Clean store and friendly staff. Bought chocolates for gifts. A bit pricey but hopefully it reflects the taste. Not too many choices for milk chocolates. Still recommended to check it out.

Absolutely BEST chocolates I've had in town! Very clean store with wide varieties to choose from. BEST Customer Service from David and Anjali. Both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We got Rocky Ridges, Moguls and Bombs. Can't wait to return to Banff and try others.

Haven’t seen this type of beautiful Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory store in Toronto. Even the variety of chocolates and gift baskets they carry is amazing. I bought few gift baskets for my friends in Toronto. We were surprised by their packaging, as none of the chocolates got melt even after we landed in Toronto.

We went there twice with my husband and our kids during our stay and everybody absolutely loved the chocolates. Everything was amazing, it’s definitely high quality chocolate. The bombs are my favorites. They have a great selection of small gift boxes, we purchased 2 and they were looking great even after several hours on the plane. The lady working there was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Came here on a Wednesday evening, it was pretty quiet in the shop and in Banff in general. Bought some chocolate here during our last visit to Banff. The taste was pretty good and the place was clean. I thought it was a bit pricy.
