Made my 78 year old handicap Poppa walk to another establishment in the next plaza to use the washroom even though he had purchased gasoline at the Esso an hour earlier then the owner rushed him and caused my papa to raise his Cane in order to defend himself because he was going to push him out of the establishment do not use Max and do not buy Esso gasoline thank you

Stopped by here in the afternoon to fill up on gas and grab some snacks. The man working had a lineup of people waiting at the register to purchase their goods and he’s leaned up against the wall behind the till speaking on the phone in Punjabi. Wouldn’t make eye contact with or speak with anyone that was waiting for him, he would just scan their items and take payment. Terrible service.

Avoid at all costs the manager has no clue what customer service is so how could you expect any better from the staff? Worse he is accusatory and abusive to customers he has decided are "bad people" saw this with my own eyes on 2 separate occasions. Disgusting, discraceful, disrespectful, decietful with complete disregard for even so much as common courtesy. ????????????????????????????????????

Use to be great as Macs, but since switching to Circle K the product offering have been horrible. The hotdog and condiment area is always lacking and the Slurpee’s are always watery or not working. Just went there and the soft serve is out of order, again. Get yourself together!

Friendly staff, and a good convenience store. I had to go in to ask the hours and was surprised it was 24/7! It's one of the last Mac's I've seen, so it's good to see the store still around with the Mac's name. If you need anything, from maps to candy to gloves, try here first!

The owner of the store who usually works during the day needs to work on his customer service. He is always rude and tries to aggressively upsell something to me on every occasion making me tell him "no thanks" multiple times. Also he has charged too much money on many occasions and I've seen him wrongly accuse people of stealing when they have not. I try to avoid his store all together now.

I think this is the rebranded Irving? It sure doesn't look like the picture they posted...anyway, this is the only place in Corner Brook that still offers free air, so they get 5 stars! Much better than the Ultramar on Mt Bernard or the Circle K by the mill. Please be gentle with the air hose b'ys as I bet they're looking to install one of those $1/pump crooked air hoses asap.

if I could give 0 stars I would, the older man running the establishment is one of the rudest people I've ever met! he seem extremely angry all the time and has zero manners! he makes an extra effort into being rude and unhappy. maybe I'd buy extra stuff like you ask everytime if you said please or thank you.

Excellent service! The store is brand new and spotless. Facilities are kept very clean and in top shape. The staff is very kind and always welcomes customers with a warm smile! Great place to grab a coffee and fill up. The electric car charging station is also very convenient for people who need it.

The old man is rude and he is sneaky sent my son into store to grab some stuff he came out with incorrect Change for what he purchased So I went and asked for receipt and he would not give one he is a shady mf store needs better management
