I personally LOVE the Fig Balsamic as well as the Mango White Balsamic. Its really amazing to also add to homemade dressings as well if you don't want to just add the oil or balsamic. 100/100. I very much enjoy shopping at the Barrie South location of Olive Oil & Co, but due to the covid-19 concerns, I recently placed an online order. I was delighted to receive my order within a few days - all packaged very carefully and with a bonus 'thank-you' gift included. I will certainly order this way again, as we are only in the Barrie area a few times a year, and online ordering could not be more convenient. Denise followed up by email to check I was happy with my ordering experience and recommended some great resources on their website for using their products. We now use our oils & vinegars for all our salad dressings, stir fry, flavouring meats, sauces & sparkling water and even as dessert toppings. These oils and vinegars are by far the freshest and tastiest I have come across and it's wonderful to know how healthy they are for us. A visit to one of Olive Oil & Co shops is a treat in itself - always great customer service and new products to sample, and some great specials to make it easy to take home something different! Highly recommend Olive Oil & Co for their excellent products, knowledge and service!

Such a lovely experience. Rarely do I feel the urge to leave reviews online, but the care for customer service was truly noticed and appreciated. I placed an order online for mother's day. I called the store to make sure I would receive the order in time to gift it to my mother. The lady working ensured me that it would be at my door step later that day and was an absolute delight to speak with. I know things are stressful these days.. especially around a holiday (during a pandemic to boot). This did not stop the staff from being extremely kind, helpful, and warm. The gift arrived beautifully wrapped (was not expecting such an extraordinary wrapping job!) It even came with a mother's day card! This experience exceeded my expectations.

I ordered online from Olive Oil Co. Inc. as I wanted to support this local store and we were in lockdown due to CoVid. I love the pasta options that they offer at this store and in particular their gluten free plant-based pasta. I ordered the Pea and Olive, the Chick Pea and Turmeric and the Red Lentil and Sweet Potato gluten-free pastas as well as the regular Lemon and Chive variety and they were all really tasty. The texture is amazing, the tastes are subtle and they all provide a colourful alternative to regular pasta. The pastas arrived in a lovely shopping bag with colourful paper inserts and the delivery was extremely timely. Overall I had a lovely number of pastas to look forward to trying and when I tried them I was very impressed. Please try to shop local and support all of the vendors like Olive Oil Co. Barrie South as we all wish them to survive through this worldwide health disaster.

My wife and I ordered a bottle each of white and black truffle oil as well as a bottle of dark balsamic condimento. All three are absolutley delicious. The quality not just of the truffle but the olive oil it's blended with is very apparent. Everday we drizzle one of them on something and as soon as our tomatoes are ready, it will be even more so. Over the past number of years we stopped the purchase of commercial salad dressing and moved to flavoured vinegars from the Olive Oil Co. in Barrie. Our motivation was two fold, one commercial dressings are inherently unhealthy - read the ingredients and then go online to understand what is in these concoctions. There is substantial medical research that vinegar has an incredible benefit to human metabolism and having as little as 2 tablespoons per day has a more beneficial impact on things like diabetes and other autoimmunity disorders than conventional medications. The selection of flavoured vinegars is substantial and we use them on: salads, pasta dishes, ingredients for recipes, in drinks and other things. Would encourage people to try the selection and thrive from it's benefit.

Like lot of people, since the onset of Covid I have been trying to support local more frequently and once life goes back to normal I will make sure to keep visiting this store.
