Oh man don't ever come here. Prices through the roof. The beer cooler room is warmer than the main area.

The owner is an absolute idiot and very rude. Has no sense of courtesy and professionalism. Went to ask him a simple question of where a shop was located and he immediately said go to the information centre and ask them, I said I was there and I have the map they gave me but I just need to know where a shop is, he said he is too busy with his customers who weren't even paying attention to him. Absolutely unprofession. If you cant help out fellow tourists in your resort town you need to pack your bags and go somewhere they will tolerate such behavior.

We went in and there was no one there. Eventually a very rude worker walked in, barely acknowledging us. Horrible service with a weird, creepy employee. Will not ever go there again.

This was my second time here. First time was pretty good so came again. First time I was with my bf and we ordered a few items - liked most but not all of it. This time came with my mom. I’m certain now that the food is way too overpriced for what they offer. Her Caesar salad was just bland. I ordered fish and chips. Fish was great. Hot and didn’t have any weird smell. The fries that came out were cold, and lost most of the crunch. Like they had been sitting out for 30 min at least. Told the server who came back with a new plate of fries.... THE SAME temperature of fries. They obviously had made a bunch and we’re keeping them under a warmer but it was not warm. The beer was great. This place is only good for drinks. If you’re eating, your money is spent better elsewhere.

I came here July 11 2020. Picked up a 6 pack (which was $20???) and when I got back to my hotel I realized the beer had expired. (My bad for not looking but also...I shouldn't have to, especially not for that price.) Go literally anywhere else.

The best place in Banff to buy a wide variety of international as well as Canadian made spirts, beer and wine. World famous brands are available along with local made brands. Awesome selection of wines. The very best in Banff as it stays open late and provides excellent service and assistance to chose among the brands. Fair priced and treats the customers with a smile. Great job guys. Will be visiting your store whenever I will be back in Banff. ????????????

Very rude and unhelpful! Did not greet us, very curt when we went to pay. He decided it was okay to make a phone call in the middle of our transaction! Will not return to that liquor store!
