Fantastic location. There is tons of stuff for kids to do. Tractor rides, train rides, jungle gym, corn maze - and more! Tons of spots for beautiful photos. Their acreage is expansive with many choices of apples. Super cute store packed full of freshly made pies, candies fruit, apple cider and everything apple you can imagine. Right off the highway. It's important to support your local businesses, especially your local farmers. Brantwood Farms delivers every season! There's always something to do here, like strawberry picking in the summer, and apple picking in the fall. There's also seasonal events! In the summer you can immerse yourself in the field of sunflowers for beautiful photo opportunities, and in the fall you can attend their spooky activities like haunted hay rides, corn mazes, and barns. The shop is amazing with many unique, and always fresh products and produce to purchase. If you're in the area, I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to visit the farm!

We've been coming to Bratwood several years, and it just keeps getting better each year! It really has evolved and they really engage children of all ages-- so much fun for all. We were happy to see the straw castle back.. and the animals were a fun addition for kids. Great job and keep up the good work as this is our go-to pumpkin farm. One suggestion I would have is that if you're going to have competing food trucks, that they have the same pricing for things-- drinks were a different price at each which made no sense..

An amazing farm with bunch of things to do for all ages, went here with my girlfriend for apple picking and it was amazing. They have two different trails you can walk, a tractor ride and a corn maze as well. They had some activities for the kids like a playground and bouncy mat. Food was a little a pricey there so i would recommend bringing your own and make a day out of it.

Such a great place to take your family. Well priced. Activities for all ages. Surprisingly stroller friendly. The haunted house where you can request a "big", "medium" or "small" scare was a nice touch. We went through with small kids and babies and no one came out traumatized. Brantwood Farms is great for small children but $14 admission plus taxes for mediocre Halloween activities? That's just more than a little steep... You used to be able to at least walk into the back of the activity area, now it's gated off unless you fork out $14 plus taxes. With 2 adults and 4 kids that makes $100 with taxes. Big city prices for a small town event I would say. Also the produce at Brantwood Farms is not as good or diverse as it used to be. Elberta Farms not too far away on Governors Road is far superior in my opinion. Both in terms of quality and quality of fruits and vegetables and plants generally.

????Dog Friendly Strawberry Farm!???? Come soon as possible. Brantwood Farms strawberries are perfect ripeness for picking. The bushes are packed full of perfectly ripe strawberries. Stack are $26. I went to the Sunflower festival. ???? I was able to get some awesome photos with my Mother and my Daughter. We were able to cut our own sunflowers which was included in the ticket price. I would go back. Lots of places to take photos.

A little bummed I can’t bring my 2 year old to walk around with out paying full entry fee. Last year you could buy tickets to some attractions but could walk around for no charge. A 2 year old is limited to what they can doo there.

Me and my husband are new to Brantford and happened upon Brantwood Farms during a bike ride and were very happy we had. All fresh vegetables and the lettuce/tomatoes are delicious. I would not say that they are pricey at all really I think they are priced quite fair in comparison to what you would pay in the grocery store. My husband and I also had the asparagus based salsa and chips, the chips are perfectly spiced/thickness. Lastly we tried the salted caramel cookies and the lady who served us was right in saying they were the best cookies we ever had! We will be back regularly for sure. Looking forward to strawberry picking soon!

I scheduled an afternoon of flower picking then went to the market for some fresh produce. The flowers are beautiful and I suggest getting the large bucket for $60. You can fill it to the brim with as many flowers as you can stuff. I picked mine long so I could make flower arrangements around the home and for gifts. I plan to return every year!

Nice market and big farm. I mostly go for seasonal produce and baked goods. Oh, yes they also bake and can their harvest. I see a number of families in the spring for berry picking and this last visit they were apple picking. I cannot really rate the prices. I am comfortably single so I don't give much thought to the price of 3 peaches but if it helps I paid $8.00 for 5 Lbs of gala apples fresh from the orchard. 1 in 4 post - secondary students have to choose between a meal or two and rent, or laundry, transportation. I buy the apples keep 3 or 4 and take the rest to school with a help yourself sign. Oh please drive with care in the parking lots, it is country style parking. Kids are everywhere, especially on a lovely weekend afternoon. While it may not be a tourist hot spot, Brantford has some gems like this one that are worth a turn off the highway.

There are always lots of activities going on in the farm. Yes, you can do you or apple picking and select your own pumpkin, but they also have a store to purchase produce from, as well as baked goods. Each year they have a great Halloween haunted house and they often host events that sponsor local groups and communities. This place a source of pride for Brantford.

Update 2020 Amazing experience yet again!! This year we met the owner Tom who was super friendly! It was great talking to him and learn about the farm. Also this year I got another Butter tart which was amazing! I think the best yet! And I got a Rhuberry Splash sparkling water which was delicious!!! Thanks again!!! Remember, stay 2 goats apart!! My spouse and I go here every year. It is our favorite farm to go to. This year (2019) had a Phenomenal selection of pumpkins, of all shapes , colours and sizes! The staff are all very friendly! Every year I always get a butter tart but this year I decided to get a pumpkin tart and it was delicious! Along with their home made doughnuts! See you again next year!

Great place with super nice owners. The store has some of the freshest produce around and the baked goods are to die for. It's also a good place to take the family for the halloween activities in October. Haunted hayride/haunted house are well done every year. Some others have mentioned price being an issue in their reviews. Admittedly, prices are higher here but the quality of what you buy is also significantly higher. You get what you pay for!

I want to rate this 3 stars but my kids had alot of fun. I however felt it was overpriced. To get a great deal on tickets you needed to spend $50. That is a lot of money to climb on a few bails of straw, walk through a corn path (not much of a maze), and roll some pumpkins down a path. Add food, cost of pumpkins, and its easily an $80 day. The hay ride was 2 tickets each and if you buy just 2 tickets it would cost you $5 to take a 45 minute ride. Doesn't sound like a lot of money but for a family of 4, that's $20. The concession was pretty good. $1 for cup of cider and $0.25 for a small cookie. We ran our of tickets before the kids were able to complete every activity. I would suggest the hayride is free if you buy a pumpkin during the ride. They could easily give you back 2 tickets when you purchase your pumpkin.

Amazing!!! This place is just a fantastic location for truly local foods. The family also believes strongly in caring for the land/environment they use. It's always growing and the youngest generation, which is slowly taking over, are being very creative. They keep incorporating new things which are bringing the farm into the 21st century but are still holding strong to their family's ethics and traditions.

Excellent fall festival. Lots of fun attractions, and they're generous with the tickets. Each attraction costs tickets, but sometimes they don't charge you, and they let you have a little bit more fun (rounds etc) than what the sign says. Well worth it, and we were left with a very pleasant feeling. Just kind people.

Great place to pick your own strawberries at very reasonable prices. They have 3 strawberry fields and there are plenty strawberries left to pick (July 7 2019). You can also buy them already picked but of course they are a bit more expensive. You can park out front and walk to the strawberry fields or drive in and park a few meters away from it. We will definitely visit again!

I used to love buying my produce at brantwood farms but the past few years it has gone downhill quickly. The produce isn’t fresh... the prices have skyrocketed and the events they host are usually too expensive for a normal family to attend. I took my grandkids there a couple of years ago and spent way too much money!! There really wasn’t much to do for the kids and they got bored quickly. The food was Also terrible! Where have your standards gone guys? Very disappointed

The fact you can roam around and pic your own strawberries is fantastic. My girlfriend was so excited running around the sunflower patch as it makes for awsome photographs. We then went into the barn store and picked up some delicious fresh doughnuts and a huge supply of fresh produce. Needless to say we will be back to restock real soon. Went there today me and my wife to buy fresh strawberries paid 36 dollar's and that's fine no complaints there but when we got home well the ones on the top of the baskets were ok the bottom ones half of them were rotten we managed to save half or so not right I understand them being soft with the heat but not rotten never again dont go here unless you pick your own I could've bought same garbage at most grocery stores

this place runs off tickets what a scam ... dont believe the map you see ... i suggest not buying the $50 for 28 tickets unless you have two or more kids or else youl will end with extra tickets at the end . Plus food was terrible evetything was cold

Love the PYO (pick your own flower) day, colourful flowers can make any day brighter! Dawn and the other members of the farm are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Their farmer’s market is great too- it’s not that big, but you’ll get enough stuff to eat and take home. I love their frozen mango yogurt ice cream (fresh mangoes yey!) and their meat pies are great too. Would love to come back again!

Big strawberry patch. No one hovering over your head. We found plenty of delicious strawberries which everyone in our group agreed were the sweetest strawberries they had tasted in Canada. We bought a big pail-ful plus 4 small baskets for just $17 . Had a small shop with local produce. More expensive than your average grocery store but really good quality and fresh. It was an enjoyable day, but the weather helped at 23°C.

My boyfriend and I went a few of weeks ago to go apple picking! It was a lot of fun! We went later in the season so a lot of the different apples were gone but we still had a lot of fun! The tractor trailer ride is fun and allows you to get around the farm a lot faster. The sunflower field was pretty and there were a lot of trails to discover! Something for everyone :)

Went to the haunted hayride and house on oct 21/17. Last year was awesome. This year was terrible. They need to have a more structured line for the hayride. Possibly the metal fences or something. We waited close to 2 hours for the hayride. This year there were only 2 tractors instead of 4 and I watched 15-20 teenagers (that's not including the ones I didn't see) jump the line making everyone else's wait that much longer and no one was there to say anything and the simple caution tape lines permitted this to happen. Very frustrating. Then the new barn they built for the haunted house was nice but all the lights were on and wasn't scary at all. And I'm an easy scare lol. Even the hayride wasn't scary. A few of the sections the kids did great but at least half of the sections were the same and boring with the kids not committing to the event. Overall I would save your money and skip it, this year anyways

Order pick up is hit and miss, mostly miss. Even though order is placed online a couple days ahead. I call now before picking up because they seem to have no idea I'm picking up at the date and time specified online. Items aren't reserved for online orders, walk ins can have everything to choose from. Masks are not worn here and physical distancing is not practiced. They do have a Plexi glass shield at the register. ???? The produce is very expensive and some of it is from the grocery store. It would be worth it to pay higher prices if the quality was there but on my last few orders the portions are small and about to spoil. I'm trying to support local businesses but when you feel like you're not getting quality it is difficult to continue investing there. I hope this improves soon. ????Its so nice to have a farm so close to home.

Terrible experience this past weekend. This was our first time here and probably the last. I decided to bring the family to a strawberry picking day with the advertised sundaes and cheesecake option. We arrived and asked about that option up front and no one had an answer. We proceeded to the back to find the area where the strawberries were. Two patches and they were almost empty. The ones that were left were the diameter of a quarter. Then we had other pickers freak out on our family because we had to pick a row for just us. What? I've gone to other farms all over Ontario and have NEVER been told where I can pick and where I can't. I paid $20 for mediocre strawberries and to get yelled at. Nice first experience for the kids. By the way, we went back to the store up front and figured out where all the GOOD strawberries ended up.....shameful. I felt sorry for the people who came an hour after us. They paid and there was nothing left.

Went for the fall festival. Everything was very well run down at the fun festival area. Except the playground at the back off the tractor ride. Noone was wearing masks on the park and in the fairly crowded play areas especially the adults. There was no limit posted of patrons in the park at one time, though there was a sanitizer bottle available.

Lots to do and experience during the festival on right now. Train rides, tractor pulled hay rides. Horse back riding. Lots of goodies at the bake shop as well. Definitely worth a trip to have a fun filled day.

This is a very nice farm with plenty of activity's. How ever I visited with the intention of picking my own apples. I purchased a bag for my apples and was given directions as to where to find the type of apples I wished to buy. When I found the area of the orchard I was looking for there were no apples on the trees, there were plenty on the ground but I didn't pay to pick them off the ground. Very disappointed. I was refunded and bought some already picked. Just thought that the person selling me the bag should know that there were no apples to be picked.

Brought my 2-year-old for Fall Fest, she had a blast! She loved the big slides, the corn maze, the pony ride and the apple picking. I would recommend to anyone with small children as a nice way to spend an afternoon!

Their farm is really nice. There’s so much things to do especially for kids. The only reason I’m giving them just 2 stars it’s because the pies they sell in their store is way too expensive. We bought still as we thought it’s special but we are very very disappointed. We spent $14 for a raspberry pie & $14 for pumpkin tarts. The pumpkin tarts are in the box. When we opened it at home there’s plenty of spaces inside the box as it only has 6 pieces instead of 8. We didn’t like the raspberry pie. My young daughter said it has a grainy sugar in it. The sugar wasn’t dissolved. It’s nothing special and way too expensive. I warn others about the pies they sell.

The owner is, to say, the most rude and inconsiderate "human" I've ever come across. This is a review regarding their wedding venue. Needless to say, don't give these people your money!!!! The rude and inconsiderate "man" burst in the middle of my sister's wedding and demanded my mother pay him in full, on the spot. This was not the prearranged agreement and there was plenty of time to act professionally after the wedding. He also presented himself with a strong odor of alcohol. I guess that's the perk when the barn your renting is right behind his house. Inconsiderate, rude, unprofessional and plain horrible people. If you're planning to attend this place, be careful! Expect surprises!

If I could rate Brantwood Farms - Strawberry picking higher than a 5, I would. The gentleman that served us at the strawberry patch was not only sociable, helpful, and knowledgeable, but he was also very friendly. We picked strawberries, however the kids were too young and we had to leave earlier than intended. But the strawberries we did get, are delicious. We were so pleased with the strawberries and trip in general that we're planning on returning next weekend for more strawberries. The pricing was great. The yield was plentiful, and the adults all enjoyed the fun. Would recommend to everyone. Worth the drive from Ingersoll.

Had so much fun here last weekend with my 16m old and my parents. It rained and it was muddy but we still enjoyed our time here. We sat in the barn and had hot apple cider and some treats while it rained. They have so many activities for kids 2+ so we cannot wait to bring her back next year! Great prices for the pumpkins and the shoppe inside has some great produce and goodies. I bought one of the largest butternut squashes here for only $4! Can’t go wrong. I will be back this weekend before the season is over!

Prior to this season I could speak nothing but good things and love for Brantwood Farms. Farmer Tom and his wife Dawn were pillars in the community that could not go unnoticed. I was very sad to hear (yesterday) that the new owners that have taken over do not carry the same values and aspirations to the community. Not only this but quality has taken a drastic decline all while prices skyrocketed. We bought apples yesterday that were TERRIBLE- soggy, tasteless, browned almost instantly after cutting.

Our kid's class went on trip here. Kindergarten. The leader, staff lady from Brantwood was not suited for the job. For example, she made them fast walk thru the maze told them not to touch anything...it was just a fast walk thru some cornstalks...no time for photos let alone to actually explore the maze, she walked them straight to the end. In general, her attitude wasn't great.
