Very nice Starbucks location that is conveniently located within the IGA. While it is small, the staff do their best to get orders out as quickly as possible. The drinks are as to be expected and the service is excellent. I’ll happily return in the future.

I stopped by at 4:30pm Tuesday June 30, 2020 and my mobile order for Jo was late and wrong but also the girl was very rude when I asked where there was open washrooms in the area (after seeing their washroom was closed). Her exact response was “there’s washrooms everywhere. Subway, Tim hortons, McDonald’s, the mall sand the public outdoors ones.” I guess Everywhere has washrooms available except the coffee shop worth $100billion as they’re trying to cut costs in a pandemic. I only stopped in Banff to get a Starbucks coffee and continue my trip, and found it utter ridiculous that I got such crude service and poor coffee.

Corporate get your butts here STAT these people need re-training. This store is one of the most poorly run Starbucks I have been have been. 7th visit and it is not a fluke. These people do not know what they are doing. 4 out of 7 of my orders have been wrong. Even having me to the point of making them repeat my order back to me like a jerk would for them still to get it wrong! How? And as we leave today August 30th 2019, 2 of the 3 White Mocha with peppermint are missing the peppermint. No I did not bother to go back so they could mess it up and put Pumpkin spice in it and we did not have the time to wait. Lake Louise awaits! And let's talk about the wait it is rediculous and gossips/talking joking around peeps. I and my husband have witnessed several people $$$ open the door and turn around and leave. I witnessed employees standing around drinking drinks talking or rearranging chairs and wiping non-dirty tables when the line is out the door. I can get more detailed of the problems I see at this store as its infuriating to me. I have been there everyday since Monday, sometimes twice a day. There I feel better. Just want to warn you folk and prep you for what awaits you here at this Starbucks.

Friendly staff and great drinks. Not too busy. A little difficult to get to depending on your direction of travel, but that speaks more to the way Calgary designs their roads.

Yes, this is the place where you want to come over and get yourself freshly made cup of coffee! Excellent customer service! My hubby was carrying case of water from IGA and one of STARBUCKS employees helped him to get our coffees right to our car! I was pleasantly surprised with their nice gesture. Thank you STARBUCKS "IGA" team!!!

I have ordered a venti Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso which I am really like. I ordered the drink without cinnamon powder, but I got the one with cinnamon inside, so I am not really satisfied with my drink this time. However, the barista is good.

English is brutal, first girl didn't even know how to enter the drink. Asked for 2 dbl shot cappuccinos and they first came out as lattes. Then the barista (stretching description) began arguing with me about the drinks. And how to make a cappuccino. Just ridiculous.

This was probably THE WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. They were out of so many things (which happens) however when I ordered, they made the most disgusting Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew I have ever had. I told my husband to try it to make sure I wasn’t being too harsh and he said “this tastes like old, watered-down, cold coffee water!” They also didn’t accept stars or have the ability to scan the card/app… The barista said “we don’t accept that here”… if you are looking for a good drink or to gain/use stars, you can not do that here. Very disappointed. I threw my coffee away and went to Second Cup! Not worth going to.

Experienced the worst customer service ever in 15 years from this location, and they deleted the review to avoid the truth and I will keep writing this if they keep deleting it. Walked in around 9:30pm July 28th, was bombarded with one barista telling me and my party rudel "It needs to be to go we are closing soon." Then got to the counter, ordered my macchiato and my dad then ordered, he never goes to starbucks, he asked for a medium double double. The barista then said rudely again, "we aren't a Tim hortons, you can put your own sugara and creams over there", waving to the left. Then I went to the wait for my coffee, and 5 people that came in after me got their orders before me. I then asked the barista where my order was. He said he didn't have an order matching mine. I said "well I did pay for one, I'll show you the transaction in my bank account." After he made it I was heading to the front, my dad was talking to the rude Female asian barista with thick black frame glasses a simple question. She was the one who was rude from the beginning, I said to my dad " she really doesn't care about your question dad, shes just rude". As we left, she locked up and smiled me like a jerk.
