason i selected that arrangement was because a balloon was included in the price and I knew my friend would love it. Anyway, honest mistakes happen - but then the store owner shows me so much attitude when I make the complaint! Like where is the respect for customers?!

Terrible service. I made the order at 7:22am on line. I was called and for some reason a person in Toronto was dealing with it and wanted $5 more to deliver it. I checked on line and it did not advertise that price now being quoted. I put the order on hold and made inquiries. After the fifth contact I was told to phone the Brantford store. It was now after 4:10pm and no way to get my order to the business. The effectiveness of my gift was lost. Disappointed Bill

This was the first time I ordered from edible arrangements and it will definitely be the last! I ordered the Mother’s Day berry assortment and flowers. The chocolate covered strawberries were accurate with what is shown in the picture, the flowers on the other hand are a joke! A puny little bouquet that looks like it was put together by a 7 year old, not even close to what is shown in the picture. I Would be embarrassed to give that to my mom for Mother’s Day. What a rip off. Never again will I order from them.

Zero Stars but google forces you to give one. Terrible Service. Ordered an arrangement for my father's funeral. First the cashier did not show any empathy, rather she completely ignored to topic. The store called me after the funeral and lunch were finished asking to deliver the arrangement Meanwhile the deliver request was for 10 am an hour before the service. I asked for a refund which I have yet to receive. I have now sent in a complaint and have had no response. Terrible Service! I would still like my refund please!

Was not impressed with the Brantford location. Our order was placed days ahead of the expected delivery, only to have the arrival be 1-hour before we closed. On top of that, we did not receive our entire order and never received a call to let us know. I called plenty of times to ask about the ETA of this order and no one could give me an answer. Another call was placed to discuss this issue and all they could offer was a box of dipped fruit...... which you get for FREE on your birthday anyway. I had very high hopes for this place and would have loved to use them again as it is a great idea, however, with this experience I will not be returning.

Ordered an arrangement first thing in the morning when opened, was told it would be delivered by 1-2pm same day. Never showed up, nobody called to even tell me that it wouldn't be showing up that day. When I called for a refund, I was sent a confirmation that my bill was 0$ after I had already paid the 96$. So they tried to keep my 96$ instead of refunding it. Stay away.

They were rude on the phone when my bf called already and when we went to order in person, they said it would take 20 mins so we came back later and got our two boxes. Went home and opened them to celebrate our anniversary and it was dipped so poorly. It was ugly and the strawberries weren't even riped yet, still whitish green and sour as hell. The bananas are usually my favourite but they were so ugly I didn't even want to take a picture to post it on social media. Seriously, it's already pricey for fruits dipped in chocolate so at least do your job properly and make it look presentable and pick the fruits that are ripe.

This edible arrangements location is horribly owned/managed by Masud Husseini. Good luck trying to get in touch with him because he is never there and will never return your call. He has no idea about the promotions edible arrangements offers. And he told his staff member to tell me he issued me a refund when he in fact had not yet. It took over 2 weeks for him to give me a refund after i called and went into the store multiple times. Would NOT recommend this location (especially since it was shut down in Dec 2018 by the Brant County Health Unit) - go to another edible arrangements store and save yourself the trouble but keep in mind he apparently owns the Cambridge and Hamilton edible arrangements as well. If i could give less stars, i would have.

THANK YOU to the amazingly, wonderful staff at store 662, Calgary!!! EVERYTHING was better than perfect from the start to the delivery! I had called to place an order for a birthday arrangement/balloons to be sent to my daughter that now lives in Calgary (we live in Ontario). Martin took my order and was most helpful, thorough and friendly. I wanted it to be special so that we could surprise our daughter. The night before the scheduled delivery we found out that my daughter was not going to be at her residence on the day of her birthday so I quickly called the store (praying someone would answer their phone as they were delivering the arrangement first thing in the morning ) and was greeted warmly by Martens’s wife that happily rearranged the delivery for a later day and made everything even better than anticipated! On the day of the delivery, their most helpful, patient and accommodating delivery man, Bill, called me and willingly delivered the beautiful arrangement and balloons to my daughters office, instead of her condo, and she was ecstatic! Thank you to the entire staff at this Calgary downtown location for the top-notch service you gave me and made my daughter so happy! I will be certain to order future arrangements from you again!

Placed an order by phone to be picked up last Sunday. Went to the store. Ran into someone rushing out the door who said they had issues with their hydro so no orders. No one ever called to make other arrangements for the order. Called on Tuesday. Was passed to the Hamilton store who said a manager would call. No call back. Called Wednesday. Had to reorder the order as no sign of the phone order. Promised free delivery on Valentine's. No order was delivered. Called to ask what happened and was hung up on so I went to the store. Was told most orders went out (most means other people also did not get orders) Asked where mine was. No answer given. Was told order could be delivered the next day (defeats the purpose of a Valentine's gift) so just a refund offered. Place is a mess. Would not use again.

I wish I could give negative stars. I placed an order yesterday for a dear friend who needed some cheering up. I spent 10-15 minutes on the phone with a woman who worked at the shop who helped me pick out the arrangement to be delivered. This experience was fairly pleasant. I chose an arrangement and after taxes and delivery cost over $80. As the day went on I didn’t hear a word from the recipient or edible arrangements which I thought was odd. The recipient would have mentioned it the few times I spoke to her through the day. But I thought maybe the card had been lost or dropped and she didn’t know who it was from. So I phoned EA this morning to confirm the delivery was received. I was then told it was a “failed delivery”. I checked with the recipient who never received a phone call. I asked why this wasn’t communicated with me and was told they “hadn’t gotten around to it yet”. Frustrated that now it was the next day I asked to cancel the order and be refunded. The person I spoke to told me she couldn’t offer me a refund without first confirming with a manager first. Fine. After exchanging several more phone calls I was told the only thing she could offer me was to remake the arrangement with fresh fruit and redeliver it. Knowing the recipient wouldn’t be home today I told her that that wouldn’t work and I would prefer a refund. Her response was that she couldn’t do that and that she spoke to the owner already and she couldn’t call them again because they’re very busy. This was total BS IMO. I asked for the number to head office customer relations and was told they didn’t have one. I told her to check the employee manual, but again, they didn’t have one. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years. I know this isn’t true. After getting no where with her I ended up having to call a different location to get this number which, btw, the next location had no problem giving to me. Head office was wonderful to deal with and approved my refund in a matter of minutes. However, could not for the life of them actually FIND my order! Obv the order had never actually been placed in the first place. Needless to say, due to my experience with this location I am no longer a loyal customer. On the other hand, head office exceeded my expectations and I’ll continue to order through a different location. Country hills edible arrangements... get bent.

First time with this store, and it has been an awful experience. Bought for mothers day for my mother, was missing a balloon and the tumbler, they tried to get me to pick it up that day, even though I was an hour away. I tell them that I can pick it up the next day after work and they promise me something extra for the mess up. The next day they call me at work to tell me they are closing at 3:30, and when I told them that I work 40 minutes away and earliest I can make it is between 3:45 and 4, and they told me they "might" still be there. Sorry? This is your mistake, why do I have to rush around to have it fixed? I got there in time, receive my stuff, only to get home and realize that I still don't have everything I was promised. I go to call back after work today because they are open until 7, only to get forwarded to the Hamilton location instead. So now, my mother's gift has taken 5 hours to get, and I don't even have it all yet.

I ordered online and had basket delivered from Burlington, New Street Store. I ordered the sympathy basket with dipped strawberries and white pineapple doves. The order was delivered on time and the quality was good, however, the wrong basket was made and delivered. I only realized the wrong basket was sent because a family member sent me a picture of it. Apparently, the stores have nothing to do with the online ordering process and because of this the stores do not back up the orders with any guarantee. Nor do they fix mistakes. "It's not their issue". Lucky me, I have been advised I can reorder again to have the basket I want shipped.... at my expense! I was advised by Sarah at the store that I should just call next time that they takes phone orders. That's easy to do when you are grieving and finding speaking difficult. Why have online ordering? The whole process has left me very disappointed and I absolutely will not be ordering from any edible arrangements stores again. The product is only worth the money if the customer service backs it up, and it most certainly does not.

I received a surprise gift from family on 8 February. It absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke, particularly the balloons and teddy bear. When I phoned Edible Arrangements to let them know, I was told that no one there smoked. I live in a smoke-free home and I absolutely recognise the scent when I smell it. It was so strong I had to move it into a different room of the house. I was told that they would look into this matter and get back to me. It's been more than a week and I've heard nothing. Based on other negative reviews I've read, this is common practise for this location. My family members certainly didn't pay to have my gift smell disgusting upon delivery.

The food was okay but the store double charged our visa card and when we notified them, they put it all on us to follow-up with visa, locate the transaction number, and report back to them, and then wait for them - they didn't even offer to follow-up on their own error. We paid when we ordered and they made us pay again when we were picking up claiming that the system crashed and they didn't process the initial payment. Bad experience and will never recommend or purchase from them again.
