They use to make good smoothies and provide good service But these days their service is terrible, made my order wrong twice. They made drink loaded with ice, when I asked fix the order they did but with another wrong order and loaded 3/4 of cup with water. I understand they need water to blend fruits but I didn’t paid $8 for a cup of water.

Extremely busy day but I had to pause work and leave a review about my experience tonight! Big businesses like Real Fruit can have a hard time satisfying customers since there are so many employees at different locations. The employee working tonight, Marj (not sure if I spelt that correctly), made sure I had the best bubble tea experience even though I showed up at closing time. She went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Employees like this should definitely be rewarded! I will continue to come here because of the great service. Thank you!

I went to the store on Monday 06 July 2020, the worst service ever. There was a guy and a girl working on that day. I ordered Orange slush as I use to order at Hamilton real fruit store. At first the slush was way liquidy doesn't taste like orange at all. I did a complain asked to re-make it. When I got the drink it was just crushed ice and nothing else. Wasted 9$ and 30mins. At last had to garbage both the slush. No coordination between both the employees. Very disappointing. Bad bad service I ever received.

I ordered the passion fruit bubble tea- no milk. It was my first time having it. I wish they told me that the seeds a really, really crunchy and can scratch your throat on the way down. Next time I'll ask them to blend it some more. Even though for that price I shouldnt have to ask!

The service here is exquisite! It’s so beautiful, clean and professional. I originally came for the taro slush but I left my lactaid pill and I remembered it had milk. I didn’t know what to get but I ordered a mango Diamond slush for Bae and the server recommended the Passion fruit and lemon cold tea. I then added the lychee jelly. It’s so delicious. Highly recommend it. There’s real lemon pieces and passion fruit seeds that’s tasty and crunchy that go so well with the drink. You’ll fall in love with this summer drink.

I love that there is a self serve station, because you can get a great look at all of the options. The staff were friendly & the location is beautiful! I will say, I was a little disappointed in the variety of Milk Teas. I ordered a Passion Fruit Green Tea with Strawberry Popping Boba, less ice & regular sugar. I would recommend half ice, as ‘less ice’ won’t cool your drink down enough if that’s what you’re looking for.

I got a large oolong milk tea and matcha milk tea, the matcha was not properly blended and it was extremely clumpy, and the oolong tasted nothing like tea, more like caramel extract mixed into milk and ice. The tapioca pearls are extremely tiny and some were not fully cooked, overall two very bad milk teas in my opinion. Ive come here before to get fruit drinks and cant complain, but if you’re looking for a good milk tea, this wouldnt be my go to.

Absolutely amazing place with good ambiance. The place is well kept and clean. Staff is super helpful and friendly. The place is usually crowded and their ingredients are fresh and everything is made right before you. Everything I’ve ever had is super delicious but their menu is quite extensive. Real Fruit Bubble Tea is a popular franchise, but I didn't have the opportunity to try out their drinks until recently. The first thing you'll notice at this location is how lively it feels because of the real plants and fruits they have laying around integrating with the layout of the store. It gives the place a relaxing, yet earthy ambiance. We ordered the blueberry smoothie and passionfruit milk teas. Adding any topping(s) is an additional charge. I appreciated seeing and tasting real fruit in our drinks instead of the cheap powdered flavours some other places use. The balance of ingredients is spot on and the tapioca was soft, yet had a hint of sweetness. The plus one I brought with me enjoyed her drink so much she ordered 4 more for her family. Based on older reviews, it seems this location has issues with consistency. Hopefully, the manager will make note of this and develop a plan to continuously improve.⁸

Decent bubble tea and good seating. The price is prohibitive though. They offer a variety of bubble tea with options. Going regularly will hurt the wallet. Bathroom is available. Tables and benches while you wait. They did switch to paper straws so at least they are aware of their environmental impact.

I ordered 6 drinks from this establishment today as a treat for my work team. Upon delivery one drink was missing entirely and another was made incorrectly. After calling the store, I was met with rudeness and told that “there is no way we did that” and asked for photo proof. Extremely disappointed in the service.

The tapioca is hit or miss, sometimes it’s too hard. And the milk tea could be more flavourful. It’s an ok option if you don’t feel like driving to Appleby ln. And not nearly as good as the various places in Hamilton.

I recently went in person to Order it from Shoppers world usually i just use skip the dishes. The location is very clean and in adherence with the COVID policies. The workers were hardworking and making sure orders were taken and given out on time. It’s very refreshing to see them make your beverage in front of you. I ordered Diamond Mango slush and it was very nice and fresh! that’s my usual order. Highly recommend you guys try it

Went on Sep 2018, ordered a medium Taro milk tea with tapioca. The lady filled half the container with powder, mixed some liquid into it with a spoon and filled the rest of the cup with ice. The powder was clearly not mixed in as you could see it at the bottom of the container and shaking it did not help. The drink tasted like water and my throat actually hurt from drinking it. I had to throw it out after a few sips. And they actually charge $6.00 for that monstrosity. I've had the same drink at other branches before and it was not this bad.

I've been there often before the pandemic, staff were friendly and courteous. But the last couple of times I went, I assume is the manager, was rude to the staff and customers. We were planning on ordering 3 drinks, but because of his attitude, we only ordered one, we didn't want to interact with him. My daughter go to school nearby and often go there, she came home one day and say the guy was so grumpy. Anyways, aside from his lack of customer service, the drinks have been consistent. But I rather drive a litter further to I ❤️ Boba or Coco Fresh on Appleby.

We were ordering a green tea WITH tapioca and these cashier didn't say to us that they don't have tapioca until she served it to us. Like, hello? Really disappointed. We ordered the Matcha Milk Tea and it tasted like absolutely nothing. Too watery. I completely understand that it was 20 minutes to closing and I'm sure the employee was ready to go home but this drink was awful. Not to mention the employee was pushing customers ahead and behind me not to have mango chunks because she didn't want to cut more for their drinks. Thumbs down for now.

Do not go to this location! We purchased strawberry banana smoothies and we both got food ( drink) poisoning.We were sick for days.We contacted the store and told them.They admitted that the machines maybe weren't cleaned properly or something was off.They told us to come back in the future and get replacement drinks. So we decided to try again but get something that doesn't involve milk or yogurt. We made a special trip only to be humiliated by the young Asian girl that works there alot.She refused to honor us the drinks after we had been so ill weeks before. Pretty much called us liars! She would not give us on the house drinks after we were told to come back by the owner/ manager! That's the least they could do after we were throwing up for days!! Really bubble tea..stop being so dam greedy!! The worst customer service ever!! Don't go here unless you want to get sick!!!

I came here craving my favourite drink in the world and was unfortunately unimpressed with the actual outcome of my bubble taro milk tea. Service was fine and friendly and the place is beautiful! However, my drink and the drinks of all of my family members were extremely watered down and had little tapioca. Should just call it bubble water. Moreover, the music is beautiful but the ads between songs are not, they are very loud and annoying. I will not be coming again if this is how employees will continue to be making their drinks.

Never apply here, the employees are amazing they are so nice and always provide great customer service & make the job feel welcoming too new comers. but the manager, i’ve never had a worse manager in my life He goes by the name of Tim he has no respect for his employees at all & is very unprofessional. he also questioned why i removed my hijab while working on the job. i have came back from my shift in tears several times. if you can’t provide a good training experience for new hires then don’t Manage a place where you know teenagers will apply lol? Also he’s very unorganized and unprofessional. my dad an Egyptian immigrant called him one day too tell him i’m having pains and i won’t be making it in for my shift he just hung up!!! This is not the type of person you want as your manager never apply here i’m seriously appalled by the way i was talked too within the short period of time i worked here.

The quality of stuff here is gradually diminishing. The last time I got an avocado smoothie here, the mixture tastes nothing like a smoothie my daughter got a mango smoothie, it was the same experience. This is the best I can describe my experience. I am not going back there.

Even the stir thing wasn’t done appropriately.. won’t step here again ! They need to learn how to listen and greet customers after committing mistake .. so stupid of them.total money waste... ORDERED MY TARO SHERBET BUT GOT A BIG CHUNK OF ICE WITH PURPLE FOOD COLOURING. The most expensive ice I've ever had in my life. Stood there for a good 15 minutes waiting for my order and all I got is crushed ice, and in those 15 minutes they wasted so much water, didn't turn off the tap once. Even 1 star is too much to give this place.
