Careful when placing an online order.... It will tell you Ready Today @ time selected, but in your email and online order status it will be for the next day at said/chosen time. I got there to get my order, and they said they never received it. We checked my email confirmation, and the staff was correct. the order was placed for the next day?? They told me i could cancel the order via the APP or online... I can not! Now I have to argue with my credit card company to dispute the online order. However, the staff recreated my order on the spot & I was there less than 5-min "quicker than McDonald's FF drive-thru or curbside pickup VIA there APP" - APP/Online orders be careful, i've never had a problem with the in-store staff or service. Would have given more Stars, but the fact that I now have to dispute a CC charge because I cannot cancel an order for tomorrow via the APP or online site.... Why did I already get charged for an order that hasn't even happened yet?

Fast, friendly service and sandwiches that never disappoint. Which, of course, are custom-built so that should never happen lol! It is always clean as is the washroom which is greatly appreciated. Be safe - sanitize your hands and wear a mask when you're inside!

Pas de Bonjour à l'arrivée et pas de merci à la sortie! 2 airs bête derrière le comptoir. J'étais seule donc pas de rush! De plus c'est épouvantable comment ils mettent rien dans les sous marin et dans leur salade. J'ai demandé des olives et la Mme n'en a mis 2 et même chose pour les oignons. Il a fallu que je lui dise d'en rajouter et elle était surprise de ma demande. Il y avait pus de sauce pizza et à même pas été en chercher dans l'entrepôt pour en mettre suffisamment pour colorer le pain.

Thank you Subway, for being one of few fast food chains that offers Gluten Free Sandwiches. It's a Blessing to have when being GF is not a choice. I can't wait for you to have a Gluten Free Soup to offer with Sandwiches. Sandwich Artists are always so helpful and quick to tell me what meats to stay clear of for my allergies. All staff helped look into soup ingredients for me, although I thought it would be okay, they didn't feel it was safe so I honoured their recommendations. I always order what is recommended Gluten safe at each location. I've yet to visit a Subway where the Sandwich Artist was unfamiliar with Gluten friendly ingredients on hand! Most places make me feel bad for asking questions.

We visited this subway on Aug 2. The lady at the counter was so rude that I have never met someone like her in my life. Due to rush hours, she was so much panicked and didn’t want to make our subs and cut it in half. When we requested to pack them in separate bags, she refused that as well and just forwarded all sandwiches on the counter. I think such personal should not be in a customer service and it looked like she was the owner. Sub should take away the franchise from her if they want to keep their customers’ love and trust.

The service is fast and friendly; food is good. This location is very small and narrow; the social distance is accommodated by lining up in the dining hall. My only problem with that is that you cannot see the menu board till you are at the order counter. Fine for those familiar with the menu, but I am not so I felt pressure to make a quick decision. Believe it or not, not everyone walks around with online menu access:(

I do the drive through and it’s always usually the same guy on the mic. Makes the best subs and he’s actually pretty funny. Ordering a sub went from boring to a comedy show. Great experience. Except for driving up to the window and seeing a girl give an unimpressed angry look because we were laughing at him. She pretty much threw the subs at us. Not professional at all. For the most part, awesome staff.

Hey. I was at the Royal Jubillee Hospital today helping my hippie mom friend wait with her (remarkably non-sick) baby. I was SOOOOOO hungry when I arrived and did not want to bother with finding my way through the hospital waiting rooms to my friend and her (not gravely ill) baby. Anyway, once I walked through the door, I smelled soup and sandwiches and coffee. The first place I saw was the Good Earth Coffee House. It was way too expensive for the likes of me. So I spied the Subway Kiosk. I did not want my usual foot long, cold cut combo on Italian Cheese bread, with all the vegetables except Jalapeno peppers and honey mustard sauce. Too messy, I thought. Then I noticed the new "Melt" sandwich selection. The sandwich was $4 bux, toasted with choice of meat (I chose Turkey) and swiss white cheese, and choice of vegetables. This time I opted for three vegetables only. Spinach leaves, red onion slices and cucumber topped with the tzatziki sauce, salt, pepper and oregano. It hit the spot and was easy to eat. Loved it.

Came here before 10pm on a weekday and the employees were counting coins and cleaning the oven even though it closes at 11pm. There were no chopping boards on the counter even though the employees should put the sandwiches on them when preparing the food. All three employees were ignoring us when we were trying to order food. The employee who was cleaning the oven didn't even use soap to wash her hands before preparing our sandwiches. She was rude and not attentive. I'm not sure how this location got a 4 star review.

Find this funny, but being vegetarian on the rock can be expensive. They make one tasty sub if your craving lots of veggies lol. The worst Subway location I've ever been. The bread wasn't fresh, it was very stale, and they are very stringy about the toppings they put on your subs. I had to ask them so many times to put adequate amount of toppings because they only put a few pieces. It appears that many of the positive reviews these people have are fake and procured, don't just look at the positive reviews and please think twice before going here.

So, I've gotten the impression this subway is stingy, but this takes the cake. I will admit I am unsure if this is a location thing or an across the board change. I ordered a breakfast Sausage cheese and egg sub this morning, to find that the "new" portion of sausage is half of what it use to be. For anyone that's been eating these for the past few years, you would know there use to be 4 sausage patties... mine had 2 patties, cut in half. When asked about this change, the clerk asked if I had been ordering them with double meat before.. (nope). SOOO, same price, 1/2 the meat, What a lovely way to make a couple extra bucks off the consumer. Wont be ordering this one again!

We recently stopped here on our way from Vancouver to Edmonton, we stopped around 11 30 pm and surprisingly all places around here were open and subway too, for a small place like Jasper didn't expect it but then they're open till very late This place is very clean and neat, it was also very busy even at 11 30, pretty impressive. Since new ownership I have had more bad experiences than good. Certain employees make it a point to tell you what you can and can't do to your sub. They can be very rude to you. The pleasant experience I've had is with the owner. The ingredients are not ripe. The tomato's are white sometimes and the stems are always tossed in with the rest. I've also been told from a previous employee that they had left because the owner refuses to pay stat pay and was holding checks. After hearing that I do not support this business. This is Canada. Everyone is equal....

The people here are very efficient even when they don't need to be, I would refer to some of the people that were making the subs but sadly neither of them were wearing their name tags. On our visit across the province, this was a very welcome stop... Didn't hurt that it was the hottest location in Newfoundland at the time on a beautiful summers sunny day. The building was quite nice, very clean with a large and, also clean, washroom. The staff was very friendly (haven't had a bad customer experience at a subway yet but this was above the others) and the guy serving us was very attentive and made sure he got it right (if the manager is reading this, our visit was on Aug 4th 2018 between 3-6pm...this employee deserves a raise or promotion). It was my first time having a veggie sub and I have to say that it was possibly the best sub I ever had (subway or elsewhere). Bread was very fresh(I've had the displeasure of having slightly stale bread at other locations) and toppings were in abundance. The only thing that I would like to see at this location that wasn't there would be outside seating... Even a picnic table or two. I definitely would recommend this location for quick, fresh and tasty eating... And having the healthy option in a world of terribly unhealthy fast food is a big bonus for us. Keep up the great work and I look forward to stopping in some day again.
