Our experience with Forget Me Not/Banff Flowers was amazing. We initially reached out to start planning our wedding from Edmonton, and within two days had a full proposal for our wedding day. Lorelle was so quick in responding to any and all of our questions via email, and educating on their COVID policies as well, just in case! The process was extremely easy from start to finish when it came to the planning. My family went to pick up the flowers the day before our wedding, and mentioned how incredibly friendly everyone was at the shop. When we saw our flowers, we were absolutely blown away (may have shed a few tears in the hotel lobby!) with how beautiful and how perfect they were. Lorelle and her team did an excellent job making our vision come to life. We ordered our arbor flowers, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and a flower girl basket - all turned out PERFECTLY. We highly recommend Forget Me Not/Banff Flowers for any floral needs.

I will never forgot my exceptional experience at Forget Me Not Flowers. I went into a meeting with them to discuss my only decoration for our wedding, the bridal bouquet. All I advised them to do, was to use whatever flowers looked the best the day before, and showed them a picture of the venue at Peyto Lake. The quality and the art, with the love, speaks for itself in the bouquet made. I wish I lived in Banff, to enjoy the beauty of the florists' creations.

We enlisted Lorelle at Forget Me Not Flowers (Banff Flowers) for our wedding earlier this year. The selection and arrangements of the bouquets, ceremony backdrop and center pieces were all wonderful and even better than we had envisioned.

This is not reliable vendor, not recommend for the important events such as wedding due to the following 2 terrible experience. 1. The owner changed the follower design without notify me. Here are a couple of detailed change I noticed : - we discussed the arrangement should "minimal to no white" all the roses I picked is champagne, however, all roses were used are white in my arrangements. - we paid the price to use Ranunculus, however, I didn't see any in my arrangement. 2. We had 2 arrangements, one looks OK. However another looks like the photo showed, very few dying peonies. The flowers in the picture below cost me $550. Not recommended this vendor! Terrible experiences! I don't think you can blame the communication issues for the mistakes you made. My husband and I went to Banff and discussed the design face to face with you for a couple of hours to clarified all the detail. You send us the invoice with Notes "minimal to no white" however you still use the white roses. Try to misleading others won't help either.

I was absolutely blown away with my flowers. The customer service, care and attention was out standing. I would recommend Forget Me Not Flowers to anyone getting married in The Rockies.OR if you just want to purchase flowers in The Rockies. We had our wedding in Jasper. Picked up our flowers up in Banff three days before our ceremony. The flowers stayed fresh and beautiful long after our ceremony. I can not say enough great things about their flowers. I had always chosen them when it came to buying flowers for presents and well wishes. And I knew they would be perfect for my wedding. They did not disappoint. I gave them three inspiration photos. The end result was incredible. HIGH RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

I used Banff Flowers for my wedding bouquet, and they exceeded all of my expectations! I am such a picky person, and I was honestly blown away by how perfect and beautiful the flowers were. I couldn't find a true example or photo that represented what I wanted for my bouquet, so I made a long list of notes/photos with aspects of different bouquets that I wanted combined to create mine. They got all of the little details right, and the flowers were just PERFECT!!! :) They also provided me with beautiful ribbon and pins to use on the day to attach family heirlooms. The bouquet made such a difference to how beautiful I felt on our day. I would highly recommend Banff Flowers to anyone!

I booked Forget-Me-Not flowers to do the bouquets and boutonnieres for my wedding and could not have been happier! All of the flowers were fresh and turned out better than I ever could have imagined. I hadn't noticed that I only ordered one groomsmen boutonniere but luckily Forget-Me-Not flowers caught it two days before my wedding and were happy to correct it and make the extra ones I needed. Working with them was an absolute pleasure as they made everything stress free and seamless. Communication was so easy you always got back to me right away. I loved all the colours and the brown tone roses were stunning everyone at my wedding was commenting on them that we have never seen anything like it. I loved every flower you picked for my bouquets. How you threw in the grasses and paper fans was so cute just the perfect touches all around and the perfect amount of eucalyptus. I’m so obsessed with all of it. Streamers were just adorable. My expectations weren't too high as I knew it was too late for the shop to put in an order for any additional flowers but wow was I blown away! My bouquet was so lush and full!
