Very clean store. Always has great stock. Bit pricey, however the produce and meat selection is well worth it. Nothing beats the fresh baked cheese bread and Chelsea buns.

It's th biggest Foodland I've ever been in. They have a great selection of everything, lots of random products (blankets, sweaters) and the washroom is usually clean

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give less than a star, I would. We were in the store last night and encountered a very erratic and ilmannered cashier. We wanted to return something, because the products were placed in the wrong bay and subsequently was not the price that was stated there. She refused to serve my husband and I at first and was very loud and verbally rude in front of other customers. After being told by a customer to serve us, she preceeded to grab the product from my hand and basically threw the money and receipt in my hand and walked away. It was very embarassing and I will avoid shopping there as much as it is possible in the countryside with a whopping two supermarkets.

Good selection of wine and beer. Well stocked product department, ok bakery and meat departments. Not much in the way of "natural" food products or ethical meat brands. Surprisingly few local or even Ontario produce items in August.

This is a great store. It has a solid selection of wine and beer. Well laid out. Decent produce section. Meat selection is good except for a lack of fresh fish. Reasonable selection of breads except no baguettes or artisan breads.

Family stops here every time we come up to our cottage. A bit overpriced, but at least the food is very fresh and the staff are friendly. Plus, they stock Takis. You've got to love them for that. It's also a great area just to stop and stretch your legs after a long drive if you're a cottager or from a smaller town with no major grocery stores such as Madwaska or Maynooth, there's a nice hill full of quartz to take your dog or kids up right behind the store while you wait, and a gas station nearby.

One star because you can't give it zero. Terrible place. Staff (barring maybe three employees) are extremely rude and incompetent. And the management... What management? The work force is made up of teenagers and retirees that don't even care to be there. At a time where unemployment is at an all time high maybe the owner should consider an overhaul to his team. What ever happened to taking pride in your work?

Can't say I'm too impressed. I belive in helping people keep jobs, so, I avoid the self checkout lines. But, when I have to bring my own bags (or buy each at 0.15 each) and bag my own purchases, I think I should go back to Walmart stores and do the self checkout as I'm really doing it anyway.

Bancroft Foodland(Your Store) did an amazing excellent job!I ordered a veggie platter fruit platter wrap tray and a bday cake!They were all delicious!Everyone enjoyed everything!
