Lovely little place, ordered a BLT bagel sandwich - even though pretty simple felt like it was made with genuine love and interest to feed good food. Fresh bagel, fresh tomatoes lettuce and bacon done to perfection. Definitely gonna come again

Ordered two bacon cheese and egg bagels. One on cinnamon raisin, one on an everything bagel. Got two everything bagels with only bacon. Didn’t realize until we were back on the highway :(. At least the bacon is tasty??

We come to Baddeck all year round. We venture into town, grab coffee and treats at Bean There and head to the water front . If we don't hit a stop at Bean There, then the trip wouldn't be complete. The food and service is the best!

Stopped in for breakfast. With COVID not many allowed in at once(3). Try the egg and bacon bagels. Delish coffee as well to start the day off. Get you order placed, get your drink and they will bring it outside for you. Helps traffic keep moving in the store. Oh and the scones...so good.

This place has the best coffee in town and there are a lot of flavors to choose from. The Bagel sandwiches with egg and your choice of meat are not skimpy. It has a really nice Outdoor Cafe area where you can actually sit on the main strip and watch everything go by highly recommend that you stop at Bean there Cafe.

Second best cup of coffee I've had between Samuals in Summerside PEI and here after the Cabot Trail route. I drink a bunch of coffee and this was good, I won't brag about it though. Good but not great. Very small gluten free variety, there were three items left when we got there. I had a caramel muffin and coffee and that was good. My son had a bagel and he really enjoyed it. I would give it a 4.5 star it don't think this app let's me.

Cute little cafe the chocolate chip cookies were delicious along with the blueberry scones. The chai latte was a good amount of sweetness, not too sweet. Oat milk mocha was also really good.

Open year-round, this small bustling coffee shop is the village hub. Sit here long enough and you'll run into everyone who's anyone in Baddeck. Marked by a friendly atmosphere, excellent coffee, and outstanding cranberry scones. Limited lunch menu with daily features. Open 6:30 am to 5 pm.

I've bean here, and it's great! To be honest, I'm not a coffee drinker... however, I married a coffee addict (a barista, or some disguise name like that... ;]) I will review based on what I personally had, because my addict wife wouldn't share. For me, I thoroughly enjoyed a breakfast sandwhich bagel with a chai tea latte. Both were perfectly prepared. Neat glass mug, too. Great place to visit, but I'm sure it's not worth the drive from Texas. Actually, it might be, hmm... I'm debating now! While I figure this out, if you're in Baddeck, DEFINITELY check this shop out. Once you've bean here, you've bean everywhere you need to have bean.

Our breakfast and coffee were good. Especially the scones were delicious. But we didn't feel very welcome. Service was kinda unfriendly. Too bad... Fortunately, we have had better experiences during our last two weaks in Canada.

This was recommended to us by our resort. We wanted just a quick sandwich. The food was good, however the server was very unfriendly, bordering on rude. Not the usual 'eastern' hospitality we have experienced during our time here.

Love Love Love this place the scones are delicious and the muffins are full of blueberries I have a bagel with a hot tea and a scone. Lovely place to visit when we are in Baddeck Nova Scotia highly recommended you going there. Everything is baked right there so if your lucky the scone is still warm and ready for the butter.
