This store seems a little out of place in Brampton because I have never seen so many white people in one place! (am I in trouble for saying this?) The selection isn't as great as larger stores, but that's fine, they have alot of Scottish and British options, and are close for essentials. While being very clean and organized. The only unfortunate point is there is no bike parking. It didn't lower the rating because the parking lot is consistently updated with very little traffic. When needed we lock to the shopping cart racks. Because this store is tucked away, we feel safe walking and riding there.

You will find many unique items, tasty prepared foods, fresh fruits & vegetables, great cuts of meat, and a great assortment of all the usual needs. The service from staff and management is superb. The best part of it all is that shopping here feels like being in a small town store with a homely atmosphere.

These people are scammers. First, I was charged with the regular price for two pineapples even though they were on sale. Luckily, I checked the receipt and found out the price error. I contacted manager and they issued the refund for the price difference. After a few days, these transactions were posted but a new charge (correct price) for these two pineapple was also posted, which means I was charged twice. Looks like they were intentional to do this kind of thing. So disgusting!!!

This Foodland is a good local community store that meets your immediate requirements. Their SKU selection is somewhat limited requiring at times that I go to larger supermarkets in the area. As in all supermarkets, one needs to keep an eye out for date codes or product dates

I used to love this location. I still like it & go in often but there has been a change in management in the last few months and I don't think the store is being maintained as well as it once was. Product is seemingly scarce at times and some shelves are empty, as if they are not keeping up with stock. Today I went in to pick up a few things and noticed that they had expired yogurt on the shelf. The last owner was very friendly & helpful and always had things in order. The staff have always been great and continue being so - kudos to them!

Was working on Labour Day , so needed a few things. But because it was a stat holiday most grocery stores were closed, was on my way to another store and passed by this one and went in. I have always liked this Foodland.I was able to get some fresh fruit and veggies, I picked up snacks for the kids for school. It was also my grand daughters 3rd bday so was able to pick out a pack of cupcakes and a number 3 candle. I will definitely be going back to this Foodland.

I was pleasantly surprised by Foodland. It was the first time that I've actually visited the chain, but I enjoyed it. It has a very Canadian feel, and the produce section - which is an area that I ALWAYS avoid when visiting other supermarkets - was very clean, organized, fresh and didn't have an odd odor. Definitely will be visiting again!

A cozy friendly little grocery store hiding in Brampton. A breath of fresh air in the city. There were not a lot of customers the couple of times we went, so it is a nice quiet stop compared to the noisy business of Brampton.

Been going there for twenty years. Really miss the old owners as they we’re a lot more friendly. I find with the store now, I have to watch expiration dates on everything, from buying eggs to a bottle of juice. I do like the produce section, but I feel the meat section is questionable. Dump your young cashiers, as I have found everyone of them not to be friendly and disrespectful to seniors.

Been going here for years since I was a child. They only employ white people here and no other nationality. In all the 25 yrs + there has not been another colored skin person that has worked here. It would be nice to see diversity.

Went in for a fresh turkey. When at the cashier i asked if the fresh turkey were on sale as the frozen turkey for.$1.97.The Answer back from meat department was its a decent price. Really. Ok your store is decent to shop in.

Wouldn’t recommend getting anything at that deli, as the one older lady doesn’t ever seem to wash her hands or wear gloves. I am disgusted and cant believe this is being allowed. The only good experience i had here were the lovely cashiers! Otherwise wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

I went shopping on the weekend in this store and was stunned to see so many people not wearing gloves or a mask and what was even worse was watching a woman spend 7 or 8 minutes handling different packages of meat then put them back taking a package of ground beef from her cart and putting that back she must of handled 15 packages of meat reading the label then placing it back as staff passed her saying nothing all while wearing no mask or gloves you think the staff here would say something but they do not stay clear of this place it is an over priced dump and they do not care about their customers or they would make customers wear masks and gloves like other major chains during the covid 19 outbreak but they do not that's all you need to know
