We've been going to this store for years and it's the best health food store that I've ever been to. It's clean, the prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection. The staff members are so friendly, especially the owner Chad. Today we picked up a curbside order that we placed via email and when we arrived, I was so happy to see that they were wearing masks and taking all safety precautions during the Covid-19 pandemic. I highly recommend this place!

I have visited this store for the last time today, which is a real shame but I am tired of being treated rudely every time I go by the staff and owner. Today it wasn't just one employee that was ignorant to me but several members of the staff at this store. There is no need for ignorant behaviour, especially when I am a customer supporting your store and livelihood. I feel for all of you that work in that negative environment, but it seems that most of you, the employees create it. I choose not to be a part of it I won't be a customer any longer. Shop somewhere else people.

I have always had great service here. Their produce is excellent. They carry the safest foods for someone with sensitivities and you don't have to weed through endless amounts of products to find the best because it seems they have already done that for you. It didn't take long before I realized that I can get everything I need for groceries here without going to large grocers.

The last time I walked into the store, I was greeted with the smell of fresh-squeezed orange juice :). Staff is very helpful and prices are competitive (cheaper than Amazon).

One of my favourite stores in town. I shop here a lot. ???? The store is neatly organized and very clean. Produce is amazing not all organic but high quality and best tasting. Staff is very knowledgeable in all the supplements rite down to toothpaste. Chad the owner is an incredible guy. Greats everyone when he see’s them and makes them feel welcomed in the store. Cashiers are so helpful and friendly great staff! If you haven’t tried the freshly made orange juice its a must. ????

We went in to Nature’s Best this morning, received very poor customer service trying to price match a product. Very sad as we shop here weekly and will no longer do so. Apparently they either want 100% of your purchases to be from them or else they feel cheated and will tell you so very directly!

The staff, and the owner especially, really know the benefits of all the vitamins and other supplements they sell. Everyone is very friendly, I always feel welcome here. I don't have anything bad to say, and I could go on all day about what I love. I like the quality of the produce, I like the selection of natural medicines for my children, their fresh orange juice is to die for, and again, the knowledge at this store is unbeatable. I highly recommend this store to you if you are in need of anything natural/organic or special, and you value the local, small business feel.

I have been going to this store periodically for 8 years. Every time I go there I seem to be in dire need of help and guidance. Whether stress related, illness, digestive issues. Each time I enter i either see Chad or specifically ask to see Chad and he is always readily available to help me with what i need. He is so knowledgable and kind. I'd rate lower if I could. Staff is always super nice. But management both Chad and Harold are crazy I swear repremanding employees in the back room while everyone on the floor can hear......ridiculas they have good products and knowledge but they're treatment to employess is really bad just look at the way the staff is treated. The solid turnover says it all. Never again management is not good at all. See ya at nutrition plus on Dunlop they are way better there.

I dont know where this customer is always wrong rubbish comes from. I go there all the time and I always get a hello when I walk in there. They are friendly and if I ask them something, they show me where it is. For someone of limited means, the prices are much better then down town.

This store is amazing! I have received so much information with regard to the products, what they're for and how to use them. I do not live in Barrie but make a point of shopping there. All questions are answered either in person or on the phone if necessary. No other health store has come close to the wealth of knowledge one receives at Nature's Best.....and prices are very competitive....the best I've found anywhere. Keep up the great service!

I go from Southern, Ontario to go to their store after we moved from near Bracebridge as it's the best ever store and has the best prices and the staff are knowledgeable. Their produce is the best & I can't say enough good about them. They are polite & never brush you off when it's busy. THE BEST. See you tomorrow 13th Gayle

I am so disgusted by this store and how it could possibly still be in business! None of the employees seem happy to be there - and no wonder! The owner and his manager son demoralize their employees regularly, while customers are standing feet away. I have been a long time customer of Nature's Best, and during my time as a customer I have witnessed on numerous occasions employees being reprimanded harshly for the smallest things. There is obviously a high turnover rate - new employees in and out the door that last no longer than a few weeks. After being a long time customer and talking to the employees, they are quick to admit how miserable it is to work for management. Their longest working employee makes pennies more than the newest hire. This employee in particular hasn't even been promoted above her position in the years she has worked at Nature's Best. I am all for shopping at small, local businesses but I will not be returning to Nature's Best, I would much rather support a business that speaks to employees respectfully and pays them properly for their hard work. It's obvious that the owner and his son could afford to pay their employees a bit more - brand new truck and a farm North of the city. I will be shopping at Nutrition Plus, Goodness Me, and the Farmer's Market from now on.

I've lived in Toronto for years and I've never found a Natural Store as knowlegable or as friendly as Nature's Best in Barrie. I was taking one prescription and 2 over the counter medications for a health issue for a few years. One of Nature's Best products, now replaces all that. Plus, their orange juice is the best.

This is not only the best natural food market it is the friendliest, kindest and most helpful. People shouldn't write reviews to hurt hard working people. I have been driving from Stayner on my own farm for years visiting this market and there is no way people can complain about them. We are lucky to have such a small town feeling market where the workers are the same everyday and the owner greets you with a smile. I also have no affliation with this market just think they deserve a very very good review.

I looked up health food stores for Barrie since I am new to Barrie and saw this website and others and read the one listing for comments and thought hmm maybe no good to go there.....I went to a different store instead for a few weeks and was just not that happy with service or the prices compared to where I shopped in Toronto. I was talking to a new friend I met at the gym and told her my feelings about the stores in Barrie and she told me to go to Natures Best they are cheap and know what they are talking about....So I did try them out and to my surprise not only were they better priced but also very informed and very friendly contrary to what this comment that was put up by a very mean and uninformed person who I believe is out to get these folks......may be a competitor .....I did not want to post this but feel I have to lest this store get a bad reputation for no good reason. I am not connected to this store but the right thing needs to be done. These comments that are posted are to be handled in a honest way respectable way. The store is clean, well stocked and I am happy to shop there and have not had any reason to complain about management or sunday shopping. So try them out and see for yourself .........I think you will agree

Not the best Barrie has to offer I would go elsewhere. Staff don't know how to do business along with manager. Feeling of "entitlement" and CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG! Business needs to understand that "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT NO MATTER HOW WRONG YOU BELIEVE IT." Don't have all products, charge unreasonable prices, ask for deposits MORE THAN 50%, don't call when product arrives, and CLOSED SUNDAY. I get we all need a day of rest, however society does not work on OWNERS/STORE SCHEDULES! WE HAVE OUR OWN LIVES TO LIVE. STAY AWAY! PRICES HIGH! DOES NOT RESPECT HEALTH NEEDS OF CUSTOMERS!
