They are not following covid protocols. Many staff who refill aisles just have a hankerchief around their nose. The lady at the checkout counter had her mask on her lips. I asked her to wear it properly but it was so loose that it was not staying up her nose. They dont maintain distance also from customer. She will come close without mask to talk. Not worth going there. Will not go again.

We have been going to sabzi Mandi for so many years but it seems like customer service is getting so bad.We were just there today and the girl name kulvir was so rude she gave such an attitude.she asked my daughter to go and stock up the bottle of oil back to shelf because we didn’t want it because it didn’t have the price.I mean not customer’s job to do that.This is not the only time I had previous bad customer service experience here.they should give proper training to the people they put at the front of the store.

worst customer service ever i seen..rude staff. they never wish any customer , they should train their staff about words hello, thanks , have a nice day, many of friends and relatives stop going over there because of their customer service

Usually it is a good place to buy asian stuff. One time had bad experienced when I buy a pickle jar. St home I found it was expired 1 year back. Had to go back n return the pickle.

I just bought my mehndi from this store and after applying that mehndi on my hand, it start swelling and burning. Very disappointing and disgusting experience ever. There is no expiry date on the mehndi so that the customer can check. I will surely do the consumer complaint against this.

They dont have fresh vegetables all the times, if its fresh then it will be expensive and you have to wait atleast one week for to go on sale when no one buy it. some of product wont have expire date/erased. Also make sure when they scan vegetables/fruits, its under correct name else you will be surprised at the end and try to remember the price because sometime its different in actual. You will find most of the Indian items in store and no one follows covid instructions even it will be hard you to find sanitizer.

@@@@@@ Don't buy Coconut in this store @@@@@ Looks like they sell coconuts which are in the shelf for months and decayed inside. They don't monitor the stock. Unfortunately, I bought it. When I break open, the coconut was fully decayed. I requested for exchange; as it was not my fault. But, the store people denied. They mentioned that it is customer head-ache!!!! Please see the expiry date and see the quality of the products before purchasing from this store!!!

As far as I am concern they are very reasonable and responsible shop bringing the items from.over seas and dealing with Asian people it's not easy as ABC. It's tough decision some people will just pick the grocery as if it's a farm...dont behave so cheap and put urself low on ground Excuse me but just be shame to urself to go &pick the grocery it's just disrespectful.
