Branches is a cute little shop in Banff with a variety of unique and locally made gifts and home decor. I purchased a beautiful mountain themed string art piece for my home. Would definitely return here in the future to find souvenirs to remember my trip by.

Interesting that multiple people have reported a rude store clerk more than once. Is it the same one? This has the potential to drive store visits down since store visitors will probably look at Google reviews before visiting the area.

This was the store we went back to twice and then i ordered something on line when i got home. This is a must visit when you are in Banff. Not a tourist trap just very nice items to take home or for gifts.

So impressed with the service I received from Leanne at Branches. Ordering from the UK for a special birthday gift for a relative in Banff. Communication was excellent, and delivery was well organised and prompt. I was really impressed with the personalisation of the gift, Leanne added a card with note from me. The recipient was really happy with their gift and I am really pleased to have been able to support a local business

Beautiful little store and we had every intention on buying multiple items until the woman working (grey hair almost to her shoulders) snapped at my daughter after touching a pair of earrings. It was so harsh and uncalled for we immediately left the shop. Customer service would get zero stars if I had the option.

I went to Branches for purchases locals gift. I saw in da Banff paper where they become the best place for gifts. Very good gifts make by the locals. I am happy. Tres Bon !

We were in Banff this week and stopped in at a lovely store called “Branches”in the Cascade Mall. They have a wonderful selection of merchandise - something for everyone. Pleasant and friendly staff. This is a great store to purchase a gift for someone special or just a little something for yourself. Highly recommend you stop in here.

Great little shop with unique goods. Always something new - so I make sure to pop in when I visit the mountains. The staff really are excellent....not pushy, just friendly and professional.

Walking Banff, It felt a bit like Groundhogs Day with the amount of tourist shops full of the same items repeatedly. It was a nice reprieve to see local goods and unique items on the shelves and was surprised to see a print that caught my eye. (which is now on my wall) The only thing I'd recommend is putting some light music on. I remember it being too quiet being the only people in the store.

Great store for local and handmade gifts and souvenirs. A welcome change from all the plastic junk available in most tourist gift shops. Right near Canada Goose.

Fabulous little store with many treasures. I had the place to myself and the abundance of locally made items, and wickedly awesome socks, helped me kick start my Christmas shopping. A must pop in and buy kinda place. Go to their door on Wolf Street for easy access.

When I used to live in the Bow Valley I loved popping into this store to look around or find gifts. I've since moved to BC but ended up online searching for a replacement necklace(it got lost) that I'd got my best friend a couple years back and remembered that Branches carried jewelry by the same maker. I went onto their website and had a look and was super excited to find the exact necklace I was looking for! It was shipped super fast and arrived in a cute little box and was carefully wrapped. I would definitely order from them online again and if you're in Banff it's absolutely worth a visit! TL:DR great online and in person experience, support small business!

Great boutique for locally made goods. I remember this store having more variety before, but now seems to have a lot more art/wall-art. Regardless, I really like the foods/dishes section - I purchased some (finishing) salt last weekend, and it's been tasty so far. Will definitely visit again the next time I'm in banff!
